    El liderazgo empresarial en la continuidad de la empresa familiar en el sector automotriz del cantón Cevallos

    La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de identificar la incidencia del liderazgo sobre la continuidad empresarial del sector automotriz del Cantón Cevallos debido a que, la industria automotriz es considerada como un eje vital de la economía global, la cual se encuentra en transformación y evolución constante. Por lo que, se aplicó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación no experimental, descriptiva correlacional, retrospectiva, bibliográfica de campo, no propositiva y de carácter transversal, donde se empleó un instrumento pre validado con un coeficiente de 0,0707, aplicado a una muestra poblacional mediante una estimación del porcentual de empresas familiares, con muestreo de tipo aleatorio no probabilístico, donde, se encontró un coeficiente de correlación de 0.817 tanto para el intervalo por intervalo (R de Pearson) como para el ordinal por ordinal (Correlación de Spearman). Este valor señala una correlación positiva fuerte entre las variables evaluadas en el estudio. En conclusión, tanto el R de Pearson como la correlación de Spearman muestran una asociación robusta y altamente significativa entre las variables evaluadas, ya sea que se hayan medido a través de intervalos o de una escala ordinal. Por lo que se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se considera que el liderazgo empresarial incide en la continuidad de la empresa familiar en el sector automotriz del Cantón Cevallos.

    Las competencias gerenciales y el clima laboral de las empresas familiares en la provincia de Tungurahua

    Las empresas familiares aportan en la fuerza laboral y en la economía de un país, en el desarrollo de los sectores productivos, donde el principal objetivo de la presente investigación consiste en analizar la influencia de las competencias gerenciales en el clima laboral de las empresas familiares en la provincia de Tungurahua. La metodología que se empleó fue a través del diseño fenomenológico a fin de explorar experiencias con respecto al fenómeno objeto de estudio, se aplicó un enfoque cualitativo, además se utilizó la modalidad de investigación de campo, bibliográfico documental y transversal, porque a través de ellas se extraerá por única vez información a la muestra de 378 empresas familiares de la provincia de Tungurahua, a los cuales se les aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, la misma que fue validada por Alfa de Cronbach. Finalmente se diseñó el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para determinar el nivel de relación entre las variables en estudio, es decir las competencias gerenciales se relacionan con la dirección de personas, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, toma de decisiones, delegación como competencias más representativas en la empresa familiar. Considerando a las competencias gerenciales que son de vital importancia para mejorar el clima laboral, con la finalidad de alcanzar el crecimiento, sostenibilidad y continuidad de la empresa familiar.

    Las diversas especies societarias y su aplicación para la continuidad de las empresas familiares en el Ecuador

    The importance that has taken a family business in the global economy and their worrying statistics that reflect their little growth with a negative tendency to continue over the time, determine the objective of this study, which is: to analyze how the application of the different corporations contribute in the continuity of the family businesses in Ecuador. A descriptive research applied to 380 family businesses, both sole propietor and corporations in Ecuador, show a total lack of knowledge about the issues of the different corporate species, procedures, costs, time and benefits of the legal formalization. Legal persons based on their experience have transmitted the advantages and disadvantages that they have received from the moment they acquired the legal status, showing at the same time a lack of knowledge about the necessary tools that help them solving their family problems that could arise in the future of their business, such as the succession plan and family protocol. Based on this information, a practical business legal manual that includes useful information is proposed, to help businessmen, who want their business to grow, continue and transcend through their family generations, at the time of making decisions.

    Generación de Bienestar Económico por la Empresa Familiar en el sector de la Construcción en la Ciudad de Guaranda

    The main objective of this research work is to determine how the Family Business affects the Construction sector in the Generation of Economic Wellbeing in the City of Guaranda, in which the methodology used is a qualitative-quantitative approach and a modality of field research and documentary bibliography, and a survey of fifteen questions was applied that were structured to be answered by a sample of 287 construction teachers, and a survey of 8 questions applied to 21 people who own family and professional companies of the sector, data that was graphed, tabulated, analyzed and interpreted with care in such a way that it was identified as having caused a great impact on the generation of economic well-being, the family stability of its employees and local development, the most important for the The Chi square statistical method was used to verify the hypothesis. After conducting all the research, it was suggested that entrepreneurs need a model that involves the economic and social part so that starting from the worker's social welfare, they can receive benefits and benefits to their company.

    Determinantes para la fragmentación de la propiedad en caso de herencias y la continuidad de la empresa familiar en el cantón Ambato.

    The family business that is born from the founder's venture faces over time the risk of fragmentation caused by the death of the founder, due to the risks that the company faces in distributing its resources among the family members, considering that the family does not It is always informed of the development plans and does not agree with the distribution of the inheritances. Therefore, through descriptive research, 218 family businesses with more than six years old are analyzed to investigate this matter; The results show that the risk of fragmentation is real and is driven by the poor communication of the business family, low participation of the family in the management of the company and little preparation for the process of succession in the family business. To reduce the risk of fragmentation, strategies are selected that allow linking the business family with the productive activity of the company and the interaction of the family with the company's environment.

    The main objective of the present investigation is to determine how administrative strategies affect the continuity of family businesses in the footwear sector of the city of Ambato, for this purpose information is collected through the CALTU Cámara Nacional de Calzado, through a modality of field research with a qualitative approach, which led to the presentation of conclusions and recommendations, analyzed this information identified latent problems in the companies of the sector, with respect to their deficient strategic management that has a direct impact within the continuity of the same, which is why it is proposed to design a strategic management model for family businesses in the footwear sector in the city of Ambato in order to guarantee its continuity.

    La cultura empresarial y la continuidad de las empresas familiares en el sector del calzado de la ciudad de Ambato

    The purpose of this research work is to determine how the weak knowledge of the business culture affects the continuity of the family business in the footwear sector of the city of Ambato, using the methodology of the quantitative approach and a field research modality and bibliographic documentary, applying a survey of ten questions that were structured according to the needs of the companies, being answered by the managers of each of the companies, giving information on the real situation of each one of them, these data were analyzed, graphed, tabulated, and interpreted, the most important thing to verify that the research instrument is validated was the Crombach Alpha check method and expert analysis on the subject of both footwear and organization. Through this research we want family businesses to apply organizational change models, which refers to changes in their culture, organization and processes, taking into account that it is an important point for companies to pass from generation to generation.
