Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información, 2025-02) Escobar Pullutasig Jonathan Damian; Aldás Flores Clay FernandoThis thesis project addresses the development and implementation of a web application for employee information management at Ciudad del Auto CIA Ltda (CIAUTO), using modern technologies such as .NET 8, C#, and Blazor. This solution arises in response to the need to digitize and optimize personnel management processes, which were previously handled manually. The system's architecture stands out for its robustness, implementing API services for the backend and Blazor for the frontend, as well as using Entity Framework for efficient database management. The adoption of Clean Architecture ensures scalable and maintainable code, organizing the project into clearly defined layers that facilitate its evolution and maintenance. The application enables comprehensive management of employee information, including features such as personal data registration and updates, vacation management, medical history, overtime, fines, and certificate generation. The user interface, developed with Blazor, provides a smooth and responsive experience, while the REST API ensures efficient communication between the frontend and backend. The system was successfully deployed on an Ubuntu server, demonstrating the cross-platform versatility of .NET 8. This development has significantly optimized the human resources management processes at CIAUTO, reducing operation times and improving the accuracy of personnel data handling. Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información, 2025-02) Caguana Valle Kevin Alejandro; Aldás Flores Clay FernandoTechnological advancements play a crucial role in business operations; through the use of information systems, companies enhance the control of their core activities. This study addresses the design and implementation of a Help Desk system based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture to optimize service management withinthe administrative area of Gala Importaciones Cía. Ltda. The main objective was to develop a technological solution capable of centralizing, automating, and streamlining processes related to the management of requests and administrative tasks. During the project's development, agile methodology is applied RAD, facilitating iterative implementation and quick adaptation to the specific requirements of the company. The research identified the key processes within the administrative area and successfully integrated them into a platform that improves the traceability, organization, and analysis of operations. The results demonstrate that the Help Desk system significantly contributed to optimizing response times, improving service quality, and centralizing relevant information, thereby increasing the company's operational efficiency. It is essential to strengthen the system by integrating it with other enterprise tools, enhancing security measures, and ensuring ongoing staff training to maximize the system's potential. This project represents a technological advancement that addresses Gala Importaciones' organizational needs and lays the groundwork for future improvements in business management.Item Metodología ágil a medida que permita optimizar el desarrollo de software en la empresa Blacklabeltech Black Label Technology Cia. Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información.This research aimed to implement a hybrid agile methodology called BLT-Agile to optimize the software development process at Blacklabeltech Black Label Technology Cía. Ltda. The study was motivated by issues identified in project management, including delivery delays, limited error detection, insufficient activity control, and difficulties in adapting to changes in customer requirements. A mixed-methods approach was employed, supported by surveys, interviews, and document analysis to assess the company’s current situation and identify key weaknesses, such as the absence of visual work management tools and the lack of formal code review and software testing processes. A comparative analysis of Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming methodologies was conducted, identifying strengths such as iterative planning, visual task management, and software quality-oriented practices, as well as limitations associated with the inability of individual approaches to fully address all organizational needs. Based on these findings, a hybrid methodology adapted to the company’s context was designed. The proposed methodology was implemented in a pilot project and produced positive results, including a 37.5 percent reduction in delivery times and an 83.3 percent decrease in software defects reported by clients. Consequently, improvements were achieved in work organization, team communication, task monitoring, and quality control through the use of agile metrics and visual management tools.Item Sistema basado en un framework multiplataforma para el seguimiento y control de cobros en la Academia Oficial de Fútbol Porto Ambato(2026) Bury Villacís Rogers Brando; Aldás Flores Clay Fernando; Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Tecnologías de la InformaciónIn this project, the fee management process at the Academia Oficial de Fútbol Porto Ambato was analyzed with the objective of identifying the limitations derived from the manual and fragmented handling of enrollments and monthly payments. The diagnostic phase revealed issues such as errors in recorded amounts, duplicated information, delays in payment verification, and difficulties in generating timely financial reports. The research defined the central problem, objectives, and theoretical foundations related to sports administration and the use of multiplatform technologies. A methodology based on bibliographic review, direct observation, and surveys administered to representatives was applied, which made it possible to understand the real functioning of the process and to gather users’ perceptions of the current system. Based on the results, a multiplatform system was designed and implemented to integrate students, enrollments, monthly fees, and payments into a single environment. The solution was developed using Flutter for the user interface, Node.js with Express for the business logic, and PostgreSQL as the database, ensuring consistency, traceability, and real-time access to financial information. The results show that the incorporation of the system significantly modernizes the fee management process, streamlines the registration and verification of payments, and reduces the administrative workload. It also improves transparency for representatives and facilitates the generation of key reports for financial control and institutional decision-making.
