The results determined that the intervention carried out with the adolescents has had a significant effect, since a Cohen's d value of 1.093 was obtained, determining the great usefulness of the proposal. Finally, the effectiveness of the emotional regulation strategies was verified by means of a post-test, the results of the post-intervention evaluation showed a significant effect, which determines that the intervention helped the adolescents.
