    La innovación como factor determinante del emprendimiento en el sector del calzado

    La presente investigación, se desarrolla en base a dos factores importantes que permite a las Empresa obtener un mejoramiento continuo dentro de su estructura, estos factores son la innovación y el emprendimiento. Mediante esta investigación se estudia los nexos existentes entre la innovación y el emprendimiento en la Empresa de Calzado “Bettini” de la Provincia de Tungurahua, se aborda a la innovación como un factor determinante del emprendimiento, se toma en consideración el poco interés presentado por la empresa en invertir en investigación, esta investigación analiza estas falencias y expone modelos enfocados hacia la innovación. Es importante considerar que la innovación va de la mano con el emprendimiento, el alto número de empresas de calzado ha obligado a la Empresa de calzado “Bettini” a realizar mejoras o incluir otros productos en el mercado como lo han sido el calzado casual de hombre y escolar de niño, lo cual se ha calificado como innovación, aunque no está acompañada de estudios técnicos, sino provienen de un conocimiento tácito que se obtiene a partir de la experiencia. Para la obtención de información se aplicó la encuesta al personal administrativo y operativo de la Empresa de calzado “Betiini”, esta técnica fue validada por medio del método de Alpha de Cronbach en el Programa SPSS, utilizando el método Pearson con el propósito de alcanzar un mayor resultado, se realizó la operacionalización de las variables, en donde se consideraron los ítems básicos de la investigación, con los resultados obtenidos se establecieron las conclusiones y recomendaciones. Además, se propone la implementación de un modelo de innovación de redes en donde se establecen varias estrategias siendo un de ellas la de emprender en la adquisición de maquinaria de alta tecnología, que le permita a la Empresa de calzado “Bettini” ser más competitiva dentro del mercado local como nacional.

    Cuadro de mando integral como herramienta en la productividad de sistemas de parqueo regulado

    El objetivo de la investigación sobre el cuadro de mando integral como herramienta en la productividad, es dar a conocer la importancia que tiene dentro del Sistema de Parqueo Regulado, de esta forma lograr un mayor crecimiento de la institución mejorando cada uno de los procesos; se partió de una investigación exploratoria, con la finalidad de indagar y comprender el problema poco o nada conocido, y luego describir el comportamiento del mismo dentro de su propio contexto, e identificar la incidencia de la variable independiente sobre la dependiente, se aplicó una encuesta al personal administrativo y operativo del Sistema de Parqueo Regulado de la Dirección de Tránsito, Transporte y Movilidad, del GAD Ambato, esta técnica fue validada por medio del método de Alpha de Cronbach en el Programa SPSS, se utilizó el método Pearson con el propósito de alcanzar un mayor resultado, se operacionalizó las variables, en donde se consideraron los ítems básicos de la investigación, todo este proceso permitió llegar a las mejores conclusiones y recomendaciones, y una de las principales fue la de diseñar el Modelo de Gestión del Cuadro de Mando integral que permita mejorar la productividad en el SIMERT, tratando de mejorar y fortalecer los procesos administrativos y financieros del departamento y alcanzar la eficiencia, eficacia y evidencia y sobre todo la satisfacción de los clientes.

    Indicadores de productividad como resultado del cambio de la matriz productiva en la industria manufacturera 2008 – 2017

    The Presidency of the Republic of Ecuador in the search of a productive transformation, during 2008, implemented strategies and projects that allowed to go from a production model of exploitation and extraction of natural resources, such as oil and agricultural products, to a production with national value added, such as manufacturing. This change of matrix has strategic dimensions that seek to improve the quality of the companies' production in order to generate appropriate employment and to improve the commercial balance. Productivity is a determining factor in companies that allows them to have competitive advantage in the national and international economic sector as well as to support the economic growth of the country. This competitiveness is translated into the efficient use of resources such as wages, investment and costs. The measurement of productivity allows to define the processes that can be intervened in the search for optimization and where state benefits should be channeled. This research generates information on the implementation of a political economy in the manufacturing industry; this economic sector was selected because contributes the most to the national Gross Domestic Product, except for oil production, with a 12 percent participation; in the productive transformation agenda, manufacturing is a prioritized industry by virtue of transforming primary products into end products. Historically, it’s evident that the manufacturing industry acquired its momentum and development as the axis and economic engine mainly in Europe and the United States, and in Latin American countries is an element of economic salvation despite the problem in productivity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the variations in productivity in the manufacturing industry in Ecuador as from the implementation of the change in the productive matrix. For which an analysis of the income tax returns of companies (form 101) received between the years 2008 to 2017 is performed.

    Control estadístico de procesos y su relación con la calidad del calzado formal para varones, producido en la ciudad de Ambato

    Companies in the footwear sector experience a loss of competitiveness caused by poor control in the production process, hence the statistical control of processes is a tool that has not been widely used in the productive sector, which has not allowed the management of costs and quality standards that the national market requires in the production of men's footwear. This is the analysis of the impact of statistical control on the compliance of quality parameters in footwear, which is achieved through descriptive research applied through a survey applied to 200 companies engaged in this productive activity in the city of Ambato; whose results show that companies do not use controls in the production process, in addition to not using statistical tools to track production historically, it is determined as necessary to apply controls in the production process that involves statistical control the production operators so that the compliance of final product standards can be improved that can be applied to solve the problems that afflict the sector, so that the product is standardized and the product with failures is reduced. From this it is concluded that it is necessary to implement quality manuals, which are proposed through a pilot for the footwear company Barona, which as a family company requires guidelines to raise awareness among managers and guide work to the employees. With the implementation of the manual, the basic tool for the development of quality management activities is provided, which will be the foundation to include the production control tools that ultimately allow the formation of a culture of quality in the organization and visible results that strengthen the application of the statistics of quality in the productive process of shoemaking.

    Capacitación empresarial y productividad laboral en las empresas que utilizan los productos del Servicio Ecuatoriano de Capacitación Profesional (SECAP).

    Currently, in companies and institutions, an adequate approach to staff training is important because through this knowledge can be increased and attitudes at work changed, in this sense organizations seek benefits when deciding invest in training, from this point of view the present project allows to know the relationship that exists between the productivity and training of companies, the problem addressed was the scarce training affects labor productivity in companies in the province of Cotopaxi. Raising as a general objective To determine the relationship between business training and labor productivity in companies that use the services of the institution, the methodology used was the quantitative approach because statistical models were used for testing hypotheses, the research methods used were the field, bibliographic and documentary, the level of relational research was used, the population was of 1080 employees trained by companies attended in training. The technique that was used in the present investigation is the survey with its instrument the questionnaire. To demonstrate the validity of the hypothesis, the applied statistical model was the Friedman test, by which the alternative hypothesis is accepted, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between SECAP training in companies in the province of Cotopaxi and the labor productivity Therefore, it is proposed to develop a comprehensive training plan for companies in the province of Cotopaxi that use SECAP services, which would improve the level of productivity of companies in the province of Cotopaxi.

    Estrés y desempeño laboral en los servidores públicos de la Función Judicial

    The analysis of work stress and its impact on the work performance of employees and on the productivity of organizations, is a topic of current interest to societies and government institutions. There is a social demand for the need for prevention and to counteract the negative effects of stress on employees in the public and private sectors. From these perspectives, the present investigation has remarkable importance and relevance, if one takes into account that it addresses the issue of work stress and job performance in the public servants of the Judicial Function. The knowledge of the sources of stress in the collaborators, the identification of the psychosocial risks, as premises for the preventive management, base the investigative work in the Court of Justice of the province of Cotopaxi, with the purpose of diminishing and controlling the causes that they lead to stressful situations that determine, in a great sense, the work performance of employees, in the face of stress and pressure, above the capabilities of human talent. For the development of the investigation, it was considered important to determine the causes and effects of the existing problem, as well as the investigative antecedents that constitute the theoretical framework of the investigation; the application of instruments that allowed establishing the diagnosis, as premises for the proposal of training topics and guidance on work stress.

    Gestión administrativa en las instituciones de Educación Superior basada en planes de capacitación del personal administrativo y trabajadores

    The present study is focused on determining how the training plans of administrative staff and workers influence in the administrative management of the Technical University of Ambato, which has caused delays in processes, poor attention, low level of performance and fulfillment of functions in the different academic / administrative units, which has generated work stress and interpersonal conflicts between the administrative staff and workers. The methodology applied was mixed, based on bibliographic research that served to theoretically sustain the variables under study (training plans, administrative management). On the other hand, in relation to field research we worked with two populations, the first was structured by the administrative staff and workers of the institution with a total of 822 people, however, within the study we only worked with a sample of 262 people to whom the designed instrument was applied with a total of 18 questions; while the second population was structured by the deans and departmental directors of the institution, applying to 18 people in total the instrument designed with 11 questions, later the instrument of the administrative staff and workers was submitted to the statistical analysis known as exploratory factor analysis, in where the HMO test of 0.905 was obtained and a test of sphericity of Barlett with a level of significance of 0.000 which allowed to apply the factorial analysis and therefore accept the alternative hypothesis proposed. Under this background, it was proposed to restructure the training process for administrative staff and workers to improve the administrative management of the Technical University of Ambato.

    El contrato psicológico como vector del compromiso organizacional en el sector industrial alimenticio

    The present research work is focused on analyzing the results obtained through psychological contracts regarding the organizational commitment oriented to the industries in charge of the production of food products, for which the study has been guided in the Bioalimentar company located in the city of Ambato. The productivity capacity within an organization contributes directly to the development of the same, for this reason the Organizational Commitment is immersed, which allows to maintain considerable levels of interaction in the scope of mutual expectations between the collaborators and the company. The development of human talent is the key to achieving the vision, that's why it is proposed to carry out research, involving the two variables because by fulfilling the psychological contract expected by the people who work in the company, it will be possible to obtain from them the highest job performance, which will translate into a firm commitment to the institution and its objectives. The investigative process is catalogued as a field analysis, which sought to collect the largest amount of reliable information, since the researcher was in contact with the company where the problem originates and who used the technique of direct observation and survey the administrative operating personnel of the company Bioalimentar. Through which it became evident that the psychological contract does contribute to the organizational commitment of the collaborators of the company Bioalimentar. Through the use of a socio-demographic data sheet with which information related to gender, age and years of service was collected, among others. Similarly, the Rosario Hernández (2002) and Elizabeth Montoya's Organizational Commitment questionnaire (2014) has been adapted to measure the variables Contractual Psychology Contract. Formats are available in the annexes to this document. However, at certain points of organizational commitment, several of the collaborators feel compelled to do pressure work for the people working around them. Furthermore, it is established that the profit levels offered by the company are not adequate for a large part of the percentage of collaborators. Therefore, we propose actions to improve the psychological contract through which an increase in organizational commitment can be achieved in the entity.

    Aumento de la productividad de líneas de confección textil a través de la reducción de desperdicio.

    In the present work of Investigation shows the increase of the productivity through the reduction of the main waste identified in the textile production of the company under study, such as: inventory, the overproduction of garments, the transport of product in process not necessary, the units with faults that do not meet the quality requirements specified by the client, the units reprocessed to meet the quality requirements and the waiting time or downtime, which increase the cost and are presumed to affect to productivity. In the study process, the industrial process simulation software "Flexsim" was used as the main tool to quantitatively determine the levels of production, productivity and waste, in two simulation scenarios: the Simulation Scenario No. 1, which reflects the state initial of the productive process and the Simulation Scenario No. 2 that corresponds to the final or ideal state of the productive process after the improvements implemented. Prior to the improvement of productivity measured in dollars invested on dollars earned, statistical verification of the significant influence of the set of independent variables considered as waste on the dependent variable was made: productivity, being positive for the object of study and giving rise to a clear opportunity for improvement. Several methods and tools were adopted for the implementation of productivity improvement, among them: improvement of product quality, cause-effect analysis, preventive maintenance, quality 5's, basic improvement of plant distribution and rolling of production lines, In addition, as a management tool based on quantitative data, a mathematical model of multiple linear regression was proposed, to predict the productivity of the textile production line, based on the most significant waste. In short, the reduction of waste in the textile production of the company under study, contribute to the improvement of its productivity, thus generating a viable option for the company, of continuous improvement of its profitability and competitiveness.

    The present work was taken from a problem in the Public Company - Municipal Water and Sewerage Company of Ambato, which has provided total openness for the development of this research work, where it was determined that the main problem is focused on Management by Competences and its relation with the Methods of Valuation of Positions, and through questions the level of affectation to the productivity of its collaborators was determined that interferes highly the fulfillment of the Institutional Strategic Planning. In this framework, it is aimed at increasing the performance of its human capital and the institution by properly managing human talent that involves all administrative processes, the objective of this research is to determine the level of work skills of each sub-process of human talent, and according to that analysis, look for alternatives that help mitigate the lack of competencies within administrative processes. Considering as the main resource of the company the human talent, the profiling is proposed by competence that is the description of the main activities carried out in a job and the skills required to cover said position. Defining competencies as the set of knowledge, skills and abilities that allow a collaborator to perform effectively, has been considered as basic negotiation skills, initiative, self-confidence, strategic thinking, leadership, flexibility. Under these considerations, for the EP-EMAPA-A to have competency profiles is the starting point to start a management of human talent based on competencies; which has two effects, on the one hand the company benefits from having qualified personnel in terms of knowledge and skills related to their jobs; and, on the other hand, the employees of the institution will have greater opportunities to develop professionally as it facilitates their promotion, stability and development of their abilities through an efficient valuing of positions.
