Item Repercusión de la visión patrimonial en el compromiso familiar de las empresas de la provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2016-10) Llerena Chasi, Paulina Lizbeth; Santamaría Freire, Edwin JavierFamily businesses are complex systems that depend on infinite variables, relationships and family conflicts, mixed with business activity generating a high impact on the economic development of countries. The financial vision in these organizations is the expectation that you have with respect to heritage, seeking to benefit future generations, where there are high levels of commitment given the fact that members of these institutions, live, work and interact daily emerging relationships of affection between them. From the above, it is possible to formulate the research question: How does the patrimonial vision affects family commitment in the province of Tungurahua? The collection technique for this research is through the survey, where a sample of 378 family businesses was taken, through the which it was found, that the fact that these are family businesses does not limit the possibilities of growth because these organizations are influenced primarily by objectives, goals and business experiences. Thus reflects the reality in which they are economically, it is the a result of managerial capacities to cope with changes, where leaders constantly face new and unpredictable challenges that make the business and family to grow and mature, that is to say, how to overcome difficulties are concerned.
