Facultad de Diseño y Arquitectura. Carrera de Diseño de Espacios Arquitectónicos., 2021-03-03) Miranda Sánchez, Edisson Alejandro; López Ulloa, Ana AngélicaThis research was focused on determining the interior design for flair training and cocktails training in the city of Ambato, since nowadays there is no training space for this discipline. The type of research that was carried out was descriptive-exploratory since it investigates the characteristics of a certain group and the particular context, with a little-explored study in its environment; the investigative method that was used is inductive-deductive due to the statistical analysis. The concepts of each variable were transferred to an operationalization matrix. In this, the key categories and indicators were determined for the elaboration of a questionnaire and interview of 5 closed and open questions, by means of the survey technique and applied a population of 384 inhabitants of the city of Ambato, which was the sample. Therefore, the interview was applied to professional experts in the problem, two interior designers and two expert bartenders. An analysis was carried out to verify the feasibility of the project. Specialized professionals asserted that a space for training the discipline of flair and cocktails is actually viable. This allowed defining the design proposal for a space for flair training and cocktails in the city of Ambato, based on the memory of the Ethanol molecule, in earthy colors that are of great significance for the design.Item La relación del diseño interior para el desarrollo de los niños abandonados en orfanatos(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Diseño y Arquitectura. Facultad de Diseño y Arquitectura. Carrera de Diseño de Espacios Arquitectónicos., 2019-08) Narváez Lalaleo, Luis Francisco; López Ulloa, Fabián SantiagoThe purpose of this research is to study the elements produced in the Escuela Quiteña, by various artists and artisans who embodied a cultural identity that has generated a historical legacy that continues to this day. This movement was developed at the time of the Real Audiencia de Quito, with the passage of time the identity has been diminished and the positioning of the Escuela Quiteña has decreased in front of foreign perspectives, evidencing itself in several areas, punctually in interior design trends, which tends to accept foreign trends as their own. Therefore, this research paper proposes a trend book of interior design based on the study of the Escuela Quiteña and its cultural identity, combining with the aspects that a trend of interior design should consider. In order to determine the elements in which the cultural identity is still manifest, a bibliographic investigation is carried out in which the objects of study of the Escuela Quiteña are delimited, complementing with a field investigation carried out in the goods that maintain the essence of this historical reference, this research modality is also applied to determine the aspects of the interior space that are in trend and, how the object of study is combined with these interior design requirements. The Escuela Quiteña and its cultural identity can be repowered from various perspectives in this project, integrating it into interior design through a detailed interior design trend in a trend book.Item Materiales vernáculos del Cantón Tisaleo y su aplicación en el diseño interior de entornos turísticos(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Diseño y Arquitectura. Carrera de Diseño de Espacios Arquitectónicos., 2019-08) Sánchez Mantilla, Lisbeth Carolina; López Ulloa, Fabián SantiagoThe current project of investigation is part of the vernacular architecture of Tisaleo, that responds to the necessity of the population in the specific time. Basing itself on the importance of generating enough space to comfort the people who will be living in it, using materials found in the current region, the same people responsible for generating a project of indigenous architecture which is mentioned by Rudofski like an “architecture without architects”, which opens up the idea of the architecture, the place and the man, like a symbol of duration, culture, identity and history which in this case we can identify from the constructions that still exist even though they have been abandoned and effected by natural disasters that have occurred during the past years. Thus the mention of the materials present in the region of Tisaleo in the interior design of the touristic places, results can be given by the uninterested people inhabiting the place and the lack of knowledge they have of the importance that these materials have when it comes to the construction of enough touristic places, creating a constant acculturation as the value of a supposed modern architecture receives even though it does not represent the identity of the chosen sector. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the materials that were previously used in every one of the constructions and that still exist to this day, but in small quantities, however, they are a fundamental part of these small towns, and we cannot permit that the potential of these materials should ever be forgotten or ignored. For this exact reason these materials should be fundamental for the use of upgrading a new innovated design and a personal home. In this point, a sustainable design presented in a social tour gives a whole new perspective to the moment of generating touristic places with a sustainable social memory that can permit the bond and the communication of the testimony that values architectures that are social, symbolic, historic and cultural to their towns. Tourism is also a very important aspect to keep in mind the design of the touristic places that are built with native materials, so this can permit the transformation of nothing to something, that is to say creating places and spaces that are capable of transmitting the history of their towns from using materials that are in their natural state. This goes to say that the project of investigation will help us recognize the importance of these materials in the use of the houses in the region and how it can be applied to the interior design of touristic places, this project could benefit for the reactivation of the economy system of the touristic wonders in the region of Tisaleo and it can be used as a prototype for the application in different sectors, to reflect its significance and to increase the attraction of the places for tourists.Item Mobiliario multifuncional y su implementación en la vivienda de interés social en Ecuador(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Diseño, Artes y Arquitectura. Carrera de Diseño de Espacios Arquitectónicos., 2019-02) Campos Pionce, Lourdes Clorinda; Nuñez Torres, Sandra HipatiaThe main objective of this research is to determine the importance of the use of multifunctional furniture in Ecuadorian housing, with the aim of improving living conditions within small spaces; It also proposes that housing be treated as an integral element where the internal function and the diverse needs of the family nucleus go hand in hand, in such a way that it contributes towards improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of said projects and therefore to the full satisfaction of their basic, social and cultural needs. Facultad de Diseño, Artes y Arquitectura. Carrera de Diseño de Espacios Arquitectónicos., 2019-02) Lozano Chalán, Edinson Fabricio; Nuñez Torres, Sandra HipatiaToday we are witnessing the growing cultural miscegenation, it has generated a great social impact on indigenous peoples of Ecuador and especially in the indigenous Saraguro, in all known cultural expressions, such as clothing, food, agricultural production, architecture, etc., obviously some more than others in this regard will talk about the impact it has had on the indigenous architecture and more importantly, involvement in their habitat, modus vivendi, the connection between man - nature and ancestral knowledge about building that has been most affected in recent times. Furthermore, as such design, in all levels are constantly changing, through large changes of paradigms, and this constant change and transformation, architectural design, partly has lost its primary focus; that is to solve real and not artificial problems without creating new social problems. So today, designers have focused on generating proposals aimed at industrialization, and in the process has stopped generating designs with content and symbolic value itself, for a particular social group, which satisfy artificial needs, they create social problems, which can innocently consent or be able to disappear cultural identity of a people. In this sense, this paper aims to study the materials and techniques constructive Andean indigenous people Saraguro, since these materials and construction techniques are the cultural expression that reflects the lifestyle of the people, is the essence of an idiosyncrasy local, regional and constitutes an authentic heritage that includes traditional knowledge of the people, also the houses of the indigenous people are the expression of the personality of its inhabitant, who is both producer-consumer of your home (habitat), built in clear testimony of his intelligence to properly use the resources around them and to fend off the hostile forces of the medium. Then it goes to an ethnographic study, from exploration, understanding and interpretation of value systems, (Lozano, Kury, 2018) "The ancestral knowledge are stored in the communities and in the minds of our elders, they are carriers and is in us investigate and spread our culture"Item Vinculación entre el diseño interior y la artesanía, como una estrategia de revalorización cultural(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Diseño, Artes y Arquitectura. Carrera de Diseño de Espacios Arquitectónicos., 2018-12) Chico Caiza, Luzdary Saharay; López Vaca, Luis AndrésCraftsmanship is truly one of many cultural expressions that in many Ecuadorean towns have been a major source of income locally, nationally and specially for the Kichwa community in the Ecuadorean Amazon. Over the years Artisans have been able to develop their trade from designer roles all through production and distribution, something is almost impossible to sustain due to contemporary traditions. In a globalised world where we have allowed culture acceptance and acceptance of tendencies, along with the such we allowed a loss of local identity, one of the many reasons the designs through out time have become an emerging discipline that connects two into a more beneficial discipline in many levels. These were set as a main stepping stone to identify two meeting points, between interior design, and craftsmanship as a strategy for cultural revaluation. This would allow a take off into a list of strategies, pointing to micro-strategies which properly links and relates to the matter. For that, we begging pointing out the severe importance within the analysis of the craftsmanship expressions of the kichwa culture/community, a culture which have a lost their value throughout the years for a number of reasons and factors, some of them even came to realisation through the development and use of tools of investigation such as ‘ethnography’, questionnaires, picture diaries, etc. It is also important to point out other forms of intervention of the interior design towards craftsmanship to obtain evidence as to why the mentioned meeting points A + D are to be taken into consideration. All of this to lead to determining related strategies linking to the artisans, craftsmanship and interior design, and ultimately a revaluation of the Kichwa culture so that one way or another this would allow us to achieve some sort of strategy to guide us and allow us to use it as a tool for interior designers and in some sort benefit the craftsman of the Kichwa culture/community. The research presented, promotes the inter-disciplinary or multi-skill that the academy needed. Where students would leave behind a monkey see-monkey doo behaviour in terms of following a repeated, overly used design and model and become true promoters of designs that are to be explore. Designs that this society thirst of it.Item Diseño interior y el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los niños de subnivel II de Educación Inicial(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Diseño, Artes y Arquitectura. Carrera de Diseño de Espacios Arquitectónicos., 2018-06-05) Ron Moreta, Leasly Verónica; Suárez Abril, Eduardo SantiagoThe present investigation project is based on the existing problem in the learning environments of the Sub-level II of “La Unidad Educativa Juan Benigno Vela” in Ambato city, whose principal objective is developing an interior design proposal based on the kids needs to improve the teaching-learning processes, in a way that encourages active learning in which children can learn through experimentation, curiosity, motivation and freedom inside the classroom. The interior design and pedagogy are complemented to create innovative learning environments that allow developing the capabilities, abilities and skills of children from 4 to 5 years, motivating them through the physical space of the classroom to conceive a teaching based on values, where the game in said environments is the fundamental basis of the teaching-learning process; together with teachers, educational scenarios are recreated to build new knowledge, which are developed in a meaningful way and within which the learning environments contained in the Initial Education Curriculum are executed.
