    The business world and its increasingly globalized growth force businessmen and managers to adapt to an undeniable reality that is currently being experienced as unfair competition, the creation of new laws and market barriers, if they do not take actions, strategies or plan how to face these challenges will disappear from the market. Although there is a myriad of information as analytical tools for decision making, it is vitally important to define the business action plan. The automotive sector has been declining for some years, due to import barriers and high tariffs, which has caused the rise in prices in new vehicles. Meanwhile for the subsector of sales of vehicle responses the outlook is promising as the useful life of used cars is lengthening and therefore the demand for such spare parts is increasing, in addition the entry of new models of vehicles from Asian countries has caused companies to increase their business lines.
