    ABSTRACT Communication in new technologies is presented as a way to cope with a sedentary lifestyle in times of the COVID-19 pandemic, digital platforms being used mostly. Due to the confinement in which humanity was involved for its own safety and survival, thus adapting to a new lifestyle, however, we can appreciate that these new ways of communicating and learning were somewhat forced due to the speed with which the that were introduced not only in the educational aspect but also in the daily life of students and employees, adapting them to schedules and routines inappropriate for the days after the pandemic. The research aims to find out if digital platforms were used to avoid a sedentary lifestyle in the first and second high school students of the Unidad Educativa 17 de Abril del Cantón Quero through a descriptive investigation with a qualitative and quantitative approach through the application of surveys to 191 students, obtaining as a result that despite the fact that the vast majority of students were unaware of these new technologies, they knew how to take advantage of them in a satisfactory way, this being a tool not only to communicate but also to do sports at home through videos or courses found on the network, with the majority of the results of the survey being favorable responses and making great use of digital platforms to mitigate the sedentary lifestyle that was present more strongly during confinement.

    Uso de la plataforma Tik Tok y el aprendizaje en estudiantes de bachillerato durante la pandemia de Covid 19

    ABSTRACT This research will focus on the study of the reasons why young people between 15 and 18 years old, during the covid 19 pandemic, have been attracted to digital platforms, especially TikTok, because it has increased in number of downloads in the last two years and generation Z is the most vulnerable to this type of entertainment. This work will show the changes that have been taking place in this generation Z, where young people are the most connected with technology, social networks and the consumption of entertainment platforms. During the Covid 19 pandemic, society has presented sudden changes in all aspects, however, the accelerated process of adaptation in generations has been evidenced, so it is necessary to know that social networks currently influence development in many cases Of the youngs. Part of the work carried out with this research is knowing a threat, which may not be considered that way, but it significantly influences development if it is not controlled by everyone. Research techniques are also necessary to be able to investigate in depth on the subject, as long as the sources are effective to obtain good conclusions, since social networks increasingly play a fundamental role as an intermediary piece in the interaction.

    The present research work analyzes the fundamental role played by communicative tools within the educational processes, the protagonism generated based on the existing need to prevent students from stagnating in their educational levels, as a result of the health emergency generated by covid-19. The role played by these strategies to be channels that allow teachers to transfer knowledge to their receivers, in this case the students, is one of the aspects investigated in this thesis. In order to carry out this project, the Salcedo National School in the province of Cotopaxi was chosen as the field of research. This school was chosen in order to analyze the reality of the educational process experienced by the students during the two years of the pandemic. Thus, the different tools and strategies that were providedby the teachers to continue with the academic period have been analyzed. The importance of technology during the pandemic is also analyzed, being thefundamental axis and the medium where education moved to, adapting to the time thatpassed at that time and providing the facilities so that both teachers and students can recreate an environment similar to the one that took place in the classroom, but now from their respective comfort zones. In order to obtain more real data, a quantitative approach was applied in this researchwork, where statistical information was obtained that led to know the experiences thatthe students had in that period of online study

    The research work shows the importance of communication in daily life and in the education of people, therefore it is necessary to talk about the documentary that is part of communication, since it is the massive tool for the educational dissemination of cultural wealth and cultural. To demonstrate the cultural identity of the Kichwa people of the Talag parish in its different manifestations of the sector, I feel that these have not been reflected in documents or technological resources that help to strengthen the same culture, therefore the research seeks to find incentive actions of cultural value. Transcendence, among these considerations it is known that the Kichwa culture has been practiced by a few and forgotten by many, the Talag sector is a distinctly Kichwa parish and there are cultural values of the sector, so the present investigation through the methodology of the Descriptive research with a qualitative approach determines the p There is little interest in the population, especially young people, in maintaining their own culture, in this sense the research through documentaries made for this purpose aims to massify the contents as stories, legends and traditions of the parish to be considered in the different educational entities as a didactic and audiovisual resource. technological means known as educommunication. As a result of the research, it is recommended that educational institutions include topics with cultural manifestations in the study curriculum as a transversal axis to practice and promote the Kichwa identity of the Talag parish.

    Educational Units require transforming traditionalist concepts of teaching, understanding the importance of the student being the main individual in the teaching-learning process. Educommunication as a tool of education attends to this, so that the student, together with the teacher as only a mediator, begins to generate their own knowledge, as it aims at the formation of a critical thought, capable of producing their own modes of knowledge to be applied Therefore, this research work seeks to work with these aspects: education, communication, and the teaching-learning process generated by the students themselves, and that this knowledge is useful not only in the institutional sphere, but throughout Their lives can be applied. The present work was elaborated under the critical-propositive paradigm and it has been determined “Educommunication and the incidence in the teaching-learning process in the “Hispanic America” Educational Unit of the city of Ambato.” Therefore, surveys were applied to the students, which showed the gap in knowledge regarding educommunication, failures that affect and do not allow the correct pedagogical progress. Based on the results obtained, an educommunicative strategy was proposed where the student is the main producer and executor of knowledge, it is they who will elaborate with the tools that are given to them, communicative products focused on themselves.

    The Research Graduation analyzes the communication deficiency in the campaign´s communication" speak seriously, sexuality without mysteries" and the pregnancies´ prevention in adolescents from 15 to 17 years old of the Canton Ambato in the Tungurahua Province, consequently that the programs, events, talks, conferences and more prepared activities that they do not have the due reception, since they do not reach the majority of the researched population, it is being necessary to look for the way of attending and participating, since it is a duty and citizen obligation to be active participants. Once the problem has been defined through exploratory research, a poor relationship between parents and children is detected and the theoretical framework is constructed to properly base the variables based on the information gathered from books, brochures, magazines and the internet about Strategic communication with adolescents. Already the methodology was established, surveys were developed as adequate tools for the processing that serve to make the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data obtained, thus establishing the relevant Conclusions and Recommendations. Based on the research revealed the proposed solution, which includes an update with active communication strategies that will strengthen the intercommunication that must exist in a way that improves the relationship so that there may be mutual support, especially with adolescents so that it is strengthened within the social sphere.

    This research is framed in promoting the citizen participation of the young people of the urban parish Pelileo Grande through the educommunication, because with their collaboration within the public management will be possible to achieve a local development. The media currently have a fundamental role in the development of society and therefore should help educate the population, especially the youth, so it is important to establish educational strategies that help young people to know their Participation in public management. Educommunication seeks to generate active, participatory and critical receivers of the messages emitted by the media, that is to say, to create a feedback between emitter and receiver (EMIREC). The voice is the best instrument of expression, because it has a suggestive power over the listeners, as long as you know how to use it, since, you have to know what is said and how you say it, that depends on the assertiveness of the message and La Radio as one of the mass media and the most used by young people, it is important to implement an educational strategy, which contribute to the creation of spaces and educational content focused on young people. Reason why, this medium will be used as a tool to generate educational contents in which the rights and mechanisms of participation are made known.

    ABSTRACT This research focuses on creating and communication strategies to raise the Municipal ordinance regulating the control, maintenance and protection of dogs and cats Salcedo Canton for broadcast on local media such as radio, television and print media. This Ordinance was passed in second and final debate in May this year by the City Council, so it is necessary to propose a communication plan focused on sensitize the public on responsible pet ownership. It is essential to create messages designed to arouse the interest of the audience turning them into active entities before a social problem that affects all as inhabitants of Canton. Overcrowding and different forms of mistreatment of dogs and cats is a current reality, so that the current authorities chose to create this ordinance to punish those who violate the rights of these animals. The media play a fundamental role in the dissemination of the ordinance, by communicational products with educational content and entertainment while you can convey the message in a dynamic way for audiences to understand and identify with the message. The media should educate through its contents and make the communication process always has an answer, ie feedback to create interactivity between sender and receiver making them EMIREC, as communicators is essential empathize to get involved with social problems.

    La transmición de mensajes y el modelo educativo bancario en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en la escuela

    La comunicación que se realiza en la Escuela de Educación Básica Juan Francisco Montalvo permite evidenciar que aún se conserva un modelo educativo bancario, principalmente en los docentes que promedian una edad de 40 años, ya que transmiten los mensajes de una manera unidireccional convirtiendo a los estudiantes en receptores que almacenan y reproducen información. Para esta investigación se han tomado como sujeto de estudio a los docentes y estudiantes de la mencionada institución educativa perteneciente al cantón Santiago de Píllaro. La información obtenida y descrita en el presente estudio utiliza varios recursos investigativos y comunicacionales que muestran datos que ayudan a comprender la manera en la que se está transmitiendo los mensajes durante el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. La información recolectada incluye datos obtenidos mediante la observación del investigador y las respuestas de los estudiantes y docentes pertenecientes a la institución educativa. La transmisión de mensajes y el modelo educativo bancario en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en La Escuela de Educación Básica Juan Francisco Montalvo, es un acercamiento a la realidad que ocurre en muchas instituciones educativas en la cual los docentes utilizan una comunicación unidireccional para que los estudiantes almacenen y reproduzcan información, sin embargo en la actualidad se debe aplicar una comunicación más horizontal, participativa e integradora que permita explotar las capacidades de docentes y estudiantes para la construcción del conocimiento.
