    El contenido de la página Tinta Cultural de la Red Social Facebook y el interés sobre la información cultural de sus usuarios

    This research had as its object of study the Facebook portal "Tinta Cultural", a page dedicated to the dissemination of cultural information from Ecuador through cultural notes and curious facts; using an interactive and alternating dynamic to create an approach with the followers. To carry out the research, bibliography and a mixed methodology were used, quantitative in terms of the decoding of statistical data that allow the obtaining of measurable percentages, and qualitative due to the complexity of the analysis of the contents of this portal. One objective of the study was to determine the degree of interest of the users based on the interactions, for this reason an analysis is presented through content analysis matrices, which allowed a detailed observation of aspects and indicators such as the structure, audience, accessibility that are part of a social network. Finally, this research led to a reflection on how to improve the content of this "Tinta Cultural" to awaken more interest in the users and capture a larger audience

    El uso de plataformas digitales a través del e-commerce y los deberes formales del contribuyente

    With the passage of time, the internet has evolved the activities of human beings including trade, this has led to the creation of different digital platforms in order to streamline and facilitate the purchase and sale; with the creation of e-commerce, an activity that every day adds more users, so it is difficult for the Tax Administration to control the formal duties of the taxpayer established in the Ecuadorian legislation. Therefore, the objective of this research work is to identify whether the users of digital platforms of e-commerce comply with the formal duties of the taxpayer established in Article 96 of the Codification of the Commercial Code, for this it was necessary to use a descriptive methodology using a quantitative method through surveys to different people who use digital platforms to buy or sell products, with questions related if the same ended with a delivery of any sales receipt; in order to identify compliance with the aforementioned formal duties, information collected from a primary source that will be collected directly, according to the experiences that respondents have had. It can be a problem in the society focused and damaging to the State's income due to the non-compliance of the formal duties of the taxpayer mentioned above and highlight the scientific novelty of this research to emphasize that the tax administration does not have the necessary mechanisms to perform an integrated control to the digital platforms of ecommerce

    Las Apuestas Deportivas en las Plataformas Digitales y el Principio de Legalidad para efecto de la Recaudación Tributaria

    The objective of this research work is to analyze the problem of sports betting on digital platforms and its relationship with the legality of tax collection. With the exponential growth of online gambling, challenges and opportunities have been identified for state authorities worldwide. This research has been carried out through an exhaustive review of academic texts, doctrine, and legislation. The analysis of the legal and regulatory aspects of online sports betting makes it possible to highlight the differences between countries. The main legal approaches adopted were identified, from total prohibition to regulation and legalization under certain conditions. In the same way, the tax collection mechanisms for sports betting on digital platforms in different jurisdictions are analyzed. Different tax models are investigated, including taxes on operator profits, levies on bets or commissions. Finally, recommendations are presented to improve the effectiveness of tax collection in the context of sports betting on digital platforms. These include the implementation of clear and up-to-date regulations, international collaboration for the exchange of information and good practices and raising public awareness of the risks associated with online gambling. In addition, the importance of establishing a solid and efficient legal framework for sports betting on digital platforms is highlighted, with the intervention and collaboration of governments, tax authorities and betting platforms, to guarantee legality and adequate tax collection.

    The presence in social networks is crucial for the success of companies, especially in the betting industry. Within a country in which sports betting games come into existence thanks to a legal vacuum that governs Ecuador. Faced with an uncertain economic future, the Ambato city agency of the Ecuabet betting house seeks to implement some communication strategies to improve its positioning and its relationship with customers. For this research to be possible, it was analyzed considering a qualitative and quantitative approach and the deep analysis of the designs of the publications that Ecuabet posted on its social networks, from the message it projects, to the type of color it uses to attract new clientele

    La práctica del deporte y las plataformas digitales frente al sedentarismo en tiempos de pandemia Covid-19

    ABSTRACT Communication in new technologies is presented as a way to cope with a sedentary lifestyle in times of the COVID-19 pandemic, digital platforms being used mostly. Due to the confinement in which humanity was involved for its own safety and survival, thus adapting to a new lifestyle, however, we can appreciate that these new ways of communicating and learning were somewhat forced due to the speed with which the that were introduced not only in the educational aspect but also in the daily life of students and employees, adapting them to schedules and routines inappropriate for the days after the pandemic. The research aims to find out if digital platforms were used to avoid a sedentary lifestyle in the first and second high school students of the Unidad Educativa 17 de Abril del Cantón Quero through a descriptive investigation with a qualitative and quantitative approach through the application of surveys to 191 students, obtaining as a result that despite the fact that the vast majority of students were unaware of these new technologies, they knew how to take advantage of them in a satisfactory way, this being a tool not only to communicate but also to do sports at home through videos or courses found on the network, with the majority of the results of the survey being favorable responses and making great use of digital platforms to mitigate the sedentary lifestyle that was present more strongly during confinement.

    Canales digitales: La nueva apuesta del periodismo deportivo

    Sports journalism has witnessed a technological transformation that has not left aside this journalistic field, society always seeks to be informed about national and international events around the world and the media have had to migrate to these virtual spaces to be in tune with the current requirements of users. This study investigates the narratives and the main changes that sports journalism has had, trying to renew its dissemination formats, which have allowed to incorporate more entertainment to the products that are consumed. To check the change that sports media and their journalists are constantly making, with the aim of staying current within a world as competitive as communication and journalism, in the first place, a netgraphy also known as virtual etnography has been carried out, seeking from the digital experience itself to contribute the research, in addition, though digital surveys, knows the opinion of users and consumers of sport information and finally, through virtual interviews, talk with communicators within the sports field so that they contribute their academic knowledge and work experience achieved within the profession. This research has allowed to show the benefits it has had in sports journalism, the possibility of complementing with different technological tools, capable of renewing the formats, offering an educational content and at the same time entertaining, which can meet the needs of all users who enjoy different sports.

    Elementos linguisticos y paralinguisticos del contenido digital para la plataformade YouTube de la influecer ecuatoriana Mancy Risol

    In this investigation is tried to identify each one of the linguistic and paralinguistic elements used by the Ecuadorian influencer Nancy Risol, in the content of her YouTube platform. In addition, identifying the relationship between the social sense that is perceived of the plurinationality that offers towards the public, taking into account its culture and each of the traditions that applies to each video with respect to its presentation and influence it provides to the community. Faced the unattainable technological advance to which the world is exposed, it is trivial and complex to recognize the qualities of each human being before a world exponent such as YouTube. Each of the elements that make up the called message towards subscribers, community and public consumers of platforms, are the ones that this research will highlight, as well as the perspectives offered by the influencer who stars in a growing mass in several social networks. Therefore, this research work has four chapters that are grouped as follows: Chapter I: It has the subject of investigation, each of the investigative antecedents that complements the contextualization and the foundation. Chapter II: Encompasses the work methodology, the materials and methods applied to accomplish the objectives. Chapter III: It is described the analysis and interpretation of the data that were stored in the previous chapter, with which the hypothesis can be verified. Chapters IV: Finally, the most relevant recommendations and conclusions in the investigation are developed.

    Nowadays digital platforms and social networks are so important in the broadcasting and Exchange of information for everybody, it focuses a huge impact in users, YouTube is global source of information due to the structure that it is made is so persuasive with everybody that uses theirs contents, anti t is a big advantages to other services of communication. The kind of production that made EnchufeTV for broadcasting on YouTube, does not have any filter of content, it makes more popular through the people, in this page lot of people visit it and it generates lot of money for EnchufeTV, the vision of people in new technological trends makes the expansion of EnchufeTV to a global level, without focus in the negattive aspects on verbal and physics messages that children get through EnchufeTV Channel. Parents don´t know and don´t control what their children see on the net the kind content that YouTube can show, sometimes can be find good content and sometimes waste content and little children learn good and bad things that affect their brains and their psycho-emotional development, all this through channels like EnchufeTv. Nowadays new online generations does not have enough cultural, educational linguistic offers, as a result of their training from the beginning to the end point of issuing content with assertive and appropriate messages to social strong topics. Most of digital channels in the YouTube platform do not developed efficient communicative elements for broadcasting, because they seek to focus on gains in the number of followers and visualizations, all of this is thinking in the global Hispanic child audience. The approval of children under 12 years old to the kind of content that is explicit which lacks tools for their social training, unconsciously they assume that everything transmitted is natural and that causes a negative action inside and outside the home. The purpose of this project is designing an alternative channel to EnchufeTV in order to develop the same kind of audiovisual content, but from the linguistic are that create messages that show respect and show a structured appropriate language.
