Item Corresponsabilidad parental en la crianza de niños, niñas, y adolescentes trabajadores (Proyecto ETI)(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2024-08) Freire Cruz, Melissa Del Rocio; Naranjo Ruiz, Viviana FidenciaParental co-responsibility is one of the aspects little investigated within Ecuadorian families, despite the fact that it is a variable that has greater influence and impact within the comprehensive development and growth of children and adolescents. The intention of this research is to point out the impact of the parental co-responsibility that the father and mother maintain in the process of raising the sons and daughters who belong to the GAD-Izamba ETI Project. The methodology used was quantitative, descriptive and correlational. 56 parents participated in the analysis, of which 22 were fathers and 34 were mothers. A sample evaluated from an instrument previously designed by the author of the research, which consists of 15 items to acquire relevant information and coefficients on parental co-responsibility and parenting, with a different Likert scale that varies according to the need. of the question. The results reflected that a very low percentage of the population shares parenting tasks and family responsibilities, represented by 14% almost always and another 14% always, therefore, these are quite worrying data that are due to the persistence of gender roles. traditional, which limits the quality of time and coexistence shared between parents and children. This lack of co-responsibility arises in response to the need to address this challenge holistically. For the execution of the research, a methodology with a quantitative approach was used, where a survey of 38 items was prepared and applied to a population of 84. Subsequently, the expert validation technique and the analysis of the Validity Coefficient of Content in addition to verifying the reliability of the questionnaire by applying the "Cronbach's Alpha" method. The information obtained was tabulated, generating tables and statistical graphs that allowed reaching the results extracted from the source. The hypothesis raised in the investigation was verified through the correlation of Spearman's Rho test, where it was verified that interpersonal relationships are significantly related to the culture of peace. Based on the results obtained, the quality of the social interactions of the students in the school environment is evidenced, which in general terms present a moderate level with areas in which they can be improved where dialogue and effective communication are essential factors for the construction of an adequate culture of peace in the educational field. The objective was to determine the influence of the work environment of the multidisciplinary team in the care of the elderly in the gerontological center, after the investigation it was determined that the work environment of the multidisciplinary team is of great importance in the care of the elderly, in their state physical, emotional so as to provide a decent quality of life. Caso: Mushuc Runa Sporting Club(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicaciòn Social, 2023-03) Michelle Morelia, Cruz Guerrero; Viteri Torres, Walter FranciscoThe research is part of the project: “Netnography and digital communication in times of pandemic and/ or postpandemic COVID 2019”, belonging to the Social, Democratic and Educational Strengthening Domain, of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences, with the Research Lines Communication, Society, Culture and Technology and Social Exclusion and Integration. Soccer is undoubtedly one of the most consumed sports worldwide and its practice is immersed in different objects to be studied. Among them, digital communication, coexistence and interculturality. Therefore, the research describes how is digital communication, coexistence and interculturally, between foreign and national soccer players in “Mushuc Runa Sporting Club” and being this the first Ecuadorian team that has in its roster a player of indigenous ethnicity differentiates it from others. It was carried out through a qualitative methodology divided into three parts. The first was based on direct observation in the club`s training sessions for one month, where relevant aspects of coexistent were analyzed and identified. Semi- structured interviews were conducted with three foreign players and four national players on intercultural relations. The investigation is based on the fact that when the total confinement of the population was decreed as of March 19, 2020, several problems began to arise in all areas of life and human development, several of them had to return to coexistence between couples and children that as time passed in each of the members of the household suffocation was taking place, this occurred because more than 90% of the households already had a routine life where each one went out to their economic activity or one of the cohabitants, therefore they did not live a harmonious life of marriage or family coexistence, but after the emergence of the pandemic, family coexistence re-emerged; For many, this was an effect that produced an increase in cases of domestic violence, which occurred in most Ecuadorian homes regardless of their social status. The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador guarantees the full protection of the family, as the fundamental nucleus within society, this is specifically found within article 67. The line of investigation that will be used within the investigation is Exclusion and social integrity and the descriptive research. The research will provide information on how to handle healthy intergenerational communication in difficult times, in times of quarantine, the same that at the beginning united the families, where the first days were rest, but the days passed and the problems began, living with different generations can be a problem, in other cases a way of entertainment and learning. The problem of this research is the clash of generations, each with different thoughts and ways of learning, without a doubt the coexistence intensified in this Covid-19 health emergency and interpersonal communication within the family plays a very important role, as it is where generations learned to get along, they learned to find ways to entertain themselves by agreement. In the city of Ambato works the Foundation project Salesian farm Don Bosco of the city of Ambato province of Tungurahua that has been hosting several children and adolescents who have gone through conflict situations between parents many of whom have violated their rights. This phenomenon has meant that children and youth do not adapt easily to a harmonious coexistence within the institution. The symptoms observed in the analysis of the problem were then ratified by surveys carried out both under the children and young people. Proposed solution to the problem described was the development of a social action programme in which phases are: training oriented to raise awareness among the actors in the institutional placement to provide better care for children and adolescents; healing phase to promote and contribute to the connection of affective links of children and adolescents with their families; phase of growth in order to contribute to the knowledge of the children and adolescents with issues necessary to improve coexistence and contribute to the prospective life possessing; phase of life to teach children and teens activities in order to develop an affinity and expand the vision of the different occupations that could be. Finally, it can be said that the implementation of the mentioned program is viable because of their very low cost since resources existing in the institution, are also used just the contribution of related social service professionals should be managed and self-financing.Item Roles parentales y situación de riesgo de los niños, niñas y adolescentes en los casos atendidos en la Unidad Judicial de la familia mujer y adolescencia del Consejo de la Judicatura de Chimborazo del Cantón Riobamba(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2017-07) Quilumba Gudiño, Katherine; Naranjo, VivianaThe purpose of the present investigation was to identify the different parental's roles exercised in the homes and how they influence the risk situation of children and adolescents, so to obtaining the necessary information was worked directly with plaintiffs and defendants who came to the Family's Judicial Unit with the purpose to resolve a conflict, through the application of a survey to deepen said problem, the instrument consisted of two parts, the first addressed to parents or legal representatives and the second to children, this process helped to establish that the relationships between parents are distants and conflictives, characterized by violence both inside and outside the home, where children are witnesses of all this acts which causes a short and long term affectation to all members of the family's nucleus, being the main disadvantaged, especially in questions of your behavior and in self esteem, as well as being indirect victims of child mistreatment for parental alienation that they are immersed frecuently. Therefore, due to the imperative need to contribute to the socio-family situation present in the homes and for to mitigate the risk situation in which children and adolescents are involved, it was proposed to create a school that would allow the improvement of coexistence thanks that active participtation processes of children in order to improve and reestablish the interactions in the group during and after the legal litigation that they live, in order to enforce compliance and to do enforceability of human rights and obligations both the State and the SocietyItem Normas de convivencia y la formación integral de los niños y niñas en la casa Hogar Santa Marianita de la ciudad de Ambato(2016) Soria Pugo, Carla Lizeth; Naranjo Ruiz, VivianaLa presente investigación se centra en las normas de convivencia y en la influencia que hay con la formación integral en los niños y niñas de la Casa Hogar Santa Marianita. El problema principal detectado en este trabajo es el incumplimiento de las normas de convivencia en los niños y niñas de la Casa Hogar Santa Marianita. El presente trabajo investigativo tuvo como técnicas: el diagnostico institucional (detectando así la problemática), la observación, la entrevista; así también herramientas tales como: encuesta, normativas (Código de la Niñez y Adolescencia, Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir y la Constitución de la República del Ecuador). Si bien es cierto, los resultados que arrojan las encuestas aplicadas tanto a las autoridades como a las educadoras dan a notar un cumplimiento en un promedio del 95% de la normativa institucional por aparte únicamente de ellas, dejando un vacío que equivale a los niños y niñas. Este incumplimiento por parte de los niños y niñas está dado por la confusión de normas y de horarios para diferentes actividades con su anterior núcleo de convivencia. Teniendo como antecedente la falta de una normativa específica que oriente más que rija la convivencia dentro de la Casa Hogar. Se ha propuesto como alternativa de solución la implantación de un específico de normas de convivencia que está orientado a las autoridades y educadoras de la institución para que mediante ellas los niños y niñas puedan cumplir con estas normas de manera natural y espontánea, mejorando así su formación integral así como también consiguiendo un mejor clima dentro de la Casa Hogar. Teniendo en cuenta la importancia de este trabajo se requiere el abordaje de profesionales idóneos, no solos conocedores del problema, sino con un gran compromiso para contribuir en la formación integral de todos los niños y niñas que se encuentran dentro de la Casa Hogar Santa Marianita.
