    Motivación situacional académica en los estudiantes de la unidad básica de la carrera de Trabajo Social

    The descriptive research, with a population of 86 students, aims to determine the academic situational motivation in the students of the basic unit of Social Work. The academic situational motivation in students has become a very important issue in education, due to the dropout levels that exist, which becomes a social and family problem. Motivation is considered to be an internal process that drives the person to change, guides behavior and determines an objective. Motivation refers to different reasons that guide human behavior, including both energy and persistence, direction and purpose of behaviors, including actions and intentions. Therefore, it has awakened an interest in the academic field in relation to student performance, to assess motivation it is important to understand what impacts and modulates academic trajectories, in this sense I use the theory of Self-determination because it provides a robust theoretical corpus to address this issue. For the execution of the research, a quantitative approach methodology was used, a previously validated questionnaire was used, for the variable the Academic Motivation Scale instrument was used, made up of dimensions and indicators, amotivation, extrinsic motivation, (external regulation, identified regulation and introjected regulation), intrinsic motivation (intrinsic motivation towards knowledge and intrinsic motivation towards achievement) and stimulating experiences. In the results of the present investigation, evidence that students are at an acceptable level of motivation, therefore, it will be affecting their personal motivation and performance, with respect to extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, students show high levels, which determines that external and internal factors show a regulated and stable behavior, finally, experiences are a fundamental part of emotional development and allow exploring new life situations.

    This research paper is about the importance of know about historical memory through “educomunicación”, specifically, local historical memory regarding the managment of former mayors of Ambato from 1979, year when Ecuador returned to democracy after some years of ditactorship. This research isa sed o the importance of the awareness of historical memory for the empowerment of peoples, for their action from the knowledge of the past, as the need to consider historical processes for action in the present and with the certainty that the Historical knowledge can really strengthen peoples, even in their making of young people have a fundamental role.

    La ley de arbitraje y mediación en el proceso oral laboral en las unidades judiciales de la ciudad de Ambato

    El presente trabajo investigativo fue realizado con el propósito de analizar la realidad que vive el cantón Ambato en cuanto a las controversias que surgen dentro del contexto laboral y de qué manera se las canalizan para llegar a una solución; mediante el tema: “La Ley de Arbitraje y Mediación en el Proceso Oral Laboral en las Unidades Judiciales de la ciudad de Ambato”, se da a conocer la razón principal del congestionamiento en los procesos orales laborales en la unidades judiciales del cantón Ambato, y como la Ley de Arbitraje y Mediación es una herramienta fundamental para encaminar de mejor manera éstos conflictos; pues brinda la posibilidad de acuerdos pacíficos, rápidos y satisfactorios para las partes. Siendo los Métodos Alternativos de Solución de Conflicto, procedimientos totalmente viables y accesibles a la población; garantizando la economía procesal así como una mejor integración social con favorables respuestas hacia las controversias que puedan surgir.This research work was conducted with the aim of analyzing the reality of the Canton Ambato regarding disputes arising within the work context and how is the channel to reach a solution; by the theme: "The Law of Arbitration and Mediation in the Oral Labor Process in Las Unidades Judiciales of the city of Ambato," disclosed the main reason for overcrowding in labor oral proceedings in the judicial units of Canton Ambato, and as the Law of Arbitration and Mediation is a key to route better way these conflicts tool; it offers the possibility of peaceful, rapid and satisfactory arrangements for parts. Being Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods, fully viable and accessible to the public procedures; ensuring judicial economy and better social integration with favorable responses to disputes that may arise.
