    El clima organizacional y la calidad del servicio en los centros de educación Superior

    Toda empresa sea pública o privada está conformada por personas, de ahí la imperiosa necesidad dentro de la Administración, de crear una rama específica que se encargue de la planificación, dirección y control, de los mismos. Lo que hoy en día conocemos como administración de recursos humanos o talento humano se creó a partir de la ideología de la escuela humanística de la administración, donde el ser humano es visto como un ser social, de aquí la importancia de estudiar las necesidades del trabajador así como el ambiente en el cual este se desarrolla con el fin de obtener mejoras dentro de una organización. El clima organizacional hace referencia al comportamiento del individuo dentro de la organización, pues si el trabajador encuentra una remuneración acorde a sus funciones, un jefe con liderazgo óptimo, una relación con sus compañeros abierta, libre de malos entendidos y envidias, los niveles de desempeño serán óptimos pero si por lo contrario el trabajador encuentra un ambiente pésimo, entorno inadecuado, remuneración baja, el resultado será un trabajador poco productivo lo que afecta a la satisfacción, motivación y desempeño laboral y esto repercute en la calidad del servicio que ofrecen a los usuarios internos y externos. El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar la relación del clima organizacional y la calidad del servicio en la Universidad Técnica de Ambato, para esto se realizó 209 encuestas al personal administrativo, 262 al personal docente y 377 encuestas a los estudiantes de la institución. Se utilizó el estadístico de fiabilidad y consistencia interna Alpha de Cronbach para la validación del instrumento dándonos un valor de 0,8 siendo válida la aplicación del cuestionario, para la comprobación de la hipótesis se aplicó el método de Kruskal Wallis el cual rechaza la hipótesis nula y acepta la hipótesis alternativa en donde se manifestó una relación positiva y significativa entre clima organizacional y la calidad del servicio, así mismo se aplicó una regresión múltiple que determinó que elementos del clima organizacional influyen en la calidad del servicio.

    La Motivación laboral y su relación en el desempeño de los Empleados de las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito en la Ciudad de Ambato.

    In the present investigation an analysis was made on the labor motivation and its relation in the performance of the employees of the Cooperatives of Saving and Credit in the City of Ambato, after a contextual study that was made at macro, meso and micro level, a critical analysis was made and its corresponding prognosis, from the analysis of a problem tree I justify the study considering several aspects in order to set to the general and specific objectives that guided the investigative work. In addition, a theoretical analysis was made which began by the revision of previous works concerning the proposed topic, with the support of several approaches from different authors, some motivational theories and specialized contributions on labor performance were obtained, which made it possible to clarify the problem analyzed in a better way, as well as to base each category corresponding to the independent variable and the dependent variable. The methodology was essentially qualitative- quantitative, based on a bibliographic and field work, with a descriptive, exploratory and correlational level, with a survey aimed at the staff of the Indigenous Savings and Credit Cooperative “SAC”. Ltda. Which consisted of a structured questionnaire with multiple choice options, for this purpose it was possible to have a population of 81 people, prior the respective validation. Once the data was obtained, it was analyzed and interpreted, then the resulting hypothesis was checked. With this information, conclusions were formulated as general recommendations based on the specific objectives and with the support of the theoretical framework, in order to have the possibility to elaborate the proposal, which was designed to design a: Work motivation program to improve performance in the employees of the Indigenous Cooperative “SAC” Ltda. of the City of Ambato.
