Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial., 2026-07-03) ;Tarapues Garcia, Stalin Javier ;Rosero Mantilla, César AníbalUniversidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial. The Vet Cirujano Veterinary Clinic traditionally operated under an empirical management system, which led to variability in service delivery. Given this situation, this research proposes a process-based management model grounded in a procedures manual. The objective is to formally structure responsibilities, inputs, outputs, and operational controls, adapting human healthcare hospital management methodologies to the veterinary environment to guarantee consistent, high-quality service focused on customer care. The project began with gathering information using SIPOC diagrams to understand the current operational processes. Next, an ISO 9001:2015 checklist was applied to identify critical gaps and opportunities for improvement. Based on this information, process characterization sheets were developed, which served as the technical basis for creating the final procedures manual. The proposed model standardized activities and established traceability mechanisms for managing complaints and reducing operational errors. By eliminating improvisation, the client receives consistent, high-quality care regardless of external factors. In other words, the document provided the clinic with a solid database for implementing continuous improvement processes and service satisfaction standards.Item type:Ítem, Estudio Lean six sigma en los procesos de corte y confección de la empresa D'Christian – Maryuri(Universidad Técnica de Ambato.
