    The present research was carried out with the purpose of investigating the reality in which the topic is developed: "The professors pluridocentes in the development of the physical culture of the students of the school" Víctor Manuel Peñaherrera "of the sector of Colaguila, Sigchos canton, province of Cotopaxi ". In this investigation, the objective was to determine the incidence of pluridocentes teachers in the development of the physical culture of the students of the "Victor Manuel Peñaherrera" school in the sector of Colaguila, Sigchos, province of Cotopaxi, before which there was a need To apply a survey for teachers, students and parents in which a clear and easy-to-understand language was used to obtain information regarding the subject under study. The results obtained showed that the teachers of the institution use the same didactic strategies for the teaching of Physical Education of students of different grades of basic difficulty in them learning, since they do not have the same interest or ability for a given activity That the teacher has generalized, which has affected the adequate teaching of physical education that is fundamental in the integral development of the student and in his health. For that reason, a proposal was proposed for a solution entitled "Didactic guide of active strategies for the interactive teaching of physical education in the multicultural school" Víctor Manuel Peñaherrera "of the sector of Colaguila, Sigchos canton, province of Cotopaxi, in one way or another Offer guidance to the teacher.

    Las competencias profesionales del docente y su incidencia en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la Escuela de Educación General Básica Pio López

    The purpose of this research is the construction of a proposal of this research is building, Manual Professional Skills Education to improve student learning meaningful at the School of General Education Basic Pío López, to help achieve this goal the professional skills of teachers are evaluated and how it relates with learning, it is intended that teachers innovate their teaching and ownership of these teaching strategies and students arouse interest in acquiring significant learning and especially new form of learning that promote the development of their creativity and cognitive abilities, procedural and attitude; this process encourages collaboration and interaction. The authorities of the educational institution adapt their improvement plans these educational resources as tools to provide quality education and above all be a contribution to the formation of the student. Teachers beyond their professional skills, accompany and will participate in the generation and construction of lasting learning in their students

    Influencia de las estrategias didácticas empleadas por los tutores en la adquisición de competencias profesionales en los postgradistas de medicina crítica y terapia intensiva de la UCE, 2005

    Se refiere a la influencia de las estrategias didácticas empleadas por los tutores en la adquisición de competencias profesionales en los postgradistas de medicina crítica y terapia intensiva en la UCE, 2005. Objetivo de la investigación es “Detectar a quiénes deben los PGMCTI de la UCE la adquisición de competencias profesionales”. El paradigma de estudio es crítico-propositivo: crítico porque cuestiona el tradicionalismo didáctico que todavía está presente en la formación de los postgradistas de Medicina Crítica y Terapia Intensiva de la UCE, en contra de las exigencias de un cambio de época; propositivo por cuanto se presenta una propuesta para superar la “Pedagogía de la Respuesta” fomentando una “Pedagogía de la Pregunta” mediante el empleo de modelos integradores de estrategias didácticas que propicien la adquisición de competencias genéricas y profesionales. Se articula la investigación de campo con la bibliográfica. Las conclusiones generales sirven de base referencial para proponer una alternativa de solución, de manera que los tutores estén capacitados para propiciar las competencias profesionales en los postgradistas.
