Item Análisis de vulnerabilidad ante eventos provocados por caudales fluviales extremos, procedentes de avenidas pluviales del Río Ambato, del sector las Viñas Shina, entre el paso lateral de Ambato y la vía a las Viñas; parroquia Izamba; cantón Ambato; provincia Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2018) Ruiz Arboleda, Alvaro Guillermo; Pazmiño Gavilánez, Segundo FranciscoEn este análisis se recaudó, procesó, seleccionó y excluyó los datos de las estaciones Limnimétricas con influencia en el área de estudio, generando la serie de caudales que se utilizó en el análisis, se obtuvo el período de retorno en base a las recomendaciones del NEVI-12, se obtuvo el caudal de diseño por medio de una prueba de bondad de ajuste de proyecciones estocásticas que relaciona los métodos de distribución probabilística de Gumbel y Pearson tipo III, se determinó el coeficiente de rugosidad del cauce en base a los métodos de Cowan y Ven Te Chow, los cuales utilizan datos obtenidos a partir de la visita de campo en la cual se levantó información pertinente a profundidades, coberturas, e identificación visual del tipo de suelo presente en el lecho del río. Luego se obtuvo la topografía de la zona de influencia en base a las cartas topográficas en escala 1:1000 proporcionadas por el Departamento de Planificación del GAD Municipalidad de Ambato, luego se continuó con el modelo matemático de simulación de la avenida por medio del programa Hec-Ras, el cual generó el área de inundación de la zona analizada, se elaboró planos temáticos y se redactó el resumen de planos en el cual se indicó la distancia recomendable de construcción de obras civiles a partir del eje del río. El diseño hidráulico del proyecto se fundamentó en la norma NEVI-12-MTOP; Volumen Nº2 – Libro B, el Código ecuatoriano de la construcción parte IX obras sanitarias CO 10.07 – 601 y el manual de hidrología, hidráulica y drenaje del Ministerio de transportes y comunicaciones del Perú, se ha determinado un período de retorno de 261 años, un caudal de diseño de 123.18 m3/Sg, una altura máxima de inundación de 5 metros sobre el nivel del lecho del río y un área de inundación de 44.48 hectáreas.Item Diseño de la red de distribución principal de agua potable para la parroquia Pasa del cantón Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua-Ecuador(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. It began collecting statistical data and that were provided by the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Rural Parish of Pasa where you can identify the number of beneficiary inhabitants that currently exist, their social and economic situation, after this, the ground was lifted using precision equipment, in this case, the Trimble total station. Already in office work, we proceeded to the most optimal layout of the network as well as the respective calculations where the diameters of the PVC pipes were determined, calculation of work volumes and already in the design of the network we will use the free software EPANET 2.0, which allows us to know the pressures, velocities and flow rates that circulate through each node and proposed pipeline, achieving a gravity system. All the aforementioned procedures are governed by the Ecuadorian Standardization Institute, in the chapter on Drinking Water Supply System and the Ecuadorian Construction Standard. The design of the sanitary sewer with its wastewater treatment plant for its subsequent reuse in agriculture will serve to adequately care for the health and wellbeing of the residents of the sector; The elaboration of this project was based on technical standards of the Ecuadorian Institute of Normalization (INEN), the Undersecretariat of Environmental Sanitation (ex - IEOS), and also considering the legislation of the Unified Text of Secondary Legislation of the Ministry of the Environment (TULSMA). In the first stage of the project design, a survey was used to know the sanitary conditions of the sector, the topographic survey was carried out, then the wastewater was sampled in the discharge pipes in the existing septic tanks so as to know its composition and Level of treatment. Based on the aforementioned background, the designs of sewage collection networks with their respective location plans and hydraulic characteristics were developed. From the data obtained during the topographic survey, the improvement of the geometric design was made, establishing suitable parameters such as design speed, radius of curvatures, slopes, peraltes, etc. By means of the study of soils it was possible to verify that the soil is of silty clay type with high moisture content and a CBR of 3.95%, reason why it was proceeded to make the improvement of the subgrade with granular material of the mine May 20 located 2 km from the site of road implantation, the relevant tests were carried out as a result of a CBR value of 9%, which will provide greater soil resistance and logically a reduction in the thickness of the upper layers. As an alternative drainage system, drainage ditches, a drainage mantle with a fishbone, and the placement of geotextiles were proposed in order to provide greater stability and durability of the road construction, ensuring that the population can make use of it without any inconvenience.Item Diseño del sistema de alcantarillado y planta de tratamiento de los sectores La Clementina - Salate del cantón San Pedro de Pelileo de la provincia de Tungurahua, y la elaboración de un prototipo de un biofiltro de lechuguín como tratamiento secundario(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. According to studies and research conducted sectors of the project does not have a sewage system, which is why most of its inhabitants are in the need to build septic tanks, to evacuate rights lavatories, washrooms and showers, this problem is increased by the presence of odors, unwanted animals. Reason for which it was proposed to carry out the design of the sewage system in the sectors of La Clementina - Salate del Cantón San Pedro Pelileo with the implementation of a wastewater treatment plant, and thus to purify any impurity and pollutant factor of the effluent towards the channel Patate River. Previously the topographical survey of the place and consecutive to the same using specialized software Auto Civil 3D the layout and orientation of the PVC network was defined and to check the hydraulic conditions H. Canales program was used. Subsequently, the prototype was modulated with a lechuguin biofilter to verify if this species of macrophyte in combination of filtering materials help to reduce the pollution generated in this sector. Finally, a reference budget, a valued work schedule was made, the plans of the sewerage network and treatment plant were elaborated. Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2017) Parra Vásquez, Gissela Silvana; Paredes Cabezas, Geovanny AnibalThe technical has the purpose to provide of this service to the population of the study place in order to improve the people quality´s life Through the use of field research, it was possible to evaluate and determine the evacuation of the waste water from this place, the study determined that the majority of houses evacuate their wastewater to septic tanks, generating bad smells and contributing to the degeneration of their contour. It´s for that reason that I propose carry out the design of a sanitary sewerage from this place, using a PVC piping system, to improve the sanitary condition from Compañía Alta community , it will also be implemented a treatment plant in order to be able to discharge not very polluted waters towards the ravine of this sector In order to carry out the proposal and given the need to design the hydraulic system which contains the sewerage system and the treatment plant, a topographic design was realized from the place of study. Using the software civil 3d and through the respective topographic design, it could define the orientation of the piping for the network. To realize the hydraulic calculation it was necessary the use of HCANALES software, once finalized the design of the project I had to proceeded to the modulation of the prototype, in this case determine the moisture of reed to verify if the prototype helps to decrease the pollution generated. Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2017) Robalino Barrera, Cristina Marivel; López Arboleda, Alex GustavoThe present technical research project, prior to obtaining the title of Civil Engineer, has the objective of realizing the respective geometric design located in Rio Negro, a township in Baños city, between Las Estancias- Colonia Garcia Moreno ; the purpose of the article is to aid people living in this area. A topographic study was carried out to determine all the soil conditions and the respective soil study, identifying the properties of the soil, performing laboratory tests such as grain size, moisture content, Atterberg boundaries, CBR of design, the same ones that are necessary for the calculation of the structure of the pavement, was also made a counting of vehicular traffic which allowed to define to the way like type IV according to the norms of the Ministry of Public Works (MOP). For this technical work, the stabilization of the slope by means of tire walls was performed as "Plus", analyzing the two unaltered samples extracted from it to determine the necessary data and to make the respective calculations. Finally, the unit price analysis was carried out to determine the reference budget together with a valued work schedule, which allowed us to know the approximate time for the execution of the project.
