    In sales management and electronic invoicing, it is crucial to have an integrated solution that avoids errors, delays and compliance issues, which can negatively affect a company's competitiveness. The absence of a unified system in these processes can result in significant inefficiencies. The main goal of the project is to develop an electronic invoicing module that seamlessly integrates with the "aTiendo" system. In addition, the module's performance was evaluated using ISO/IEC 25010 standards to ensure its efficiency. The development of the module involved the use of technologies such as Angular, ASP .Net, phpMyAdmin and Apache JMeter. Through surveys and meetings, client requirements were gathered to ensure that the module met the specific needs of the company. Functionalities developed included the generation and sending of electronic invoices, sales data management and detailed reporting. The project was managed with an incremental software development methodology, by clearly defining roles and creating a delivery plan divided into increments. This allowed to address in an organized and efficient way the different stages of the development, ensuring the successful completion of the module. The importance of the development is that the module will allow an effective integration with the "aTiendo" system, offering advanced sales listing, management and reporting capabilities. Additionally, the module will facilitate the generation and sending of invoices in PDF format by e-mail, as well as the implementation of an electronic signature system for invoice validation.

    Sistema web y móvil para la sistematización de la gestión administrativa y de asambleas del conjunto habitacional “El Portal de la Viña”

    The “El Portal de la Viña” housing complex consists of 303 residences, which makes it difficult for the board of directors to control the administrative processes, giving rise to challenges in the management of parking spaces, calls, and in treasury, since these processes are carried out manually. This project implements a web management system along with a mobile application to systematize the administrative and financial processes of the housing complex. In addition, geolocation is used as a mechanism to verify attendance and voting at assemblies. To do this, the Haversine formula is used to accurately calculate the distance between the resident’s location and the assembly point, thus ensuring that only those present can participate in the votes. The housing complex management system includes modules for the administration of owners, residences, payments, calls, guardianship, and parking. Modern technologies such as Angular and Ionic frameworks were used for the web and mobile client, respectively. For the development of the application programming interface (API), the Spring Boot framework was used along with PostgreSQL as a database manager. The validation of the implemented system was carried out by applying the technology acceptance model (TAM) to the residents of the housing complex, resulting in a positive acceptance of the proposed system. The implementation of this system is expected to improve efficiency and transparency in the administration of the housing complex.

    Aplicación web para el control y seguimiento en la ejecución de proyectos para la Empresa Eléctrica Ambato Regional Centro Norte S.A

    This research focused on developing a web application to optimize the control and monitoring of projects at Empresa Eléctrica Ambato Regional Centro Norte S.A. (EEASA). The application utilizes socket technologies to provide real-time visualization of project progress. Initial analysis revealed deficiencies in project management processes at EEASA; stakeholder interviews provided insights into challenges and essential requirements, justifying the need for an automated solution. The RAD development methodology allowed for agile and consistent execution. The program is notable for its capacity to improve decision-making by providing real-time information through sockets, thanks to its Angular frontend and Spring Boot backend. Through the resolution of issues, the program secures data integrity and enhances project control and monitoring productivity, timeliness, and security. The strategic choice of technologies, methodologies, and frameworks contributed to the project's success, providing EEASA with an effective tool to manage large-scale projects and enhance the user experience. The significance lies in increased effectiveness and time savings in project management, with tangible contributions to overall EEASA improvement and customer satisfaction. This project represents a significant step towards modernization and operational efficiency at EEASA, setting a new standard for project management and elevating competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

    Aplicación web de contact center para el departamento de cobranzas de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Credi Ya Ltda

    The Contact Center of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Credi Ya Ltda. was developed with technologies that ensured efficient performance and an optimal user experience. Angular was used in the frontend, providing a dynamic and intuitive interface, while the backend was implemented with Node.js for fast and efficient executions. State-of-the-art technologies, such as Wave Grandstream, were incorporated to improve the quality of voice calls. In terms of database, MongoDB was chosen, offering flexibility and scalability to manage large volumes of data. Regarding the development methodology, the XP methodology was adopted, which stands out for its agile approach. This allowed a flexible adaptation to change in the project requirements and a continuous delivery of functionalities. The system consists of several modules designed to optimize management and communication with partners. The Debt Collection Module facilitates the efficient management of outstanding payments with clear visualizations and analytical tools. The Mailing Module automates birthday greetings and tracks detailed mailings. The Forms Module enables the creation and management of customized surveys, while the Campaigns Module facilitates the planning and execution of campaigns, leveraging database information. The User Administration Module ensures complete control over permissions and associated data management

    In today’s environment, knowledge plays a crucial role for success in various areas. An adequate level of knowledge allows one to understand the environment, make informed decisions, solve everyday problems and continuously improve. In the workplace, having trained personnel aware of their responsibilities is essential to achieve efficiency and productivity, which leads to greater competitiveness and business success. At Empresa El´ectrica Ambato Regional Centro Norte S.A. (EEASA), inefficient training and evaluation processes were identified due to the lack of an adequate technological solution. To address this situation, an initial observation of the training and evaluation process was carried out, followed by a survey of 199 employees and an interview with the head of the IT area. The results showed that 82.4% of those surveyed agreed to reinforce their knowledge and be evaluated through an online platform as part of the process. In this sense, the project focused on developing and implementing a web application to evaluate and strengthen the technical knowledge of EEASA employees. The AUP methodology was obtained to manage the project in an agile way, facilitating the process in each phase of the application’s life cycle. After the implementation, usability tests and surveys were carried out to evaluate its impact. The results showed that the majority of users perceived a significant improvement in the efficiency and ease of access to training resources and assessments, having a positive impact on their work productivity and effectiveness in the learning experience.

    Aplicación web progresiva (pwa), para la solicitud de créditos en línea para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Credifacil Ltda

    The use of online financial services plays an essential role in customer care within financial institutions. The continuous technological advancements and competition compel the industry to adapt more effectively to these changes. In the context of staying at the forefront of technology, the credit and savings cooperative "Credi Facil" found the need to offer its products and/or services digitally. In response to this scenario, surveys were conducted in May, involving 360 individuals, including customers and employees of the cooperative. The results revealed that 85.5% of the respondents were willing to use the online credit application system. For project management, the hypermedia-oriented object-oriented design method (OOHDM) was employed, enabling object-oriented modeling, use case diagrams, navigational contexts, and abstract views. This approach was supported by technologies such as Go and the Angular Framework, implementing MVC and multi-tier architectures, respectively. Additionally, specialized facial biometrics web services were utilized to implement an identity validation mechanism for customers, significantly reducing the risk of identity theft and fraud. Ultimately, the software was successfully implemented, and the TAM model was applied, resulting in 76.25% of users expressing satisfaction with the online credit application system. This achievement is attributed to its efficient process management and the delivery of an enhanced user experience.

    Desarrollo de aplicación web para la automatización de la fiscalización y subida de información de las redes de distribución al sistema de información geográfica de la Empresa Eléctrica Ambato Regional Centro Norte S.A.

    This project was born with the need to automate the review process of the "Hojas de Estacamiento" received by the Planning Department of Empresa Electrica Ambato Regional Centro Norte S.A., the review of these sheets is a process that takes approximately thirty minutes and for each error found added more time in its review. First, in the requirements gathering for the development of the system, surveys and interviews were conducted with EEASA staff in order to obtain technical and functional requirements that would allow the understanding of the processes they manage and use them in favor of the automation and development of the system. For the storage of digital files, we opted for BLOB data types because it gives greater advantage than using external storage. Secondly, agile methodologies were investigated to facilitate the development of the application, giving OOHDM as the best option, during its early stages of development allows to generate a code base from its diagrams. On the one hand, it speeds up the development of the application, on the other hand, it takes time to diagram, define its navigational context and create abstract views, but in the end, it is time invested for the benefit of the development stage of the methodology. Finally, as technological tools. Spring Boot and Oracle were used as a requirement requested by the head of the PD. Also. Angular was selected as the best Front-End framework in a comparison with other tools. In short, the system is currently being used by all contractors, allowing them to upload their files and obtain their certificate at any time of the day, at the same time, the work used by the DP administrative staff was reduced considerably.
