The research was developed with the primary goal of improving the quality of life of all workers preventing them from getting diseases that can affect your health. For the complex and demanding situation of agricultural activities, workers are subject to a high degree of danger when in contact with highly toxic substances, so that the implementation of a regulation of occupational health and safety required for this way improve workplace health and prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases in farmers, who undoubtedly the biggest beneficiaries will be the main actors (society-organization-family). Current research will provide guidance to provide the guidelines to be followed for the evaluation, identification and prevention of those in the workplace risks and thus improve the quality of life and consequently the work performance of employees.Item La Seguridad industrial y su impacto en la Productividad de Industria Electro Metalmecánica Alhice en la ciudad de Ambato.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Its marketing is to national level, this industry has 40 years in the market whereby it needs to take actions that let it improve the industry´s productivity. Therefore, this investigation job is focus in the industrial security due this is the main cause because the productivity of the industry is affected. The data collected in this investigation was applied to the company’s personnel and this indicate that the application of the industrial security to improve the productivity of the company is required; due that in this moment this application and control has been in empirical way, namely because experience and functioning time. So the proposal of Industrial Security Plan is address to the standards application, regulations, to take care the integrity of the human resource and material resources, economical of the company, this increase the productivity that has been affect due this factor.Item La Seguridad y salud ocupacional y su incidencia en el Clima organizacional de la Curtiduría Aldaz.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. It is for this reason that this research has been prepared for the purpose of performing an analysis on the production area both staff and physical space, as well a work environment will get safe and accepted by reviewers. After conducting an investigation of direct field was obtained as a result detect countless dangers to which workers are exposed, so it is necessary to take action and prevention methods with the intention that there is an improvement in the company since the human resource is the cornerstone for the company to proceed. Once the problem is identified the next step is to create a proposal according to the needs of the company and that is to design a plan for risk prevention aimed at workers, within which preventive measures and appropriate signposts is detailed for each job using strategies to suit the contributors to this plan and comply with the requirements of the law.
