It maintains a qualitative and quantitative approach, the model will comply features such as participatory naturalist, internal humanistic and interpretive, as it is an investigation into a social problem, with research on the human factor, based on testing a theory integrated variables measured with numbers. What was evident dare a statistical tool, which helped survey the verification of the hypothesis. Allowing to conclude that it is necessary to carry out an alternative that contributes to the solution to the difficulties identified in this investigation. Organizational communication is a field of human knowledge that studies how the communication process occurs within organizations, between them and their environment. This investigation aims to develop strategies to improve organizational communication for representatives of the Provincial General Teaching Hospital “Ambato”, taking in consideration that communication has become in one of the cornerstones of any Institution; and in order to provide Public Functionaries the necessary knowledge for proper management that favors the identification and alignment of all its members, following to organizational objectives and thus aims to increase the job performance. The data obtained in field investigation, applied to functionaries of the Provincial General Teaching Hospital Ambato, indicate that it is of utmost importance to implement strategies to improve organizational communication, as it can show in this investigation there are several faults in communication inside the Institution, this faults have a direct impact to the development of the activities of the personnel; and therefore this affects job performance of each one of them.Item La Comunicación digital y los Donantes del Banco de Sangre, DVS - CRE - JPT.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato.
