Item FACTORES QUE INFLUYEN EN LA SATISFACCIÓN DE LOS PACIENTES EN LA ATENCIÓN DE ENFERMERÍA – UNA REVISIÓN DE LA LITERATURA(2025-06-17) Moreta Puca, Luis Fernando; Manzano Quisimalin, Devora Estefanía; Universidad Técnica de Ambato / Facultad de Ciencias de Salud / Carrera de EnfermeríaSatisfaction can be defined as the difference that exists between the expectations presented by the patient with the perception or care they truly received. This concept is highly complex since it is directly related to a number of factors, including: experiences that has been previously received, expectations, lifestyle, socioeconomic level and very important values, the health system focuses exclusively on user satisfaction since it is an indication of comfort, permanence, control and implies greater demand for services. A bibliographic review is carried out where information was collected and a documentary technique was used, through scientific search engines available on the web, such as articles and publications of a scientific nature that correspond to databases such as: Scielo, PubMed, ScienceDirect, ResearchGate. Allowing an answer to the research question: What are the factors that influence patient satisfaction with nursing care? The PRISMA 2020 methodology was used for literature reviews. Finally, it was shown that in more developed countries, adequate infrastructure, sufficient personnel; They have a better perception by patients of the care provided, while developing countries, which do not have adequate infrastructure or sufficient personnel, obtain a lower rating with the degree of care.Item ESCENARIOS VIRTUALES EN ENFERMERÍA PARA MEJORAR LA FORMACIÓN CLÍNICA EN LOS ESTUDIANTES(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/ Facultad de Ciencias de Salud /Carrera de Enfermería, 2024-10-03) Pombosa Bravo, Brenda Brigitte; Herrera López, José LuisBackground: The evaluation of the effectiveness of virtual scenarios in the clinical development of nursing students will bring significant changes in education, especially if it refers to the practical part, since in this case it will provide the knowledge demanded by each student and will favor the clarification of doubts in a more effective and almost real way. (2) Methods: Research with a quantitative approach, descriptive scope and crosssectional observational design. (3) Results: Through the application of a survey for nursing students of basic training in which 4 parameters were analyzed in a survey of 16 questions, the same in which questions about the application of virtual scenarios to improve their clinical training were addressed. (4) Conclusion: Virtual reality effectively improves knowledge in nursing education because it is more effective than other methods of education in the areas of skills, satisfaction, confidence and performance time.Item Pertinencia de la formación de posgrado en los profesionales de enfermería(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Carrera de Enfermería, 2022-10-12) Gualpa Orozco, Steven Julian; Velasco Acurio, Evelin FernandaIntroduction: Postgraduate training is a fundamental tool for nursing professionals and marks an essential point in overcoming both personal and intellectual, to demonstrate the quality of their work in the hospital setting and guarantee health care with academic training. dependable for users. Objective: To determine the need for postgraduate training in the nursing profession, in the same way to get to know the areas of interest in which the professional would be willing to do a postgraduate, master's or specialty. Method: the research corresponds to a cross-sectional study, with a quantitative and descriptive approach in the nursing professionals who work in the different services of the Hospital General Ambato IESS. The sample consisted of 130 graduate nurses. Results: Of the health professionals who participated in the research, the majority work as service nurses, and it was evidenced that not all of them have a fourth-level degree, through the surveys conducted, they indicate that they have a greater interest in studying in emergency. Conclusions: We can mention that their third level studies have been useful to conduct their work in their workplace, but in the same way, the need for training in nursing postgraduate courses whose objective is to contribute to the updating, deepening, improvement, and experience is confirmed. in the activities conducted by professionals to improve nursing care and in improving their job skills for the future.
