    Estilos de vida en pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipos 2 en tiempos de pandemia Covid- 19

    The present study called "Lifestyles in patients with Type II DM in times of Covid pandemic" aimed to analyze the lifestyles in patients with type II diabetes mellitus during the COVID 19 pandemic. The methodology was established within the quantitative approach, non-experimental cross-sectional study to identify the degree of affectation that the diabetic patient's lifestyle had during the pandemic. A survey was applied as a data collection instrument Profile of Lifestyle (PEPS-I), where the results showed that the majority of the participants frequently maintained a healthy nutrition with a percentage degree of 50.96%, 57 , 96%, stated that sometimes they undergo exercises, in the same way 47.77%, mentioned that they are frequently responsible for their health, in the same way, 44.59%, indicated that sometimes they lead to the management of stress, while 43.31% indicated that they frequently maintain interpersonal support and finally 52.23% stated that they are frequently updated with information on the chronic pathology they suffer from. Therefore, it was concluded that the lifestyle of diabetic patients is unfavorable through the variables measured in the study. However, we have evidenced in different studies analyzed throughout the investigation that health personnel carry out various promotion and prevention campaigns at the first level of public care, there forethe different factors that condition the lifestyle of health professionals should be investigated. chronic patients in order to improve health policies and provide more personalized attention to diabetic patients.

    Cuidados de enfermería en aspectos psicológicos en madres con diabetes

    One of the experiences that is achieved through the research carried out is not only to verify that emotional aspects affect mothers in their gestation stage, but also to find a way to plan an adequate care plan for the mother, verifying that the psychological aspect and general care can be on a par so that there are no future complications. The research presents a qualitative approach, with an exploratory scope in which pregnant patients with gestational diabetes underwent an individualized interview according to their emotional aspect with a duration of approximately 30 min. In conclusion, according to the results obtained in the interview, it was possible to find some negative answers both in the personal, family and social spheres, despite the negative answers obta ined, others were completely encouraging since they were completely positive.

    El estilo de vida y su relación con la obesidad

    Nos últimos anos, os números do excesso de peso aumentaram dramaticamente. Este problema tem sido associado a mudanças no estilo de vida como resultado de transformações sociais que modificaram a dinâmica do trabalho, do estudo e dos hábitos alimentares. Tendo em conta os problemas acima mencionados, surgiu interesse em escrever este artigo, com o objectivo de determinar o estilo de vida e a sua relação com a obesidade. Para este fim, foi realizado um estudo de investigação quantitativa com um desenho não experimental, transversal e correlacional. A amostra consistiu num total de 229 pessoas, que foram avaliadas utilizando o questionário Lifestyle II da Universidade de Nebraska e o IMC foi calculado utilizando a alturae o peso do questionário de dados sociodemográficos. Os resultados mostram que 61,6% da amostra avaliada tinham excesso de peso e 12,7% eram obesos, 50,7% quase nunca o fizeram e 49,3% só o fizeram por vezes, e 69,9% tinham estilos de vida sedentários. No que diz respeitoà relação entre as variáveis, foi demonstrado através da análise do teste Chi que existe uma dependência entre o estilo de vida e os índices de obesidade com um nível de significância de 5%. Conclui-se que os estilos de vida caracterizados por estilos de vida sedentários e maus hábitos são os principais factores de risco na manifestação do excesso de peso e da obesidade.
