The lack of detailed historical records makes it difficult to identify failure patterns and predict optimal times to perform maintenance activities, resulting in significant costs from unforeseen repairs and constant replacement of components. A preventive maintenance plan is implemented that covers the collection of data in each of the areas, recording in an inventory all the machines and equipment found, coding them according to their respective area so that they can be identified more quickly. The preparation of technical sheets for each of the machines provides information about each machine. Likewise, analysis methods such as FMEA are implemented to identify each of the most critical failures of the machine, which helps make improvement decisions. The creation of matrices with the description of the possible failures that may occur with their respective criticality evaluation provides us with the necessary information for decision making. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2023-09) Escobar Vallecilla, Erick Enrique; Guamanquispe Toasa, Jorge PatricioThis technical project was carried out with the purpose of implementing a preventive maintenance plan for the "Jackson" industrial workshop, based on asset management, as they do not currently have one, and also to guarantee support for the workshop's assets, which is why ISO 55000 was used. In the development, the coding of the machines was carried out in order to identify them quickly and easily; technical data sheets and a study of the current maintenance situation were made, this data was represented in the statistics and analysis of the curve of the machines' bathtub, which indicates the stage the machines are in. Then, a modal analysis of failures and effects (FMEA) was carried out with the parameters established in the technical note NTP 679, where the most critical components to suffer breakdowns and that can cause an unexpected stoppage of the machines were detailed, in order to know the functional failure, the causes of failures and effects; a criticality analysis of the equipment was carried out, in order to determine the most critical components of each machine. Finally, the preventive maintenance plan was developed, using a free technological software "Microsoft Excel", where the maintenance logs of each machine were detailed, the generation of the monthly report and data; it is possible to save and print each of the generated reports, in order to manage in a faster and simpler way.Item Desarrollo de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo enfocado en la gestión de activos, mediante la utilización de la norma ISO 55000 para la rectificadora m. Noboa” company, currently does not have a preventive maintenance plan, the purpose of technical project is to generate one, focused on assets management, with a projection of one year, for machinery in charge of the rectification process of vehicles engine, in addition, it is expected to provide help with the management of company assets, therefore, ISO 55000 Standard was used. In the investigation were carried out: technical sheets, analysis of machine elements using the AMFE (Modal Analysis of Failures and Effects) matrix established in NTP:679 Standard, to identify critical elements, also, a qualitative critically analysis was used to identify the critically level of each machine from another type of approach (no data such as maintenance statistics, among others). Therefore, it was possible to determine a preventive maintenance activities list, which ensures a correct and optimal work of the machines is expected, prolonging the useful life of the machine and its elements, and avoiding unexpected failures. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2022-03) Ulloa Supe, Edgar Eduardo; López Velástegui, Jorge EnriqueThe work was carried out based on the need to solve the existing problem in the industrial machines of the company "FORTECALZA NEW GENERATION ", due to this company does not currently have an adequate management of the information. Regarding this fundamental point, which is asset management. To solve this problem the UNE-16646 standard was used. This regulation makes it possible to identify elementary deficiencies in the management of information, safeguarding, adequacy and even maintenance itself. The research adopted a mixed qualitative and quantitative sampling approach that sought to establish a preventive maintenance plan based on identifying the main weaknesses of the company. The results showed that there are currently 8 unacceptable situations; there is no inventory and machine coding, statistics, AMFE matrix, maintenance ranges, mission, vision and objectives of the maintenance unit. Situations that were fully covered in the development of the work, in this way it was possible to contribute to business development, as well as to the country's productive matrix.
