Item Desarrollo de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para los equipos y maquinaria de la empresa Carrocerías Altamirano de la cuidad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2024-01) Cholota Chaglla, Jonathan Gonzalo; Paredes Robalino, María BelénThe company Carrocerias Altamirano has allowed an exhaustive analysis of the equipment and machinery used in its manufacturing and repair operations with the problem that it does not currently have a preventive maintenance model specifically designed to ensure optimum performance and prolonged useful life of its essential assets. With this idea in mind, the present research work is proposed; with the purpose of approaching a methodology of a mixed nature, since it is based on both a qualitative and quantitative model. It is essential to highlight that the creation of a model aimed at identifying the parameters for the maintenance plan of the machinery of Carrocerias Altamirano required the use of a broad bibliographic base to specify each aspect related to preventive and corrective activities within the company. Additionally, the condition of the machines was evaluated by means of the prevention technical note NTP 679, and statistical data from previous years were used to detail the availability of the machines. Once these data were analyzed, they were incorporated into the FMEA matrix to determine the priority risk number NPR, and from that perspective to obtain an estimate of reliability and availability for the application of a CMMS model. It is noteworthy that the current evaluation of the condition of the machines at Carrocerías Altamirano indicates that the vast majority of them are in semi-optimal condition and show high performance of 78 percent. For the development of this degree work, a bibliographic analysis was necessary, technical visits to collect information on the needs of company and the machines that are used, in order to know the elements with the greatest tendency to cause damage or breakdowns, to over time, based on: generation of technical data sheets, instructions for use, statistical studies of the operating time and reliability of the machines. In the way of preventive maintenance, the (AMFE) was necessary, for the analysis of the most critical components of the machines, to have greater emphasis and observation of the components according to the criteria of NTP 679, and to analyze the reliability of machines according to NTP 331. Knowing the state of availability of the company's machines, we find a connection coefficient of 0.79, being an important value to consider the development of the thesis project as preventive maintenance, also through the proposed analysis, it was possible to determine that the most critical elements were the gears, oil filters, emergency stop systems and their respective control panels.Item Desarrollo de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para el área de molienda de la empresa Molinos Miraflores S.A de la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. For this reason, this technical document is developed, focused on mitigating the maintenance needs required by the machines that make up the grinding área of the Miraflores mills located in the city of Ambato, in order to carry out this study A bibliographic analysis was used together with a field study that allows us to determine both the mechanical and electrical components that make up the machines, all this in order to establish the elements that are highly prone to failure or causing them in a certain period of time. weather.
