    For the realization of this project the use of measuring equipment was of great help as is the thermal camera, this equipment shows a thermal image of the sections or elements inspected, with this temperature the heat generated by the inspected sections was calculated, In addition, a smoke meter was used, this instrument is useful to determine the chemical composition that occurs at the moment of combustion and by means of stoichiometric calculations the air-fuel ratio was determined, which indicates the use that the fuel is generating within This equipment, with these data obtained from the tests, proceeded with the necessary calculations, for which thermodynamic criteria and heat transfer criteria were taken into account, with these data the determination was made of the performance that the boiler generates up to now. It is necessary to determine the performance of these equipment, because this factor helps to predict the change of some element that integrates this equipment, and thus extend its useful life. Concluded with the development of this project, the maintenance personnel were informed of the care they must have for a better management of this equipment, and the maintenance manager was also informed of the tests they must perform to determine the performance of this equipment, and If necessary, perform more frequent preventive maintenance.
