This technical project was carried out considering the importance of implementing a control system for a hybrid wind-photovoltaic renewable energy generator, and in this way obtain better energy storage for the sector Rio Blanco Yatzaputzán community in Tungurahua. The project is based on the design, construction and performance tests, for this reason, the different parameters for operation from energy sources such as solar panels and wind generator were investigated. In the theoretical and analytical part, the selection of a data achievement card was made according to the control parameters, besides, the program and the connections of the components that are capable of controlling the charge and discharge of the batteries were designed. In addition, the system has the function of controlling water heating for domestic use. The main parts of the system are: batteries, solar panels, wind generator, solar thermal tanks, electrical and temperature sensors, Contactors, electromagnetic actuators, electronic devices, etc. This study was designed with the aim of improving the life of the equipment by preventing overcharging and excessive discharge of batteries, heating of electronic components, and keep the water temperature between 25 to 30 celcius, Also, a data storage system was incorporated that will facilitate the research carried out by students and teachers to know the potential of the sector. Finally, the system was built with materials available in the market and that have an accessible cost for their respective construction.
