Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información.The growth of organizations requires the optimization of human talent management processes, especially in the recruitment and selection of personnel. In this context, a web application was developed using the React library in order to improve the hiring process in the Human Resources department of the company Megakons S.A. Currently, these processes are carried out manually, which causes delays, difficulties in handling information, and limited follow-up of applicants. The proposed solution allows for the centralization of vacancy management, candidate registration, resume collection, and facilitates the evaluation of profiles in an agile and organized manner. Modern web technologies were used to develop the application, prioritizing an intuitive, dynamic interface that is adaptable to different devices. The implementation of the system contributes to reducing administrative time, improving the organization of information, and strengthening decision-making in the Human Resources area. In this way, the web application is a technological tool that supports the efficiency of the recruitment and selection process at Megakons S.A.
