    Diseño de los puestos de expendio de comida tradicional de Atocha y su impacto en el bienestar de los actores sociales.

    El problema central de estudio es la deficiente planificación urbana en lugares históricos como es el sector de Atocha, en donde existen problemas de circulación vehicular y peatonal, dado estas circunstancias los puestos de venta actual de colada morada ocasionan problemas de bienestar tanto para los expendedores como para los clientes. Por esta razón se realizó una definición de las causas, para posteriormente establecerlas en los resultados. La presente investigación se basa en el paradigma crítico–propositivo, es también de carácter cualitativo, cuantitativo, de campo, bibliográfico y descriptivo. La población de investigación es la Asociación 2 de Noviembre conformado por 21 personas y los clientes que mensualmente son alrededor de 1050, al aplicar las encuestas se obtuvo como resultado la existencia de problemas con los aspectos físicos de los puestos que afectan en especial a los vendedores, y causa desconfianza en los clientes. Por otro lado los puestos de venta al ser improvisados carecen de algunas áreas como la de limpieza, así como también los espacios de almacenamiento y preparación están a la vista. Para cubrir todas las necesidades que poseen los expendedores y de esta manera generar confianza en los clientes, se plantea el diseño de un módulo desplegable de fácil trasporte, con los espacios y elementos que son necesarios para facilitar la venta de comida tradicional, en este caso de colada morada, para el sector de Atocha del cantón Ambato, Provincia de Tungurahua para brindar un mejor servicio a los clientes.

    Materiales no convencionales como alternativa en el diseño interior de albergues para animales de compañía

    The project entitled Non-conventional materials as an alternative in the interior design of shelters for pets, presents through a proposal the possible application of these materials in the design of interior spaces. In the first place, an investigation was developed which bases and sustains the project in a theoretical-conceptual way. Then, a field analysis of the spaces of the shelter was carried out for the intervention and proposal, through the user-centered methodology. Based on the data collected, different approaches were proposed, such as: the conditions of the place to intervene, the needs of a stray or rescued dog, its physical, physiological, psychological conditions, etc., as well as the needs of caregivers and adopters Materials were also selected based on their functional, aesthetic, sustainable, ergonomic, harmonic and affordable characteristics (bamboo, straw and PET bricks). So that at the time of making the modifications in the construction they can be carried out in an agile way and with a low environmental impact. Finally, we proceeded to the proposal of the application of unconventional materials in the design of spaces of the municipal shelter of the city of Latacunga. It, which responded with the improvement of the habitat of companion animals during the waiting process prior to being adapted.

    Estudio de eco materiales para su aplicación en el diseño de espacios interiores en viviendas de interés social

    The present investigation was based on studying the Eco materials for their application in the design of interior spaces in houses of social interest, specifically for houses developed in Ecuador as an alternative to the conventionally used materials that make the spaces are generally typified and reduced, guaranteeing the welfare of the people who inhabit it by using this type of materials whose main characteristic is to be ecological, and in this way to interfere in the innovation of the interior space of said houses. From this arises the need to achieve a different and ecologically sustainable aspect, ensuring comfort with a use of space through flexibility and multifunction so that it is optimized to the maximum achieving that the house meets the standards of habitability and its role of shelter and family refuge. The type of material proposed according to its properties, allows exploring parameters where the main objective is to allow the inhabitants much wider spaces and leave aside the standardization that promotes this type of social housing. It is worth mentioning that, since it is a type of economic material, it makes it possible to lower construction costs and allows the design to be advanced from furniture, coatings, finishes and decorative objects. The project was framed in the type of exploratory, descriptive and explanatory research, grounded on a comprehensive level with a mixed research model (documentary-bibliographic and field). A series of techniques and data collection instruments were used, specifically the analysis of documentary sources, direct observation, surveys and unstructured interviews. Also, the approach to the user during the investigation allowed to have first-hand information, as the inhabitants agreed to give their views on the housing and saw as a need the extension of the same as families have a number of inhabitants that exceeds the capacities of the type of housing under study. For the elaboration of the proposal and the fulfillment of the objectives, all the investigative resources were used and the great acceptance by the main users when presenting the material eco as an alternative to achieve other types of environments since they are aware of the contamination that human beings provoke the ecosystem, so this opens a range of options so that the designer can experiment and propose interior designs where the main material is ecological contributing in this way to the awareness and the use of the benefits that It offers an Eco material.

    Viviendas de interés social mediante la utilización de contenedores marítimos en zonas vulnerables de la sierra centro del Ecuador

    The present research proposes a way to create a housing solution for families that are striving to secure a house of their own. This research was carried out through a study and analysis of interior design techniques that will enable the reutilization of shipping containers as habitable spaces. It is through these techniques that it will be possible to map out and create comfortable environments, which are at the same time cozy and will promote the physical and emotional development of the families that reside in them. This project aims to alleviate the housing deficit in Ecuador with an affordable solution that will allow families with a certain income level to have access to different public and private institutional housing loans. The proposal is implemented in two stories. The different areas that make up the houses are distributed in 20 (6.05 m) and 40 (12.05 m) feet shipping containers, which were modified through a modular system. This will allow different modules to be combined through compositional techniques so that they will adapt to the terrain or space where they will be placed.

    Diseño interior del área de interpretación patrimonial del Centro Cultural de Artes del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Pujilí destinada a fomentar el valor del danzante.

    The Danzante Pujilense´s history is well known for being the main character of Corpus Cristi festival, on June, a popular celebration widely know national and internationally, letting behind the origins of the festival that preserves unique traditions. The main objective is to develop the inner design of the Danzante´s interpretation area located on the Cultural Centre on the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal, in order to promote its development and increase the tourism on Pujilí through the generation of specific places destined to promote cultural activities related to it. This project has a qualitative approach, analyzing the inner environments on the place as well as the elements and main characteristics required to obtain comfortable and descriptive areas related with Pujili´s culture. The main results obtained with this investigation is that the inhabitants of Pujilí town do not know the Danzante Pujilí´s history as well of the importance of this Historical patrimony. The population of Pujilí town and Cotopaxi´s province is on its majority catholics, so that motivates that they visited mostly some other places like the Isinche´s sanctuary and Quilotoa´s lake, located on Zumbahua Parrish, so that concludes that the population prefers places with religious and cultural identity. In relation to these facts, it is necessary to get adequate environments to highlight the cultural icons as the Danzante Pujilense and its interpretation Centre, which involves social, economic and cultural ambits to contribute to the development of the city and province, making of this place that all the tourist should visit.

    Los espacios interiores y su influencia en los servicios de atención integral de los pacientes de la clínica Santa María de la ciudad de Ambato

    The main objective of this research project is to adapt the interior design of integrated care area clinic Santa Maria in the city of Ambato, by applying the technical standard Interior Finishes Hospital to improve free movement and universal access patient care, via an appropriate diagnosis to establish the aspects that need improvement. The type of study was descriptive, because the intersection of information for describing each of the research variables was established and is also retrospective, because an analysis models interior spaces and their influence will be made in care services holistic health in recent months, to propose a viable alternative for 2015, and the association of variables in which the relationship between the dependent and independent, notably the redesign of the interior, as an alternative was determined performed for a change of mentality with regard to practical, accessible and functional design to the public. Techniques were used to access the necessary information through data collection instruments such as questionnaire survey was applied to two groups relevant to the initial investigation, such as patients Santa Maria Clinic and their families, and from another perspective to the employees of the nursing home made up of doctors, nurses and service personnel, who also frequent use and all care areas of the hospital, once tabulated the information can reach the conclusions and recommendations. In addition a proposal consisting raise an interior design and optimal, safe and comfortable access for users and staff working in the institution and create a link with the society that allows patients and increasing standardization is made Space to be useful and conducive to recovery, and avoid injury to personnel working

    El diseño de las viviendas populares que promueve el ministerio de desarrollo urbano y vivienda (MIDUVI) y la utilización de materiales de construcción para el mejoramiento del confort en la parroquia Quinchicoto del cantón Tisaleo.

    La presente investigación tiene como objetivos específicos, determinar criterios para la utilización de materiales en las viviendas construidas por el Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda (MIDUVI) en la Parroquia de Quinchicoto del Cantón Tisaleo. Diagnosticar el manejo de normativas y obligaciones constructivas de viviendas que avalen el uso adecuado de materiales para alcanzar el buen vivir de las personas que las habitan. Analizar los requerimientos de los usuarios al momento de adquirir una vivienda tomando en cuenta los factores climáticos y ambientales que lo rodean. Rediseñar una vivienda unifamiliar tipo, de las construidas por el MIDUVI con la implementación de materiales térmicos para el acondicionamiento óptimo en su interior. De las encuestas realizadas a las personas beneficiarias que recibieron sus casas en el programa de viviendas unifamiliares de “Quinchicoto El Porvenir” en el año 2010, tenemos que existen diversos problemas dentro de los espacios interiores, en la mayoría de casos se veía la estructura de la cubierta ya que existía oxidación, humedad en paredes, goteras y fisuras en paredes. El resultado obtenido en las encuestas se puede enfatizar en los problemas que las viviendas están pasando actualmente, creando problemas para los usuarios debido a que los materiales empleados en la construcción son de baja calidad y no brindan una garantía óptima.

    DISEÑO INTERIOR DEL ÁREA ADMINISTRATIVA DE LA PLANTA HORTIFRUTÍCOLA PLANHOFA Y SU IMPACTO EN EL DESEMPEÑO LABORAL

    La presente investigación ha tomado como referencia la creación de espacios confortables para el desarrollo de las actividades laborales dentro de la empresa Planhofa. Es importante señalar que el presente trabajo contiene una minuciosa investigación presentada dentro del marco teórico en donde se puede observar que existen temas no semejantes al propuesto lo que permitió desarrollarlo con mayor énfasis. Además cuenta con una modalidad bibliográfica y de campo por lo que es un estudio de carácter social, exploratorio y descriptivo. Se aplicó la entrevista y la encuesta como técnicas de recolección de datos las mismas que permitieron determinar que el diseño interior del área administrativa de ˊPlanhofaˋtiene un impacto significativo en el desempeño de sus empleados. De la misma manera con el desarrollo de la investigación se evidencio cuán importante es brindar a los empleados un espacio adecuado acorde a sus requerimientos permitiendo que se sientan en un ambiente idóneo para el desarrollo de sus labores. Finalmente,en este sentido se propone una solución técnica, funcional y estéticaenfocada a solucionar el problema objeto de estudio aprovechando la utilización apropiada del espacio interior y complementándose con una buena elección de materiales, equipo y mobiliario.

    Planteamiento distribucional para el confort de los empleados en la Editorial Santillana Ambato

    En la actualidad, en la ciudad que vivimos, existen empresas que por ahorro de dinero y desconocimiento en el Diseño Interior, llegan a realizar distribuciones de espacios de trabajo inadecuados, dando como resultado espacios de trabajo no confortables que al paso del tiempo pueden provocar serias molestias en el empleado o incluso enfermedades y a la empresa provocaría que sus márgenes de ganancias lleguen a bajar, puesto que el empleado no se encuentra en condiciones para un buen desempeño en su puesto de trabajo. Este presente trabajo investigativo está basado en los espacios existentes en la Editorial Santillana Ambato, y su transformación en espacios funcionales, estéticos y confortables, así dando solución a la problemática espacial, dando relevancia a los espacios de trabajo y mejorando así con esta propuesta de Diseño Interior la actividad comercial que esta empresa presta al público en general, en especial a los alumnos de las distintas Unidades Educativas que hacen la adquisición de los productos.
