    The essential purpose of this research work is to establish that by using a logistic regression model based on gender, it will contribute to an adequate probabilistic analysis of the variables that intervene in the registry of third level degrees of the Universidad Técnica de Ambato; For this purpose, the data from the computerized database of the internal system was used to record graduates' degrees between July 1, 2017 and July 31, 2018, developed by the Information Technology and Communication Department of the aforementioned institution. through field research and through a qualitative approach to the information under study, it allowed the achievement and determination of conclusions and recommendations; It is also concordant to mention that currently the data referring to the registration of third level degrees within the University in question do not receive the appropriate statistical treatment; Therefore, in the present research an optimal logistic regression model is proposed according to the institutional needs, with the purpose that the Universidad Técnica de Ambato has the necessary elements to provide a vanguard attention to the community it serves.
