Item Determinantes de la intención de emprendimiento en estudiantes de posgrado(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. Maestría en Gestión Empresarial basado en Métodos Cuantitativos, 2018) Idrovo Poveda, Fernanda Katherine; Verdesoto Velástegui, Oswaldo SantiagoThe generation of entrepreneurial behavior is considered essential for the development of a nation because, through the creation of companies and sources of employment, economic growth is facilitated. So, for this behavior to occur, it is necessary that the individual has the intention, and in addition to be focused on the fulfillment of an objective, which influences the actions the people take to achieve that purpose. Therefore, in the present research work, through the use of statisticians and the review of scientific literature, the study of the determinants of the entrepreneurship intention, taking as a case study to graduate students of the Authority of Administrative Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato, based on the Theory of Planned Behavior proposed by Ajzen in the year of 1991. This way it is identified how in the training field, certain factors influence in different ways, to generate entrepreneurial intention. The study also allows to know the different perceptions that students have about entrepreneurship and their tendency to generate or not, a business of their own.The study of the variables of attitude, subjective norms, and behavior control allows to know the opinions of students about the feasibility of undertaking, and in addition in the present investigation it was revealed which of the aforementioned variables, has a direct influence on the intention of undertake, and the factors that affect each of them. As a result of the research project carried out and after the analysis of the information obtained through the application of surveys to the students, it is evident that two of the independent variables of the base model significantly influence the process of generating entrepreneurial intention and that factors such as satisfaction, perception of feasibility, confidence and the level of decision of the individual, contribute significantly to each of these variables. Finally, a model of determinants of the intention of entrepreneurship is proposed, where the variables that directly influence the intention are considered and the two main indicators of each of them are analyzed, which will subsequently contribute to generating entrepreneurial behavior.
