    Modelos de optimización de la calidad mediante análisis de parámetros en los procesos productivos para el sector textil de Tungurahua

    The present research has for object to study the models of optimization of quality (MOC) and his relation with those parameters of the productive processes for the textile sector of Tungurahua.The study started from the problem statement at the macro, meso and micro level that allowed to formulate and delimitate, justify and define the research objects. Later, a theoretical and conceptual framework was presented, through a definition of categories, hypothesis approach of research and the identification of variables. Consecutively, methodology was proposed that relied on a qualitative and quantitative approach, of a descriptive, exploratory and correlational type; the gathering information was executed on a sample of 160 textile SMEs, where it was possible to determine that 38 entities have applied quality optimization models, proceeding to apply a matrix of comparison between models used. The results revealed that the model that best adapts to the needs of the sector is "Management by processes as a strategy to improve quality optimization". The statistical method to be used for the verification of the hypothesis is the function of the Spearman correlation, present in the SPSS program. The determination of internal consistency shows a good level of reliability with an Alfa of Cronbach of 0,846. Finally, the proposal is presented specifying beneficiaries, location, estimated time of execution and responsable. Them, the justification and the identification of improvement opportunities were presented, where the diagrams of improved processes are presented, and the quality optimization model MOC-001, designed according to the needs of textile SMEs, these are legally constituted in the Province of Tungurahua, after, the process map is posed, implementation guide, functions manual and management indicators. Finally, the bibliographical support and the respective annexes are presented.
