Maestría en Gestión Empresarial basado en Métodos Cuantitativos, 2017) Muyulema Allaica, Juan Carlos; Díaz Córdova, Jaime FabiánThe Seis Sigma Methodology is widely used in the enterprises for the improvement of the quality, increasing of the productivity and decreasing of the costs, coming into play a business improvement. However, nowadays, the challenge consists on leading these tools to the improvements that have an immediate positive impact about the value differing, which requires the sorting of Seis Sigma with the competitive strategies of the organization. That is why the importance to establish a strategic management system able to measure, analyze, improve and control the corporative performance and at the same time to establish the responsibilities of leadership and commitment. The specific purpose of this investigation is to develop a measurement model of corporative global performance through the alignment of strategic objectives (Balanced Scoreboard) and the improvement tools of productivity (Seis Sigma) for processes with multiple answers that would be the robust enough to serve based on its application within the poultry industry to connect the performance strategy efficiently and the customer satisfaction. The model called SSIMB: 2017 proposed shows how a control framework must be implemented with the aim to go farther than the DMAMC, or the supervision of performance of the financial and non-financial measures with this could be determined in an effective way how the indicators could be embedded and be related each other to improve the global performance of an Enterprise. The model applies that the strategy, performance and the customer satisfaction are aligned, the organization will obtain benefits for an intense relation that exists between both the performance process and the strategic initiatives.
