Item Clima organizacional y rendimiento laboral del personal de la cadena de farmacias VimaviPharma (Bandhas farmacias)”(Carrera de Psicología Industrial, 2023-09-01) Villa Banda, Doménica Monserrath; Tello Vasco, Luis RafaelEl presente trabajo de investigación titulado Clima Organizacional y Rendimiento Laboral en los colaboradores de la cadena de farmacias VIMAVIPHARMA (Bandaspharmacia), tiene como finalidad llevar a cabo una investigación relacional entre el Clima Organizacional y el Rendimiento Laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa en cuestión. Esta investigación se enfoca en las diferentes dimensiones de estudio que influyen dentro del clima organizacional con relación al rendimiento del personal. El enfoque de la investigación es cualitativo y cuantitativo, en el primer caso se debe al enfoque que se tiene sobre las cualidades de valoración dentro del estudio y en el segundo caso por el proceso de cuantificación planteado para llevar a cabo la corroboración y el orden de los datos encontrados. Así también, dentro de la metodología, se tienen niveles de investigación de carácter exploratorio debido a la recolección de datos durante la investigación; descriptivo por la descripción que se detalla sobre la información que se ha obtenido; correlacional por la investigación que se realiza entre las dos variables de estudio. La modalidad de la investigación se llevó mediante una visita directa en el área de estudio, por lo cual, se considera una investigación de campo, de igual manera, se recolectó la información de varias fuentes primarias y secundarias usando también una investigación bibliográfica. La recolección de los datos se llevó a cabo mediante un cuestionario con base en las dimensiones de estudio presentadas por los autores Litwin y Stringer con relación al clima organizacional y por los autores Cota y Rivera con relación al rendimiento laboral con la utilización de una evaluación 360. Los datos recolectados se ingresaron en un software estadístico que facilitó el diagnostico de las variables y la correlación entre las mismas, esto a su vez evidenció que el ambiente laboral dentro de la cadena de farmacias investigada se encuentra en un nivel medio, por lo que los colaboradores tienen un rendimiento normal, sin embargo, existen unas dimensiones donde el déficit es considerable. La orientación de la presente investigación y la propuesta que se promueve espera favorece a la CADENA DE FARMACIAS VIMAVIPHARMA con relación a las actividades dentro de la organización y al rendimiento de los colaboradores.Item "Los riesgos psicosociales y su influencia en el rendimiento laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Centralcar S.A en la ciudad de Ambato,Provincia de Tungurahua"(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato. Rosero Burbano ., Andrea Luciahis paper aims to survey information necessary for the creation of an appropriate structure of the manual functions, which contains relevant information about the defects and responsibilities of each job, in order to improve levels of job performance employees of the company, drawing and making maximum use of resources provided by the same, facilitating the management of time and motion to perform each of the tasks entrusted to reflect this in the achievement of goals and objectives for the shoe company OLPI . This research was conducted to solve a caused by the lack of manual functions at the shoe company "OLPI" of Ambato, problem beneficiaries of this research will directly managers, employees and customers in general, the current thesis has been made based on much research and field; in which the problem affecting the organization and the consequences that could arise is highlighted. MARÍA JUDITHThe present investigation sought about work motivation and the impact that this has on work performance of the Administrative staff Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) Canton Municipal Pujilí, having made the necessary studies both in the methodological part, as a theoretical and practice. The information was obtained through studies and feasibility of realization within the Municipal GAD Canton Pujilí, for which studies the working environment was conducted within the organization, basing on each role played by employees working in that area for a analysis of the factors determining motivation. To this effect was taken as a case study Agrocueros Company SA Canton Ambato, Tungurahua province. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of ergonomic factors and their influence on job performance. The study focused primarily on the evaluation of the following points, lighting, temperature, dimensions of job positions discomfort expressed by the staff evaluated, relaxation exercises and stretching of limbs most commonly used for production within the Company. Performance evaluation is determined based on the format established by the Ministry of Labor Relations of Ecuador using these results the performance of employees is determined and in turn will reveal indirectly same satisfaction in their jobs contemplating the global thereof, analyzing the results can pose suitable strategies to improve and streamline processes, was so the development of the toolkit feedback processes performance evaluation for employees of the administrative area of the Autonomous Government Decentralized Municipal raised San Pedro de Pelileo canton where in detail the parameters evaluated in the SENRES-EVAL-01 form is drawn.
