Carrera de Psicología Industrial, 2015-09-08) PAZMIÑO ZAPATA, MARIO CRISTOBAL; MUÑOZ GUERRERO, PSIC.IND.JUAN CARLOSThe present work describes an analysis of all aspects related to organizational climate and job performance ILVEM of Ambato occupational center with which merited to poll, because the same company has never had links to improvements in climate organization that affects job performance of its employees of different areas; in the workplace with the aim of providing quality standards in both service and production; manifesting motivator promote realism and supported by fact of job satisfaction; eliminating traditionalist processes and thus not display the employee as a resource over the organization; or a promoter of economic well being recognized for his talent (Human Talent), running knowledge and skills in managing their competitive area, compensating each company with a good working environment; providing necessary to perform such work through regular and ideal processes in efficiency and effectiveness tool. A good organizational climate helps and encourages be competent among coworkers, creating a mature behavior of all its members, allowing them to commit to being accountable for their work assignments within the company, giving the best of themselves in appreciation for his job performance. xvii The organizational climate arises from leadership styles to ways and means of communication that exists throughout the area of the consortium; the idea is not to rule out other areas as other units of the consortium will have the training and accommodation being linked to a necessary and priority satisfaction that could stimulate the purpose of the ideal customer service and reliability to enthuse new market niches. These change aspects in improved efficiency and effectiveness in promoting the required service to external and internal customers.
