    La familia de origen conflictiva y la reproducción de la violencia intrafamiliar de los casos atendidos en la unidad judicial especializada de violencia contra la mujer y la familia del Cantón Pastaza

    La presente investigación fue realizada a través de la colaboración y vivencias de usuarios/as de la Unidad Judicial Especializada de Violencia contra la mujer y la familiar de la Provincia y Cantón Pastaza sobre el tema la familia de origen y la reproducción de violencia intrafamiliar, cuyos resultados arrojo que un alto porcentaje de mujeres que han crecido en un ambiente de violencia y que al momento de conformar su hogar continúan de manera sistemática padeciendo esta situación, con lo cual dicho patrón de comportamiento se perpetua dentro de un circulo simbiótico negativo que afecta generación tras generación. La violencia es un problema social estructural que afecta contundentemente a la calidad de vida de los seres humanos, es por ello que se ha realizado un profundo análisis en el cual se aborda las consecuencias de la violencia intrafamiliar, para lo cual se ha creído conveniente humanizar la ruta de atención en un espacio de primera acogida a mujeres y miembros del entorno familiar que han sufrido cualquier tipo de violencia, cuyo fin es brindar a los profesionales una guía orientada a establecer acciones, intervenciones, procedimientos y responsabilidades que les permita realizar el primer contacto con la víctima de una manera acertada y evitando la re victimización.This research was conducted through collaboration and experiences of users of the Judicial Unit specializing in violence against women and the family, in Pastaza province and canton, the subject family of origin and reproduction of domestic violence , the results showed that a high percentage of women who had grown up in a violent atmosphere when forming their own families continue to suffer systematically the same situation, which said pattern of aggressive behavior is perpetuated in a negative symbiotic circle and affects generations. Violence is a social problem that affects the quality of life of human beings, for that reason there has been a profound analysis, in which the consequences of domestic violence are listed, the route has humanized care for women and members of the families that have suffered any kind of violence, its main goal is to provide professional support to help them make the first contact with the victim in an objective manner avoiding further damage to the victim.

    Los problemas conyugales y la conciliación familiar y laboral en los trabajadores de textiles industriales ambateños S.A

    The jobs and the family are two main mainstays in the development of human beings and their welfare depends on the relationships that it generates. The new social scenarios require the participation of men and women in the labor market to meet the basic needs of the family that every day are much more demanding. Therefore, it is important to perform an analysis to the familiar surroundings and work environment because they are dimensions related. In this research, positive and negative factors of the business dynamics and labor relationships are discussed. These results show that despite the work achievements of the XXI century, the family conciliation and labor work are affected that is why the distribution between family activities and labor work are limited. The division of the roles among men and women continue deeply rooted by cultural factors and family legacies. The results show that the difficulties in the relationships are part of everyday families’ lives; affecting family dynamics and their coexistence. On the other hand, employees are slaves of their jobs with minimal chances of meeting family activities. Facing this reality, it is essential to have business strategies. They could be driven by companies committed to the welfare of the workers inside and outside the work environment; allowing the recovery of couple´s relationships with healthy family environments, recognizing family as a source of motivation; establishing internal strategies to make possible the living spaces and job satisfaction. These results will be reflected in the levels of efficiency and productivity improvement.

    Relaciones interpersonales en el hogar y su impacto en la comunicación virtual en redes sociales de los estudiantes de la Unidad temporal Benjamin Araujo

    El hombre a medida que pierde el contacto físico con sus semejantes, busca reconocimiento en otras fuentes. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer las relaciones interpersonales y su impacto en la comunicación virtual en redes sociales. Así mismo enfatiza las dificultades interpersonales de la adolescencia, para la atención familiar integral sistémica de prevención e intervención, se sustenta en la teoría sistémica, además sintetiza la información proveniente de la investigación. Los estudiantes de la Unidad Temporal Benjamín Araujo, tienen dificultad en relacionarse con familiares, a veces y rara vez usa la red social para interactuar con la familia, de acuerdo a los datos investigativos se observa el deterioro de los vínculos afectivos en el hogar de los estudiantes; en este marco familiar es importante la intervención de profesionales especializados, a través del Centro Familiar Integral Sistémico, dar atención preventiva e intervención individual y grupal a la familia.The man as you lose physical contact with their peers, seeking recognition from other sources. This research aims to understand the relationships and their impact on virtual communication in social networks. Further emphasizes interpersonal difficulties of adolescence, for systemic comprehensive family care prevention and intervention, is based on systems theory, also summarizes the information from the investigation. Students Unit Temporary Benjamin Araujo, have difficulty relating to family, sometimes and rarely used the social network to interact with the family, according to the research data the deterioration of bonding in the home of the observed students; this familiar framework is important the intervention of specialized professionals through the Systemic Integral Family Center, to preventive care and individual and group family intervention.
