Toponymy is in charge of the branch of the onomastics that studies the names of the place, a discipline where different fields of knowledge converge that interact in a complementary way, however they are not very widespread in the territories and many of its inhabitants do not know certain terms, it is so that the toponymy and the level of local knowledge of the parishes Puyo, Pomona, Canelos del cantón and Pastaza province, is the research topic that is supported by a descriptive, analytical, synthetic methodology, collect information from authors and experts of the zone, in addition to the surveys carried out on the inhabitants, as a contribution to the research, a communication medium is designed that allows to present the toponymic terms at the educational and cultural level. A plan of organizational communication in educational institutions play an important role because it constitutes the support essential to the realization of basic functions of the Organization in regards to decision making, coordination of actions, the evaluation of the results and finally concludes in personal satisfaction both from teachers, managers, students and administrative staff, a fluid communication will have to count on the participation and collaboration of its members, with the sole purpose of achieving the educational objectives to consolidate. Being more Ambato educational unit, an entity with an extensive educational background of ago 69 years ago, in which communication plays an important role for the development and prestige of the same, and where a concern arises if communication is so important, we should ask ourselves why not has dedicated le more attention, in this institution However there are multiple possibilities for progress to advance, of collective and individually, considering global strategies Of transparency of information that facilitates participation and the involvement of people in a climate of mutual trust and responsibility. The importance of communication constitutes a tangible reality, which reveals itself in many everyday situations, such as the establishment of rules of internal coexistence or the supervision of duties entrusted to a particular group of students, the formulation of a complaint, the discrepancy of the criteria in relation to the conduct of the authorities of the institution, you're are forms of communication i.e. management of interpersonal relationships However the improvement of communication must take place from the same school, by teachers, authorities, students and administrative staff in order to reach a consensus on action lines in which create and commit themselves, this can be achieved when interpersonal relations are cordial, will also require knowledge and reflection that support action to follow and actively involving all stakeholders leading processes that constitute an adventure and a personal challenge for everyone and this multiple learning essential life arise. The ancient historical process of our country started about 12,000 years BC. Through this process the first settlers decided to establish themselves in different parts of our territory, at the same time they developed a legacy of ancient cultures, as the time went off these ancient cultures has lost space and value. Due to this problem this research addresses some consequences of the "Acculturation of ancestral knowledge and vulnerability in family dynamic in the Salasaca Indian Ethnicity ". Likewise, the study of the vulnerability of the indigenous family dynamics are addressed, their relatives cultural elements were developed by generations, as adopting other cultures that were violated during some generations, which traditionally have left an important legacy of family unity for society. The purpose of this research is to achieve an answer for this question. What can we do in this context? The possible solution is the creation of a Family Ethnographic Gallery enabling rescue arises, and to show family cultural elements that have transcended during some generations, which will strengthen these values.
La simbología social de la fiesta del Inga Palla (Culto a Samta Lucía) en la identidad cultural de los jovenes

La presente tesis presenta un diagnóstico teórico de la crisis de identidad cultural en la fiesta del Inga Palla del Cantón Tisaleo. Realizando un estudio de las raíces de la misma y su pérdida cultural. Ecuador reconocido a nivel mundial por ser un país mega diverso por las distintas fiestas culturales que posee cada provincia. A través de los años refleja distintos cambios en cuanto se refiere al concepto cultural por tal motivo se ha visto afectado por varios factores. Es de vital importancia para el Cantón, buscar, recuperar y conservar los valores culturales que representan la importancia y el turismo de la provincia de Tungurahua y ante todo teniendo una gran afluencia turística, es prioritario incentivar en temas culturales a los habitantes. De esta forma, este problema puede solucionarse aplicando alternativas viables para dar a conocer lo referente a la cultura y tradiciones del Inga Palla y así existirá una apropiación cultural y se mejorará el turismo y ante todo se conservara las tradiciones de Tisaleo. Previamente fue necesario conversar con las autoridades del Cantón, para contar con los permisos correspondientes para recoger la información, con la intervención de los individuos participantes, a través del uso de encuestas a la población local. Luego con la información adquirida se conoció las opiniones de los encuestados tabulando, clasificando en cuadros estadísticos y analizando la información, para proceder a obtener las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
