Item Percepción de la aporofobia en redes sociales en estudiantes universitarios(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2025-02-20) Chacón Brito, Anthony Josue; Chiliquinga Véjar, Lorena Del CarmenThe research addresses the perception of aporophobia in social networks, focused on university students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato, the study approach was quantitative, using a self-authored questionnaire, carried through a process of validation of content and reliability, designed to measure five dimensions. In recent years, aporophobia has gained relevance in the social and academic sphere, highlighting the urgency of understanding its manifestation in digital environments, where hate speech towards people living in poverty finds a space of propagation, this phenomenon affects the social perception of poverty, reinforces negative stereotypes and generates emotional impacts on users exposed to this content. The results revealed that most students have an average perception of the phenomenon, recognizing aporophobic content in viral publications, but facing difficulty in identifying them in close interactions, which suggests a normalization of the discourse in these contexts, the participants showed sensitivity towards this type of content, although the concrete action to denounce or confront it is limited. In conclusion, the results show the need to generate educational and regulatory spaces that promote an understanding of aporophobia in social networks, promoting respect, inclusion and empathy in digital environments, and also highlight the importance of strategies that empower users to act against discriminatory discourses and contribute to building a more just and egalitarian society.Item Percepción de la delincuencia juvenil(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2024-02) Tapia Chulco, Jennifer Dayana; Haro Lara, Aida PatriciaThe current investigation, within the framework of the degree work Perception of Delinquency, was held in the Condor Loma neighborhood of the Santa Rosa Parish, belonging to Ambato city Tungurahua province. The main objective of this study was to explore the perception of the inhabitants regarding the growing phenomenon of criminal behavior among the youth population in the community. identifying the underlying factors that lead to the stigmatization of adolescents, this work aimed to provide a deep understanding of the social perception of juvenile delinquency. At the same time, it will allow interventions to be designed that are specifically adapted to the needs of the community, strengthening collaboration between residents to effectively address this problem. The methodology used was based on a quantitative approach implementing a structured survey built from a previously designed and validated instrument. In addition, it supports you with a solid theoretical framework that provides truthful and contextualized information. The results obtained through this study reveal common patterns of perception. This work contributes not only to academic knowledge about the incidence of juvenile delinquency, but also to the development of practical and applicable strategies to address this phenomenon in the aforementioned community. The approach addressed in the research is directed to how an audiovisual production is carried out and applied, which is fully digital and made in a digital era in which its audience is much wider and can reach a larger diffusion to society. The issue of this research born of the believe that the integration of children with disability has no influence in the educational field pretending continue with the traditional education in which every student learns at the same time, using the same methodology. Furthermore, it was worked with a quantitative standpoint with a population of 164 students of 4th to 7th of elementary school and 36 teachers. The information collected shows clearly how the integration of children with disability demands meaningful changes that encompass from better adapted arrangements, as well as shows that the educative processes need be design in agreement to every case. It’s important emphasize that the interdisciplinary work will allow encompass every facet of the student achieving that the educational field be a support, and avoid in the future the social isolation that will produce psychosocial harm that gradually will affect to the quality of life and education of students. With them we can look back in time and identify high important events that catalyzed the sociocultural expressions, where elements like transculturation, acculturation, communication, identity, culture and values get together. The celebration of the Feast of the Inga Palla in the Tisaleo canton is of vital importance to search, recover and preserve the memory of the place Children play a remarkable role in the festivity, they are consumers, producers and diffusers of this cultural events. That is why is so necessary to understand their perceptions and produce guides for the development and learning of this cultural identity events. In order to describe and understand the phenomenon based on their experience built from the individual point of view and from their collective perspective, it was necessary to use qualitative methodology within an empirical phenomenological interpretative framework. In addition, semi-structured interview techniques were used with characters that participate in the celebration directly and indirectly and; graphic elucidation with children. The results determined that children give very positive value meanings to this historical and cultural event, they provide a less devotional meaning but magnify it as a space for cooperation maintaining a high degree of belonging to it. Direct observation, participation and interpersonal oral communication, especially with their parents, are the main ways in which they acquire knowledge regarding the party because there are no communication strategies addressed to them.Item La comunidad lesbianas, gays, bisexuales (LGBTI) y su calidad de vida en la fundación Silueta X en el Cantón Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2018-11) Sislema Andrade, Norma Jimena; Haro Lara, Aida PatriciaThe objective of the present work is to investigate the incidence of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, (LGBTI) community on the quality of life. Through the qualitative method and observation it was found that social exclusion understood as a process by which individuals or groups are totally or partially limited to full participation in the society in which they live have limited full participation in social life and in turn being deprived of one or several options, especially health, considering that the average life span of the population investigated ranges between thirty-five and forty years of age. This must be properly managed for the progress of peoples, despite certain content issued by the media, both radio, print and television, see the process as a mercantilist industry when it comes to inform. When we talk about media, we refer to the information channels that transmit the messages to the target audience or audience, who interpret them according to their knowledge, so this becomes a spiral process, where the interest of proposing a free culture Of the dangers becomes less and less. Citizen security is part of programs developed by entities that seek community welfare, and that is where the media must cooperate to achieve a harmonious coexistence of those who are part of this global village. It is for this reason that it is taken as fundamental, to investigate the relationship of the media and citizen security programs, and how this can be perceived by citizens. The present research was carried out under a qualitative and quantitative research approach regarding the variables used in the study, where field research was used, through the use of surveys of the selected sample belonging to the readers of the newspapers La Hora And El Heraldo of Canton Ambato. The same one that allowed to see how it is his perception before the contents of the Social Cause “Minga por la Vida” of the Government of Tungurahua, emitted by said newspapers. A questionnaire was applied with specific questions, the results of which justify the proposal developed for the adequate dissemination of such contents, such as the design of a web page exclusively for the issuance of all relevant information of the Social Cause “Minga por la Vida”.
