Item La tanatología y el proceso de duelo ante el fallecimiento de un hijo/a(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2024-02) Nacevilla Nacevilla, Jenny Ximena; Pino Loza, Eulalia DoloresIn the course of our lives, it is inevitable to face the death of loved ones. However, for parents the experience of losing one of their sons or daughters becomes evident as an exceptionally deep and heartbreaking pain, although the prospect of death is a shared reality, the intensity of suffering that accompanies the departure of a child is unparalleled, giving rise to a host of emotional, social, physical and spiritual complications. In this context, thanatology is presented as the science that addresses life and death, providing support both to those facing terminal illness and to family members who have experienced a significant loss. These losses, by their nature, trigger grief processes and, according to the principles of thanatology, these must be approached in a holistic and integral manner. Therefore, the professional begins his intervention, establishing as an objective to guide people towards the experience of a healthy grief, taking into account the inherent complexity of the situation. The research aims to determine the relationship between thanatology and the grieving process after the death of a child, the study is exploratory, descriptive and correlational. The desired findings were obtained by means of a mixed approach methodology. For the quantitative part, a questionnaire measuring knowledge in thanatology was elaborated, composed of 20 items that were subsequently applied to 44 professionals in the social and health areas, and a validated instrument called the Revised Texas Inventory of Grief (RTIG) was also used, applied to 37 parents who had lost a child. On the other hand, for the qualitative part, we worked with 4 key informants, who voluntarily participated in the research by sharing their experiences after the loss of their child. Finally, as an intervention proposal, a Social Project and a Manual were developed, with an approach from the area of social work, which consists of an operational plan of activities that allows minimizing the effects in the biopsychosocial area of the parents in this difficult situationItem Coparentalidad post divorcio y la crianza de los hijos(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2024-02) Flores Carrasco, Melanie Nicole; Altamirano Altamirano, Silvia JovannaThe study focuses on investigating the influence of post-divorce coparenting on the parenting processes of children, emphasizing the importance of understanding how the relationship between separated parents affects the well-being and development of children in new family structural contexts. To achieve this goal, a quantitative approach was applied for the research, using previously validated questionnaires and adopting a descriptive and correlational research level. Additionally, the methodology employed addresses the research with analyticsynthetic methods and a hypothetical-deductive approach to examine the relationships between variables. Analysis techniques include the use of descriptive statistical tools to identify patterns and trends. The study population focuses on separated parents who act as legal representatives of high school students attending the Ricardo Descalzi Educational Unit, providing a relevant perspective on the issue in the Ambato canton. Results and conclusions highlight that post-divorce coparenting significantly influences parenting processes. The research provides valuable information on how this dynamic impacts the comprehensive development of children, emphasizing the importance of improving collaboration between separated parents to optimize the parenting environment. Currently this a social factor has become normal in our society, because parents increasingly abandon or leave their children in the care of relatives, or in most cases allow their children to be removed from their home and they end up institutionalized. The methodology that was used in the investigative process was the correlational, from a realistic point of view between the independent and dependent variables, the survey was applied to gather evidence about the study problem to know its perspectives based on the undefined family roles And its incidence, using the statistical data of the survey could identify the negative and positive factors to generate a change based on their needs. The proposal resulting from the research is the institutionalization of a school program for parents in the Orphaned and abandoned Child Protective Society "Hogar Santa Marianita", in this way it will improve the participation and commitment of the parents in the strengthening of values, Attitudes, discipline and behavior of their children in the different contexts in which they operate daily, taking into account their rights and duties as active beings in this society. It seeks to generate a culture of participation and provide solutions to conflictive situations that prevent an adequate integral development of children.Item Los derechos humanos y la inclusión social a los hijos de las trabajadoras sexuales, en los sectores parque 12 de noviembre y mercado central del Cantón Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2017-03) Balderramo Suarez, Yesenia Elizabeth; Ortiz Díaz, Marcelo Ivánocial work is focused on practice, being a social discipline that promotes change and consequently the development of society based on principles of justice, which is why the research work was deployed to determine disinterest there by sex workers and society to know the rights and obligations to be met, and the effects of social exclusion, which is why it is extremely necessary continuous work on inclusion and social cohesion. Su importancia radica en la necesidad de incorporar procesos metodológicos que conlleven a una interrelación en el fuero familiar que redundará en el que hacer jurídico, para conseguir mayores logros. Esta estructurado por Capítulos. El Capítulo I denominado: EL PROBLEMA, contiene el análisis Macro, Meso, y Micro que hace relación al origen de la problemática con un panorama Nacional, Provincial y Cantonal, los cuales están relacionados con el mundo en el cual habitamos, el análisis crítico, prognosis, formulación del problema, delimitación del objeto de investigación, justificación, objetivos tanto general y específicos. El Capítulo II designado: MARCO TEORICO, se fundamenta en una visión: Filosófica y Legal, aquí analizamos el tema desglosamos y sacamos temas, subtemas y desarrollados cada uno de estos. El Capítulo III: METODOLOGÍA, iniciando con la modalidad básica de la investigación se desarrollará los tipos de investigación, la población y muestra, el plan para la recolección de información, el plan de procesamiento de la información. El Capítulo IV: ANÁLISIS E INTERPRETACIÓN DE RESULTADOS, que contiene el resultado de las encuestadas realizadas que incluye el análisis en forma estadísticamente con sus porcentajes. El Capítulo V: CONCLUSIONES Y RECOMENDACIONES, las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes, de acuerdo al análisis estadístico de los datos de la investigación, donde establecemos que podemos hacer para mejorar la propuesta. 2 El Capítulo VI: PROPUESTA, contiene: Datos informativos, antecedentes de la propuesta, justificación, objetivos, análisis de factibilidad, fundamentación, metodología, modelo operativo, administración, previsión de la evaluación, donde encontramos la solución del problema lo que podemos hacer para que el problema sea solucionado, con la finalidad de conseguir la reducción del alto índice de maltrato en los hijos e hijas por parte de sus padres, evitando con ello la Pérdida de la Patria Potestad en la ciudad de Ambato. En la parte final se colocó una bibliografía jurídica y los anexos en los que se han incorporado los instrumentos que se aplicaron en la investigación de campo.
