Item Estilo de Vida y Adherencia al Tratamiento Hemodialítico Integral en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2022-03) Revelo Rosero, Evelin Camila; Torres Carrillo, Silvia SusanaKidney disease is constituted as one of the contemporary social problems in health, not only because of the high costs of renal replacement treatments but also because of the direct impact on the morbidity and mortality rate, being a transcendent issue, the study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle on adherence to comprehensive hemodialysis treatment in patients with chronic renal failure, for which a methodology with a quantitative approach was developed, using two previously validated questionnaires, to identify the lifestyle of patients with chronic renal failure and the level of adherence to hemodialysis treatment, the population consisted of 71 patients who belong to the "Menydial Tulcán Kidney Clinic" of which, through inclusion and exclusion criteria, agreed to participate in the study 41. The results showed that the predominant lifestyle among the patients with chronic renal failure correspond to: regular healthy, followed by healthy and unhealthy lifestyle, as well as, the study showed that most patients have a high level of adherence, followed by a medium and low level. Through hypothesis testing, the association was activated and agreed between the two variables, reflecting that lifestyle is related to adherence to treatment, since the results obtained make it possible to make visible the need to implement tertiary prevention strategies aa through health communication programs that promote self-care, keep the disease under control and prolong the patient's survival.Item Cambio de estilo de vida y resiliencia en los cuidadores de personas con discapacidad beneficiarios del bono Joaquín Gallegos Lara del cantón Píllaro(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2021-05) López Gamboa, Nelly Margoth; Naranjo Ruiz, Viviana FidenciaThe purpose of this research project is to know the influence that lifestyle change has on the resilience of caregivers of people with disabilities who are beneficiaries of the Joaquín Gallegos Lara Voucher from Cantón Píllaro, for these purposes it is planned to work with a group of caregivers geographically located in the different parishes of the canton, taking as a premise that resilience is the capacity that each individual has to face high stress situations. Methodologically, the research is based on a mixed quali-quantitative approach with the use of techniques such as the narration of life stories of caregivers and instruments such as the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale to verify the hypothesis from which this study was born. in a population of 37 caregivers of people with disabilities. The research is descriptive - correlational in order to expose the conduct of the study group and determine the relationship between the two variables. The results obtained allow us to infer that there is no influence relationship between the two variables since the level of resilience of the caregivers has not been affected by the changes that assuming their role as such has meant in their life trajectory, understanding on the one hand the change in lifestyle as the modification or alteration of routines and habits established in the way of life of a person due to the presence of exogenous situations, while resilience is conceived as the capacity that people have to cope with situations adversaries, go through them and emerge stronger in order to continue with your life without stagnating.Item Funcionalidad familiar y estilos de vida de los adultos mayores en el Gobierno Autonomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Quisapincha(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2019-04) Toaza Sanchez, Johanna Maricela; Balseca Basantes, Jeanneth ElizabethThe investigation is addressed by the incidence of family functionality in the lifestyle o folder adults, where the main problem is the family dysfunctionality that lives each of the members, altering their relationships, affection, and these bases harm the lifestyle because there isn’t union between being happy and having a positive attitude in physical and emotional cares. The data’s found in a statically way verify the reality of the research problem, information that was obtained through the surveys carried out on one hundred older adults of the Autonomous Government of Quisapincha through techniques such as ty and observation that provides significant levels of relationships with individuals. The systematization of information on the veracity of incidence in family functionality and lifestyle with contributions from bibliographic, scientific, digital magazines, books, etc. Allowing the intervention and solution to the problem. As a result of the survey the 53% are female and 47% are male, 74% mark a family dysfunction, 23% moderately functional interpreting these results disfavour the coexistence in the family system, and lifestyle of the elderly. Allowing an urgent intervention to improve this problematic situation and to cover in a positive way dimensions that mark the familiar functionality as: cohesion, harmony, roles, affectivity, communication, adaptability that guide the family to a better prolongation of life.Item Estilo de vida y protección social del adulto mayor de la Parroquia Ilapo, Cantón Guano Provincia de Chimborazo(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2019-01) López López, Luis Alfredo; Pino Loza, Eulalia DoloresThe radio as a means of communication, is a means to reach an end, consolidated by its ease of access to inform, its structure tends to be more intimate, since there is more connection between the speaker and his audience, an advantage that allowed him to transcend in time, in front of the other means of mass communication. To form a radio, you must have the passion to do it, highlight the cost of its production because it is not so high, so you can acquire the equipment with a certain degree of ease and its diffusion allows you to reach new frontiers, currently it has adhered to different technological platforms of innovation and development, adapting to the demands of the communicative sciences. The online radio has not been the radio revolution that many predicted, but a great technological leap and an opportunity that can and should be exploited. In that sense, the advantages provided by online radio are positive since it allows having a greater number of followers and opting for technological tools that improve the journalistic work. In addition, the audio provided by the online radio, does not stay hosted on the server but is being played continuously and can be heard by anyone anywhere in the world in real time while it is transmitted. The contents that are generated are diverse due to the ease of themes that exist today, and those who participate are dynamic interlocutors that allow creating a reality with the affinity that the listener requires. The methodology used in the research process was correlational to measure the degree of relationship between the independent and dependent variable, using the statistical data obtained through the survey, where aspects of the patient and family are valued, qualitative way - quantitative about the reality of those involved. During the application of questionnaires to patients and families the information necessary to take into effect the proposal and know the lifestyle of kidney patients and their influence on family relationship that help strengthen relationships, support and accompaniment was obtained family. This research proposal is the creation of an intervention protocol of Social Work with patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) in hemodialysis and their families in the IESS Hospital in Ambato, so comprehensive care would be ensured through the intervention of the multidisciplinary team, which generate an adequate quality of life for both patients and families, which were integrated into the processes of medical valuations and the informative workshops, in order to form support groups
