(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2024-08) Freire Cruz, Melissa Del Rocio; Naranjo Ruiz, Viviana Fidencia
Parental co-responsibility is one of the aspects little investigated within Ecuadorian families, despite the fact that it is a variable that has greater influence and impact within the comprehensive development and growth of children and adolescents. The intention of this research is to point out the impact of the parental co-responsibility that the father and mother maintain in the process of raising the sons and daughters who belong to the GAD-Izamba ETI Project. The methodology used was quantitative, descriptive and correlational. 56 parents participated in the analysis, of which 22 were fathers and 34 were mothers. A sample evaluated from an instrument previously designed by the author of the research, which consists of 15 items to acquire relevant information and coefficients on parental co-responsibility and parenting, with a different Likert scale that varies according to the need. of the question. The results reflected that a very low percentage of the population shares parenting tasks and family responsibilities, represented by 14% almost always and another 14% always, therefore, these are quite worrying data that are due to the persistence of gender roles. traditional, which limits the quality of time and coexistence shared between parents and children. This lack of co-responsibility arises in response to the need to address this challenge holistically. Since the equitable distribution of responsibilities between fathers and mothers is essential to guarantee a healthy and conducive environment for the comprehensive development of children and adolescents. This aspect seeks not only to improve the life realities of children and adolescents, but also to provide a solid foundation for their future. It is worth mentioning that the practice of parental skills such as affection, communication, discipline and time together contribute beneficially to positive parenting that leads to a culture of care and shared responsibility, thus preventing only one parent from assuming all the obligations and attributing to a more equitable society

El Derecho a la Libertad Sexual y su Incidencia en el Desarrollo Integral de los Niños, Niñas Y Adolescentes: Análisis de la Sentencia No 13-18 Cn/21
(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2023-09) Vaca Aldás, Juan Andrés; Espín Meléndez, María Cristina
The decision of Constitutional Ruling No. 13-18 CN/21, which allows minors under 14 years of age to consent to sexual relations, has generated debate and concern as to whether they have the necessary knowledge about their sexual freedom and whether this could jeopardize their rights and integral development. This study focuses on children and adolescents, who are considered a priority group according to the Constitution of Ecuador. The judgment establishes an exception for those over 14 years of age who can consent a sexual act, which raises possible violations of their rights and development. The impact of this research falls on Ecuadorian society, which is governed by a constitution that guarantees rights, especially for minors between 14 and 17 years of age. The research topic raises the dichotomy between integral development and sexual freedom, considering the lack of appropriate maturity in such a young person to consent sexual relations. Constitutional Ruling No. 13-18 CN/21 allows those over 14 years of age to consent sexual relations, which could avoid possible penalties for adolescent offenders, but on the other hand opens the possibility that there may be more impunity in sexual crimes involving minors since they can vitiate their consent through power relations, blackmail or by buying their testimony.

(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2022-09) Pérez Silva, Mishel De Las Mercedes; Tite, Segundo Ramiro
It is important to emphasize that, the approach to a problem of legal and infrastructural nature of prisons that deal with a group in a state of double vulnerability, makes it necessary to deepen, to the correct application of the state responsibility of Ecuador, to establish the most favorable conditions to ensure the proper development of a dignified life and rights determined in different regulatory bodies, during the first years of life of an individual. Currently, the state evidenced around the penitentiary centers, contemplates an alarming reality regarding the coexistence between mothers deprived of liberty (PPL) and their children; as well as the integral development of the infant, during their stay in these centers; these centers, due to their infrastructure and regulations, cause the incarceration of a mother and her children as a state of naturalization, where the rights of freedom, recreation, dignified life, affective family bonding and, in general, the integral development of infants who are collateral victims of a sentence are restricted, exposing them to develop in criminogenic environments, transgressions and risky situations. The methodological approach, applied in the research work, constitutes an explanatory study, which allows observing and evaluating the social legal phenomenon, which is immersed in the research line of exclusion and social integration. By means of which, it allows to reach as main results, the strengthening of public institutionality and infrastructural adequacy, in order to ensure the application and effective enjoyment of human rights, characterized by being inherent, integral, interdependent, unrenounceable and verifiably enforceable

(2015) Altamirano Camino, Diego Iván; Poveda Mora, Pablo, Abg. Mg.
