    Conciliación familiar y el rendimiento laboral de los trabajadores

    The study of the reconciliation of work and family life is an aspect of essential interest in the organizational environment, due to the consequences it can have on the functioning of the organization and specifically on work performance. For this reason, a research was developed with the objective of determining the influence of work-family conciliation on the work performance of the workers of the Company Gala Importations. It was carried out with a quantitative methodological approach and was of a descriptive-correlational type. The population consisted of 50 workers belonging to this company. The instruments used in the collection of information were the Work-Family Conflict Questionnaire (CCTF), by Blanch and Aluja (2009), through which the independent variable "Family and work reconciliation" was evaluated, and the Individual Work Performance Scale, in its adapted version by Gabini and Salessi (2016), in the evaluation ofthe dependent variable "Work Performance". Work-family reconciliation behaved with a non-generalized tendency to the manifestation of work-family conflict. A slight prevalence of work interference in family life is evidenced with respect to family interference at work. The workers present a good work performance, with a predominance of a good level of performance in the task and performance in the context and a low tendency to the manifestation of counterproductive behaviors. It was concluded that there is a relationship between the variables family and work reconciliation and work performance, as confirmed by the result of Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient, which allowed determining an average negative correlation. It is recommended the elaboration and implementation of strategies aimed at strengthening the work-family reconciliation of workers and deepen its analysis in subsequent studies, addressing the positive elements of work-family interaction; in addition, the evaluation of work performance, which allows to identify with relevance the weaknesses in this indicator and the causes that cause them; to develop actions to strengthen it on the basis of organizational development

    Mediacion comunitaria: construccion de nueva cultura de paz en las parroquias rurales del canton Ambato

    Community mediation is presented as a fundamental tool for the construction of a new culture of peace in the rural parishes of the Ambato. This study analyzes how community mediation contributes to the resolution of conflicts and the strengthening of social relationships in these communities. Through a mixed methodology, which includes surveys that collect perceptions of the inhabitants of rural parishes about the effectiveness of mediation in the resolution of local disputes. The results indicate that community mediation not only facilitates the peaceful resolution of minor conflicts, but also promotes social cohesion and the development of a culture of dialogue and mutual respect. It is concluded that the implementation of community mediation programs is essential to promote peaceful coexistence and the empowerment of rural communities in the Ambato canton, also suggesting significant data to apply specific strategies for its strengthening and expansion in the canton and the province

    Leadership and conflict resolution refer to the skills and strategies used by individuals and groups to effectively guide and manage problematic issues that arise in the community. These skills are essential to foster cooperation, promote peace and achieve general well-being in the local environment. The neighborhood faces a number of challenges that require leadership and effective conflict resolution. These challenges may include neighborhood disputes, lack of resources and services, cultural or social tensions, security concerns, and other conflicts that take away from residents' quality of life. It is essential to address and strengthen neighborhood leadership and conflict resolution, as vital skills in creating a harmonious and prosperous community environment. Creating a survey tool to be able to compare the variables and thus find the relationship between leadership and conflict resolution. By empowering local leaders and providing them with the necessary tools to manage conflict constructively, community participation is encouraged and cooperation between residents is promoted, leading to an overall improvement in quality of life. Promote the identification and development of local leaders committed to the well-being of the community, training them in effective leadership skills and providing them with opportunities to grow and collaborate with other leaders. Train leaders and members of the community in effective techniques and approaches to address and resolve conflicts, this includes promoting assertive communication, empathy and the search for beneficial solutions, establishing platforms and spaces for dialogue where residents identify their concerns, work together for solutions and participate in decision-making that affect the neighborhood, promote projects and programs that address the needs and difficulties identified by the community, such as improving basic services, creating employment and education opportunities, and strengthening social solidity in the neighborhood.

    El impacto de la mediación escolar en las instituciones educativas como medida de fomento de paz y dialogo en las sociedades futuras

    This degree work with the theme: "THE IMPACT OF SCHOOL MEDIATION IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AS A MEASURE TO PROMOTE PEACE AND DIALOGUE IN FUTURE SOCIETIES", is framed in the field of Mediation and its focus on school education, as a measure to seek a culture of peace in future societies from an early age. It is a comprehensive research project where law, school mediation and psychology are combined, in order to demonstrate the importance and significance of the incorporation of School Mediation within educational institutions in the country. Teaching children from an early age can break stereotypes, old thinking, modernize cultures, and encourage the use of alternative conflict resolution techniques for future societies. Children and adolescents are the future of tomorrow and that is where we must start working, only in this way will we achieve positive changes in the future, breaking past mentalities. The research project is aimed at preventing conflict in educational units in the province of Tungurahua, both public and private. In addition, an analysis of emotional intelligence is presented, an analysis of how human beings react to different situations where our brain sends an alert to the body in order to react or have a negative or positive result in the face of a conflict. The culture of peace is one of the purposes that the government has raised through the Constitution of Ecuador of 2008 in its article 3 within the primary duties of the State specifically in its numeral “8. Guarantee its inhabitants the right to a culture of peace (…) ”, which is why the culture of peace is constituted as a right in Ecuador. (Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, 2008). Children and adolescents are able to learn alternative conflict resolution techniques from an early age, as is done in other countries such as Latin America and Europe.

    Síndrome de Burnout y rendimiento laboral mediante la modalidad de Teletrabajo

    ABSTRACT: The research responds to the variables of Burnout Syndrome and Work Performance in the teachers of the "Luis Alfredo Martínez" Educational Unit of the canton of Salcedo. Burnout Syndrome is a problem that has manifested itself a lot in the area of education. The OMS has taken this disorder as a psychosocial risk, so this has come to affect and involve professionals who have direct contact with people, but this not only affects the teacher, but also has consequences for students, colleagues work and people around him. This research focuses on its objective to determine if there is an incidence between Burnout Syndrome and Work Performance, so nowadays it has been very noticeable and diagnosed in teachers, for working virtually. Methodologically, this research has a mixed quantitative approach through the application of the survey technique using a validated instrument and a qualitative approach through observation, which respond to the study population. The results obtained through the use of the instruments showed that teachers state that they have emotional, physical and mental exhaustion, causing them to intercede in the professional's work performance as well as in their home, due to the fact that there is a distance from their peers. In the same way, they considered that they do not have a good work performance caused by their monotonous jobs, work overload, among others, harming their students and their institution, so by means of hypothesis verification it will be verified that there is a high incidence of Syndrome of Burnout in the Teacher's Work Performance, which is why it is necessary to carry out constant lectures on chronic stress and also to implement an intervention plan for relaxation techniques so that professionals reduce psychosocial risks, avoiding low work performance or job desertions.

    El delito de estafa y la permisibidad de conciliación en casos excepcionales.

    With the present investigative work, we seek to analyze the possibility of conciliating within the crime of fraud, thus adapting this alternative method of conflict resolution which seeks in a quick and effective way to repair the damage caused to the victim, reaching a consensual agreement between the parties in which the right is not violated in any way. Within the following premise will be analysed the benefit that entails the possibility of conciliation within the reparation to the affected victim within the crime of fraud, as well as the benefit to the Ecuadorian State in the viability, efficiency, speed and saving of resources that this entails State so that when reaching an agreement between the parties could end a judicial process or even not start it.

    Secretos familiares y confrontación familiar en la Unidad Educativa Anibal Salgado Ruiz modalidad nocturna del Cantón Tisaleo de la Provincia de Tungurahua

    Every person has kept for himself certain details of his life that he has not shared with others for different reasons. These so-called secrets in the family have sometimes transcended generations who carry a burden that at some point comes to light and results in fights and conflicts that result in confrontations between family members. Each person has his way of confronting his family in times of fight, and this work seeks to establish the relationship between family secrets and the confrontation that occurs in it, after which the awareness plan is established in the study population as a resource that allows to eliminate harmful family secrets that harm the coexistence of the family nucleus.

    La familia de origen conflictiva y la reproducción de la violencia intrafamiliar de los casos atendidos en la unidad judicial especializada de violencia contra la mujer y la familia del Cantón Pastaza

    La presente investigación fue realizada a través de la colaboración y vivencias de usuarios/as de la Unidad Judicial Especializada de Violencia contra la mujer y la familiar de la Provincia y Cantón Pastaza sobre el tema la familia de origen y la reproducción de violencia intrafamiliar, cuyos resultados arrojo que un alto porcentaje de mujeres que han crecido en un ambiente de violencia y que al momento de conformar su hogar continúan de manera sistemática padeciendo esta situación, con lo cual dicho patrón de comportamiento se perpetua dentro de un circulo simbiótico negativo que afecta generación tras generación. La violencia es un problema social estructural que afecta contundentemente a la calidad de vida de los seres humanos, es por ello que se ha realizado un profundo análisis en el cual se aborda las consecuencias de la violencia intrafamiliar, para lo cual se ha creído conveniente humanizar la ruta de atención en un espacio de primera acogida a mujeres y miembros del entorno familiar que han sufrido cualquier tipo de violencia, cuyo fin es brindar a los profesionales una guía orientada a establecer acciones, intervenciones, procedimientos y responsabilidades que les permita realizar el primer contacto con la víctima de una manera acertada y evitando la re victimización.This research was conducted through collaboration and experiences of users of the Judicial Unit specializing in violence against women and the family, in Pastaza province and canton, the subject family of origin and reproduction of domestic violence , the results showed that a high percentage of women who had grown up in a violent atmosphere when forming their own families continue to suffer systematically the same situation, which said pattern of aggressive behavior is perpetuated in a negative symbiotic circle and affects generations. Violence is a social problem that affects the quality of life of human beings, for that reason there has been a profound analysis, in which the consequences of domestic violence are listed, the route has humanized care for women and members of the families that have suffered any kind of violence, its main goal is to provide professional support to help them make the first contact with the victim in an objective manner avoiding further damage to the victim.

    La ley de arbitraje y mediación en el proceso oral laboral en las unidades judiciales de la ciudad de Ambato

    El presente trabajo investigativo fue realizado con el propósito de analizar la realidad que vive el cantón Ambato en cuanto a las controversias que surgen dentro del contexto laboral y de qué manera se las canalizan para llegar a una solución; mediante el tema: “La Ley de Arbitraje y Mediación en el Proceso Oral Laboral en las Unidades Judiciales de la ciudad de Ambato”, se da a conocer la razón principal del congestionamiento en los procesos orales laborales en la unidades judiciales del cantón Ambato, y como la Ley de Arbitraje y Mediación es una herramienta fundamental para encaminar de mejor manera éstos conflictos; pues brinda la posibilidad de acuerdos pacíficos, rápidos y satisfactorios para las partes. Siendo los Métodos Alternativos de Solución de Conflicto, procedimientos totalmente viables y accesibles a la población; garantizando la economía procesal así como una mejor integración social con favorables respuestas hacia las controversias que puedan surgir.This research work was conducted with the aim of analyzing the reality of the Canton Ambato regarding disputes arising within the work context and how is the channel to reach a solution; by the theme: "The Law of Arbitration and Mediation in the Oral Labor Process in Las Unidades Judiciales of the city of Ambato," disclosed the main reason for overcrowding in labor oral proceedings in the judicial units of Canton Ambato, and as the Law of Arbitration and Mediation is a key to route better way these conflicts tool; it offers the possibility of peaceful, rapid and satisfactory arrangements for parts. Being Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods, fully viable and accessible to the public procedures; ensuring judicial economy and better social integration with favorable responses to disputes that may arise.

    La aplicación de la mediación familiar en los conflictos de tenencia de los niños, niñas y adolescentes en los juzgados de la niñez y adolescencia del Cantón Riobamba

    El tema del presente trabajo de investigación es: “La aplicación de la Mediación Familiar en los conflictos de Tenencia de los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes en los Juzgados de la Niñez y Adolescencia del cantón Riobamba”, cuyo objetivo principal fue evaluar la incidencia de la mediación familiar en la solución de conflictos de tenencia de los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes en los Juzgados de la Niñez y Adolescencia del cantón Riobamba. La población o universo de estudio fueron todos los casos por conflictos de la tenencia de niños, niñas y adolescente en los Juzgados de la Niñez y Adolescencia del cantón Riobamba. Entre los principales hallazgos que se obtuvieron fueron que la incidencia de la mediación familiar para la solución de los conflictos por tenencia de niños es muy alta, ya que el 89% de las causas usaron esta herramienta como parte del proceso para la solución del conflicto pero los resultados del uso de la misma ha sido muy pobres, ya que apenas el 22% de los encuestados manifestaron su efectividad. Como solución al problema se planteó realizar una reforma al Art. 118 del Código de la Niñez y Adolescencia en el libro II capitulo III para implementar una regulación que fortalezca el uso de la mediación familiar.The topic of the present work of research is: "The implementation of the Family Mediation in the land tenure conflicts of children, and adolescents in the Courts of the Childhood and Adolescence of the canton of Riobamba", whose main objective was to assess the incidence of family mediation in the solution of land tenure conflicts of children, and adolescents in the Juvenile Courts and adolescence of the canton of Riobamba. The population or universe of study was all the cases by conflicts in the possession of children and adolescents in the Courts of the Childhood and Adolescence of the canton of Riobamba. Among the main findings were that the incidence of family mediation for the settlement of the conflict by tenure of children is very high as the 89% of the cause used this tool as part of the process for the solution of the conflict but the results of the use of the same has been very poor, because only 22% of the respondents indicated their effectiveness. As a solution to the problem was raised make a reform to the art. 118 Of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence in book II Chapter III to implement a regulation that would strengthen the use of the family mediation.
