    Clima laboral del equipo multidisciplinario en el cuidado del adulto mayor

    The investigation costs two variables, such as the work environment of the multidisciplinary team and the care of the elderly in the Gerontological "Señor de los Remedios" located in the Ciudad Nueva Cantón Píllaro parish. The objective was to determine the influence of the work environment of the multidisciplinary team in the care of the elderly in the gerontological center, after the investigation it was determined that the work environment of the multidisciplinary team is of great importance in the care of the elderly, in their state physical, emotional so as to provide a decent quality of life. According to the results obtained, it is shown that the work environment within the gerontological center is inadequate since there is a communication deficit, collaboration between the multidisciplinary group, which leads to the care of the elderly, not being carried out with warmth and not giving them the necessary importance so that they can develop in their daily activities, with this information it is necessary to create an orientation workshop for an adequate coexistence within the geriatric center itself that will help to maintain a good working environment among the multidisciplinary team of In this way, an adequate service is provided in the care of the elderly. The methodology used was executed by two questionnaires, for the independent variable a questionnaire about the "Work Climate" was elaborated and for the dependent variable a questionnaire focused on the "Care of the Elderly" was created with the previous validation of the experts, of so that the veracity of the data used for a quantitative approach is obtained

    El estado y los adultos mayores en situación de abandono

    Today, older adults are at constant risk because of their age and the risks it entails, and they must have more protection and care not only by their families, but also by society. Taking into consideration that the life we lead is thanks to the efforts and sacrifices that in their time were made by these older adults who are going through difficult times. The object of study of this work of investigation is the relation between the older adults who are in a situation of violation of their rights when being in a total abandonment and the state as guarantor the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of all its inhabitants, thus to be able to determine the mechanisms and programs for the fulfillment of the stipulated thing in the Organic Law of the Older Adult and as well the Magna Carta. By gathering information from health professionals, social workers and lawyers in free practice through interviews, it has been possible to successfully collect the characteristics and risks faced by the elderly, as well as the mechanisms for their protection and who is directly responsible for carrying out their compliance in the case of total abandonment. After this work was carried out, it was concluded that the State, through its public agencies, must guarantee the effective fulfillment of the rights that protect the dignified life of the elderly in any situation they may find themselves in.

    La transmisión oral ancestral y el patrimonio cultural inmaterial del adulto mayor en la Parroquia San Miguelito del Cantón Pillaro

    En los últimos tiempos el adulto mayor se ha constituido en fuente de preocupación de las instancias públicas y privadas, donde el Estado es benefactor ante el abandono y sinónimo de inversión no retribuida. Si nos miramos a un espejo y proyectamos nuestro futuro recaeremos en la realidad de las arrugas, y al mirar hacia atrás se evocará un reconocimiento justo a todas aquellas generaciones que detrás han quedado, quienes a través de su transmisión oral han contribuido a la formación de los seres humanos y a través de estos de las comunidades. La ONU se ha preocupado de este tema y declara al adulto mayor como patrimonio cultural inmaterial por su transmisión oral a través de diferentes manifestaciones como la música, la poesía, las anécdotas, los cuentos, los mitos, tradiciones, prácticas agrícolas, artesanales, etc. y otros aspectos más que constituyen la misma esencia de una comunidad.In recent times the elderly has become a source of concern for public and private bodies, playing a major role state involvement as a benefactor to the abandonment, loneliness, disease and also as a synonym for unpaid investment in those considers that the single projection has is death. If we look into a mirror and project our future in the reality of wrinkles, and looking back a fair will evoke all those generations who have fallen behind, who through oral transmission have contributed to the formation of humans and through these communities. The ONU has addressed this issue and states the elderly as intangible cultural heritage for its oral transmission through different manifestations such as music, poetry, stories, myths, traditions, agricultural, handicraft, etc. and other aspects rather than constitute the very essence of a community.
