    Violencia Patrimonial en Mujeres

    Economic violence against women is a form of gender-based violence that involves the deprivation, theft, denial, and limitation of assets and economic resources, which can negatively impact the personal development of young women during the crucial academic transition from secondary to higher education. The understanding of economic violence was analyzed through three central categories: its manifestation, the context in which it occurs, and its consequences for female students. The overall objective of this research was to analyze economic violence among female students at the "Mis Guaytambos" Pre-University School in the city of Ambato. The target population consisted of 25 women between the ages of 17 and 22. A semi-structured interview was conducted using a qualitative methodology, with a 12- question instrument developed and subsequently validated by expert review. Through content analysis and the use of word cloud tools, patterns and similarities were identified in the experiences of the interviewees, facilitating an understanding of how these violent situations manifest in family settings and intimate relationships. The results showed that this type of violence generates insecurity, forced dependence, and enables the coexistence of other forms of abuse. Finally, a social work intervention proposal was developed, divided into four key phases: diagnosis and case detection, prevention and awareness-raising regarding economic violence, intervention and psychosocial support, and inter-institutional coordination.

    La vulneración de los derechos de las personas con enfermedades catastróficas y su dificultad al acceso a la atención integral en el sistema de salud pública

    The demand for people suffering from catastrophic diseases in Ecuador is increasing over time and the fulfillment of comprehensive health in our country, especially directed at this priority group and in a situation of double vulnerability, is a debt that the State maintains and that in many cases it is not fulfilled according to current regulations, which leads to the violation of one of the fundamental human rights within the Ecuadorian Constitution, such as the right to health. In effect, the state of health not only has to do with the optimal functioning in the biological aspects of the person but also those factors such as; enjoy goods and services that contribute to a state of human well-being. In this same sense, health focused on the bio-psycho-social level of the human being has become a social objective, where people with catastrophic diseases are disadvantaged and invisible in access to comprehensive health care, showing the problems and the increase in inequities in health and healthcare; This implies that the results presented in the public health system are insufficient to achieve the goals proposed by the State. In this same sense, this research aims to determine the impact of the violation of the rights of people with catastrophic diseases, for which it begins with the theoretical review of approaches that approach and represent the reality of the human being, this will allow a Better understanding of the environments and spaces for socialization of people suffering from these diseases. Likewise, a review of international and national legal regulations is carried out with a focus and criteria regarding the health and health services that this human group receives. The qualitative methodology is also applied, with the aim of observing, interacting and understanding the reality of people and making conclusions and recommendations that allow improving the health care of people suffering from catastrophic diseases.

    El entorno familiar y el componente psicosocial de los pacientes de Hemodiálisis de la Clinica Contigo "Da Vida"

    Private sector entities are subject to mandatory compliance with the regulations, which establishes parameters and guidelines with the objective of providing quality care for hemodialysis patients during their treatment. All the private sector organisms are managed with indicators for the evaluation and audit in their provision of services to people who require hemodialysis treatment. The family is fundamental during the treatment of hemodialysis patients from the beginning to the end as the disease in the family produces several changes in lifestyle and personal development. Currently, the communication aspects between the relatives and the patients that are within the treatment and their affectation to the state of health are analyzed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the various factors that influence the family environment and psychosocial component of hemodialysis patients within their treatment.

    The thematic investigation aims to analyze the factors that affect both the family environment and the productivity of the collaborator of Thesalia cbc, handling the hypothesis that a fractured family environment directly affects the productivity of the employee. The research wants to propose corporate methodologies and policies that create a family and work balance, allowing a well-being for employees and, in the end, maximizing their skills and talent, where they are motivated by economic returns by raising their employment goals. Sales, and the recognition of the company before their efforts, thus allowing to provide the family with what is necessary. In order to achieve an optimal work development the employee must execute a process that allows an effective sale, but this is only achieved with the commitment, concentration and emotional stability required for the execution of these functions, so it is very important to maintain a Good family relationship. From the Department of People & Management where this Social Work is born the need to create a diagnosis of the family environment and how this relates to the productivity of collaborator, with the purpose of proposing alternatives to solve the problems detected before the present investigation by Themes of family incomprehension before the extended time that the collaborators occupy to carry out their work.

    Las obligaciones agropecuarias y la formación de hábitos de estudio en el entorno familiar de niños, niñas y adolescentes del registro social de la Parroquia San Fernando Provincia del Tungurahua

    The importance of this research is basically affects agricultural research and obligations of the family environment and the formation of study habits in the family environment of children and adolescents in the social register of the parish San Fernando province of Tungurahua. According to the analysis of the results of field research through surveys it was determined that every child or under fifteen years adolescent should be at school or college studying and not in the field working performing excessive hours of farming to keep little money home, contributing economically at home, but unfortunately this is not given as daily observe children or teens working in inhumane conditions threatening their life and health; and what it is sadder still do not perform adequately in their studies and in their parents themselves do not respect their lives and so do not fulfill the rights that each of them, and this is the cause for not the formation of study habits stand out because they are tired of their work and do not progress to study Although the current Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador in Art. 44 states "The State, society and family promote as a priority the integral development of children and adolescents, and ensure the full exercise of their rights. .., meanwhile the Code of children and adolescents in Art. 81 expresses "children and adolescents have the right to the state, society and family against labor and economic exploitation and any form of slavery, servitude…….” however, it is clear to see, mainly in the streets central Ecuador, countless children and dedicated to working teenagers, who mercilessly exploited labor and economically, without it being a crime expressly be sanctioned by the Penal Code although the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador states in Art. 46 paragraph 2 that the State adopt measures "special protection against any kind of labor exploitation and prohibits the employment of children under fifteen," constitutional provision that what has been observed in practice not met.

    La violencia constante contra la mujer y el femicidio en la ciudad de Ambato

    La violencia de género es un mal social que ataca a las mujeres de todas las clase por el simple hecho de ser mujeres, es por ello que la Asamblea Nacional mediante la reformas de la legislación penal ecuatoriana, y entrada en vigencia del nuevo Código Orgánico Integral Penal, ha tipificado el delito de femicidio del cual existe una definición consensuada , su alcance, contenido e implicaciones son todavía objeto de amplios debates tanto en las ciencias sociales, como en la acción política y en los procesos legislativos nacionales. Sus acepciones varían según el enfoque desde el cual se examina y la disciplina que lo aborda. Se refiere generalmente a la “muerte violenta de mujeres, por razones de género, ya sea que tenga lugar dentro de la familia, unidad doméstica o en cualquier otra relación interpersonal, en la comunidad, por parte de cualquier persona, o que sea perpetrada o tolerada por el Estado y sus agentes, por acción u omisión. Recordemos que vivimos en estado igualitario sin discriminación alguna pues somos un estado constitucional de derechos y justicia, en donde se respetan las normas legales, el presente trabajo se ha basado en datos estadísticos, bibliográficos, y el estudio de campo para poder valorar este fenómeno social y poder llegar a una conclusión que nos permita evitar o erradicar este problema, para lo cual se intentara crear una Secretaria de protección de los derechos de las mujeres, con el fin de que sea una institución adjunta al gobierno que haga seguimiento, proporcionando ayuda a las víctimas y familiares que han sufrido violencia. En los caso de femicidio al haberse consumado el delito se prestara la ayuda necesaria a los familiares mediante esta institución con el objeto de que puedan superar este conflicto emocional derivado de este delito.
