The study population with which we worked consisted of 70 students and 9 teachers of the eighth year of EGB. For this reason, the present investigation proposes to describe the Dr. Stone anime as an educommunicative resource for learning science knowledge. For which, a qualitative methodology was obtained, the technique was narrative discourse analysis that helped to validate the scientific content, and interviews with anime fans through the Zoom platform. The results showed that the Dr. Stone anime contains a lot of scientific knowledge, divided into, inventions, data and terms, related to physics, chemistry and history of the world. Mobile applications in terms of disease prevention, health promotion or tools facilitating the routine of the individual, are gaining space today in stores for both Android and iOS. What becomes an inspiration to work on the use of ICTs to provide educommunicative messages regarding health concerns. For the purposes of the study, a cross-sectional type of research was carried out, which allows the research to be carried out in a specific period of time, which comprises, from September 2018 to June 2019, thanks to the application of an On-Line survey as a data collection, we obtained qualitative and quantitative data of 217 people between teaching and administrative personnel, who answered a list of 20 questions between open and closed, designed to obtain data about life habits, ECNT, food, number of hours dedicated to the practice of physical exercises and leisure, etc. What can be highlighted from the research is the presence of risk factors that lead to the appearance of NCDs as well as diseases such as diabetes, cancer and more non-communicable diseases. Many of these are innovative and transform the forms of communication and interaction. These technologies brought with them the social networks, which constitute basic communication tools, which is used by most people, without limitation in age, sex, ideology, among others. In our environment we see that continuous use is made of them either to inform or communicate; people, companies, public and private institutions use them. In the Ministry of Public Health, its Zonal Coordinations in particular, it also makes use of social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. Through these networks, the Institution's work is reported, its Operating Units (Hospitals, Centers, Subcenters and Health Posts), daily through the personnel responsible for communication and institutional image upload information on actions and activities carried out by its authorities. However, there is little use of these tools to educate the population. Under this context, in the present investigative work proposes the application of a blog with contents educomunicacionales for the learning of the signature of Integral Human Development in the tenth year of EGB of the United. The work required to the use of qualitative and quantitative methodology, supported by nterviews and surveys, in addition to the analysis and observation of the level of learning of the subject of Integral human development, subject implemented by the Ministry of Education from the school year 2018 – 2019 with the desire to improve life skills. In this investigative work proposes the creation of an educational blog for a better learning of the subject of Integral human development, with relevant contents and contribution to achieve an assertive communication between teachers and students. The contents must be validated and of true sources that allow to establish the benefit that this tool can provide in the teaching learning of this subject.
