Item La violencia intrafamiliar en las etapas del ciclo vital de la mujer de la Provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2025-03-21) Paredes Ruiz, Vanessa del Rocío; Poaquiza Poaquiza, Angel PatricioDomestic violence is violent acts committed by a family member that harm the well-being and physical and psychological integrity of women, who are exposed to many forms of violence regardless of the stage of their life cycle. A very relevant and important aspect is to analyze the effects that domestic violence causes in the stages of a woman's life cycle and how it affects her daily life in her home, so it is essential to identify the types of violence that have been used, and likewise to the person who exercises violence against the woman. It is estimated that 20% to 50% of women have suffered violence committed by a partner or family member, and a set of beliefs, attitudes and wrong behaviors have been used as an excuse to validate violence against women, resulting in the high rate of femicides in Ecuador, revealed by studies that women were psychologically, sexually and physically abused; They are more likely to have very serious psychological effects such as suicidal behavior, unwanted pregnancies and abortion. Therefore, it is essential that the State guarantees the protection of women's rights at different stages of the life cycle, as vulnerable groups, and the need arises to reinforce the public policy of protection and prevention towards women, by strengthening comprehensive programs that address domestic violence, and access to justice for victims must also be guaranteed.Item Medidas de protección en violencia intrafamiliar y su aplicabilidad para los hombres por aspectos de la masculinidad en la jurisdicción Ecuatoriana(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2024-08) Cisneros Guachimboza, Nadia Lizbeth; Tite, Ramiro SegundoProtection measures in domestic violence and their applicability for men due to aspects of masculinity in the Ecuadorian jurisdiction" is a research topic for the degree work that is incorporated into the Research Project "INTRA-WORK AND EXTRA-WORK PATHS OF WOMEN ACADEMIC IN TELEWORK AND IN-PERSON MODALITY; FROM A GENDER PERSPECTIVE.” It focuses on the analysis of protection measures in cases of domestic violence, with special attention to how masculinity and gender roles influence the administration of justice, which seeks to understand the dynamics of domestic violence from a legal and social perspective. The importance of the topic lies in the need to ensure the safety and protection of victims of domestic violence, as well as to understand the underlying factors that can influence the effectiveness of protective measures. The main objective of the study is to explore how masculinity and gender roles can affect the perception and application of protection measures by judicial authorities. The methodology used is based on an explanatory and qualitative approach. The inductive-deductive method and documentary-bibliographic technique, interviews with experts on the subject and a deductive method were used to analyze and understand in depth the phenomenon studied. This methodology was selected due to the complex and multifaceted nature of the topic, requiring detailed analysis of the perceptions and experiences of various stakeholders. The results revealed that the perception of masculinity and gender roles can significantly influence the application of protection measures. It was found that, in some cases, gender stereotypes can bias the perception of judicial authorities and affect the effectiveness of protection measures. In addition, gaps were identified in the implementation of these measures, especially with regard to the care and protection of victims. In conclusion, the need to raise awareness among judicial authorities about the importance of addressing gender dimensions in the administration of justice, as well as to implement policies and programs that promote equitable application, is highlighted. Continued research in this area is recommended to develop more effective strategies to prevent and address domestic violence in all its formsItem La violencia vicaria y las relaciones intrafamiliares(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2023-03) Gómez Tapia, Sheila Thalia; Torres Carrillo, Silvia SusanaThe purpose of this thesis is to identify vicarious violence and intrafamily relationships of women belonging to the Ana de Peralta Collective, in addition it is intended to address this problem as it has become a social problem in recent years and this has been increasing, for the realization of the research we worked with a population of 60 women. The term "vicarious violence" is not a well-known term in society, but nevertheless it is a fact that in recent times has been negatively damaging the intrafamily relationships that exist within the home, being the most affected children, as they are used as a tool by their parent to cause harm and pain to the mother. It is important to address this problem, since in this way it will be possible to know how those families are after having gone through difficult situations that in many of the times have left traces impossible to erase and forget. For the execution of the research a quantitative approach was used, with the application of two questionnaires, one for each variable, on the one hand for the independent variable a previously elaborated questionnaire of own authorship was taken with the name of "Vicarious Violence" which consists of 7 questions and 3 dimensions which are the same that are: security, family environment and self-esteem, while for the dependent variable an evaluation was made using the questionnaire, designed, constructed and validated by Marchena Japan called "Intrafamily Violence " with 10 items and 5 dimensions, physical harm, emotional harm, severity of machismo, sexual violence, economic mistreatment. Similarly, a positive correlation was applied and the respective analysis of the results was carried out, after which the hypothesis was finally verified, which gave way to the alternative hypothesis: "Vicarious violence influences the intra-family relationships of women belonging to the Ana de Peralta Collective", and the conclusions and recommendations were made in the face of this problemItem Mediación comunitaria: análisis de aplicabilidad como medida preventiva en conflictos de violencia intrafamiliar(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2022-09) Vargas Gómez, Laura Patricia; Jordán Buenaño, Jeanette ElizabethCurrently, one of the biggest problems is domestic violence, especially the one against women at home. Violence is a direct consequence of the environment in which people live, meaning that the more violent the environment is, the more likely people are to replicate these harmful behaviors. This research project is justified in the social sphere, in the need to create spaces that allow facing domestic violence through the use of extrajudicial methods such as community mediation. This research project exposes proposals such as mediation to face this problem, in which the actors of the family are involved and at the same time to generate spaces for pacification and peace culture. In addition to proposing community mediation as a way to resolve conflicts in all environments and consequently decongest the justice system. Thus, this research aims to explain the feasibility of using community mediation as a preventive measure in domestic violence conflicts, within the rural parishes of Juan Benigno Vela and Totoras. Through the application and analysis of investigative instruments such as the survey and interviews with indigenous leaders, experts on the subject of mediation, political lieutenants; as well as the residents of each community. The aforementioned, will obviate the need to apply mediation as a preventive measure, through the three dimensional analysis that will support the hypothesis of this investigation.Item La pandemia del covid-19 y su incidencia en la violencia intrafamiliar en el Ecuador(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2022-09) Toapanta Quinatoa, Lesly Dennise; Guerrero Zuñiga, ÉdisonThe objective of this research project is to carry out an analysis of the factors that most influenced the increase in cases of domestic violence in the COVID-19 pandemic.
