    The jobs and the family are two main mainstays in the development of human beings and their welfare depends on the relationships that it generates. The new social scenarios require the participation of men and women in the labor market to meet the basic needs of the family that every day are much more demanding. Therefore, it is important to perform an analysis to the familiar surroundings and work environment because they are dimensions related. In this research, positive and negative factors of the business dynamics and labor relationships are discussed. These results show that despite the work achievements of the XXI century, the family conciliation and labor work are affected that is why the distribution between family activities and labor work are limited. The division of the roles among men and women continue deeply rooted by cultural factors and family legacies. The results show that the difficulties in the relationships are part of everyday families’ lives; affecting family dynamics and their coexistence. On the other hand, employees are slaves of their jobs with minimal chances of meeting family activities. Facing this reality, it is essential to have business strategies. They could be driven by companies committed to the welfare of the workers inside and outside the work environment; allowing the recovery of couple´s relationships with healthy family environments, recognizing family as a source of motivation; establishing internal strategies to make possible the living spaces and job satisfaction. These results will be reflected in the levels of efficiency and productivity improvement.
