    Modelo de gestión en la satisfacción laboral de los docentes especializados en educación media

    This research work was done in the Cevallos-Tisaleo Education District belonging to the Ministry of Zonal Education 3; the contact was made directly with the secondary education teachers, to know the job satisfaction that they maintain with the institution. The methodology was used in a qualitative and quantitative approach, due to the analysis of the degree of perception of the collaborators allowing the understanding their current situation, as well as the analysis of statistical data that were taken in the district, becoming a field research. It was also necessary to resort to bibliographical research. The data collection was done through the survey technique and the standardized questionnaire instrument, through which the teachers' perception was determined in relation to various labor aspects and also allowed to establish their degree of job satisfaction. The proposed management model allows to establish the different phases that must be fulfilled in order to obtain comprehensive information about teachers' perception of various issues that are not openly addressed, in order to translate them into concrete results of actions that favor the Management in their daily work, taking into consideration that human talent is the engine that drives the institutions, so it is necessary to generate communication spaces that strengthen the organization.
