Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2017) Chávez Martínez, Elsa Dolores; Verdesoto Velastegui, Oswaldo SantiagoIn all the organizations the human capital is fundamental for the achievement of its goals, that is why this study allows to know the relationship between the organizational climate and the job satisfaction within the company, it is necessary that the company identify the aspects that interfere and affect the performance of the workers, and thus improve their work environment, as well as the situation of the organizational climate and the areas that require attention and cause dissatisfaction, to look for a possible solution and improve the organizational climate and the satisfaction of the workers, for this reason it was considered to investigate the organizational climate of the L & M company of Private Security Cía Ltda, which is located in the city of Ambato, the study problem addressed was the inappropriate organizational climate affects the job satisfaction of workers, posing as objective general to know the level of relationship between the organizational climate and satisfaction No employees of the company work, the investigation established determinants that directly influence the organizational climate. The methodology used was the quantitative approach because statistical models were used to check hypotheses, the research modalities used were field, bibliographic and documentary, the level of relational research was used, the population was 64 workers comprised among operative workers and administrative. The technique that was used in the investigation is the survey with its instrument the questionnaire. The statistical model applied to test hypotheses was the Friedman test, by which the alternative hypothesis was accepted, which indicated that there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction. Therefore, it was proposed as a proposal to design strategies related to the Organizational Climate that allow improving the job satisfaction of the company's workers.
