The theme: "Relationship between psychosocial risks and job satisfaction of the administrative staff of Ambato Technical University.", the main objective is to relate psychosocial risks to job satisfaction of administrative staff, for which The untreated problem was known through the exploratory investigation, then the behavior in the context was described by means of the Descriptive, and finally to see the incidence of the one variable with the other. The information was collected through structured instruments such as the survey of the institution's staff, which led to conclusions and recommendations, which resulted in the determination that the institution does not have adequate levels of job satisfaction. These results led to the elaboration of the proposal: The design of a preventive psychosocial health project through the establishment of intervention areas in the administrative staff of the Technical University of Ambato.
