    Posturas ergonómicas en el área de aparado de la empresa de calzado Gamo’s

    During the manufacture of footwear, there are activities that can pose a risk to the health of workers, for this reason, the present research work focused on the identification, evaluation and assessment of ergonomic risks in the area of the shoe upper of the Gamo's footwear company. In the investigation, the Nordic questionnaire was applied with the objective of knowing the areas of ailment found in the staff of the lacing area, directed to 8 workers, which confirms the existence of ailments due to inadequate postures. After field visits and the recognition of 6 workstations, which in turn have 20 tasks, the ergonomic hazards linked to each task were identified and through the matrix of the technical report ISO TR 12295:2014, it was determined that 14 will be appropriate for the study, thus having that 5 of the tasks have a trivial risk corresponding to 36%, while 3 tasks have a tolerable risk with 21% and finally it has that 6 tasks corresponding to 43% have a moderate risk. The evaluation of the postures by the Rula method showed that in the tasks performed by the machining personnel, the low risk level prevails with a score of 3 and 4, requiring changes in the design of the task or workstation, while the evaluation of the postures by the Reba method shows that the medium risk level prevails with a score of 5, which requires rapid action in the design of the task or workstation. The procedural manual for inspecting facilities and working conditions was continuously developed. There is also another for training personnel on how to adopt appropriate postures at work and a guide for active breaks, if necessary

    Sistema de gestión por procesos en la empresa de lácteos “D’ Marco”

    This research project proposes a Process Management System at "D' Marco" dairy company, due to the problem of processes carried out in a traditional way, as there is no documentation that serves as control and guidance, workers perform their activities based on experience which generates deficient processes, the final objective is to have a processes and procedures manual that establishes relevant documentation in an orderly and standardized way, thus promoting the control and continuous improvement of processes. The methodology followed for the project development has required a bibliographic research to establish theoretical bases on process management, then, field research was carried out, which included direct observation, an interview with the owner manager and surveys with the workers, evidencing the current situation of the tasks and activities performed in the company, with undefined processes and disorder in the execution of its activities due to the lack of adequate documentation. By identifying and classifying the processes, a process map was developed, which allowed a clear and structured visualization of their relationships. In addition to selecting the critical process of the company, through a comparison factors matrix. The survey of processes was carried out for the most demanded product, representing them through technical data sheets and flow charts, in addition to establishing indicators to measure and control each process. As a final result, a processes and procedures manual was developed, which describes in detail and orders the steps to be followed for the execution of the analyzed process, thus achieving standardization. This manual also serves as a control through the indicators established for each process.

    Validación de ensayos por ruido e iluminación laboral según la Norma ISO17025:2017 para la empresa Presegman

    PRESEGMAN provides advisory and training services in the field of Safety and Industrial Hygiene, the main problem is that it lacks the metrological process of measurements and does not have the standardization and validation of physical tests, therefore, this research aims to obtain noise tests. and lighting under ISO17025:2017 guidelines, for its accreditation and to demonstrate that its professional services are technically competent. The methodology applied was the technique of the structured interview to obtain information in relation to the offered tests, the survey of the technical requirements of ISO17025:2017 for the registration of non-conformities and the observation in the investigation of the reports and processes of the company to verify the level of compliance according to the ISO 17025:2017 standard, obtaining a 27% application. The main result obtained indicates that 67 requirements are mandatory, and for this, improvements were made such as the implementation of uncertainty calculations, linearity, control of environmental factors and standardization of the method, thus complying with 100% of the parameters required by this standard, in conclusion, it has been possible to present reliable results through technical reports and standardized procedures, completely improving the level of compliance.

    Estudio de tiempos y movimientos para la optimización del proceso productivo de la empresa “SPLENDID SU LAVANDERÍA”

    The present research project proposes to carry out a times and motion study in the company Splendid su Lavandería for garment washing service in order to standardize and seek improvements in the process. The current situation of the company has been identified by collecting important information regarding all its processes and facilities through direct observation of each area and talks with the workers, in addition, a survey was applied to general manager because she knows all the processes. An ABC study of historical data of the company was applied, managing to identify that regular washing service (washing by weight) has greater profitability, in this service entire study reflected in the document is focused. To obtain the necessary data for the development of project, a time measurement was carried out by timing, at the same time that activities and movements carried out by each worker in their area are detailed; The information obtained is organized through tables, flowcharts, layout and bimanual diagrams. Among the improvements, it is proposed to increase service capacity of bottleneck, in addition to make changes in the current plant layout by applying the SLP method (Systematic Plant Layout Planning); and to visualize changes made, a simulation was developed in FlexSim. Finally, the procedure manuals of the process were elaborated, as well as instructions for the folding area and for the management of the software used for the invoicing and registration of garments, managing to help employees in execution of their activities, being these a guide to obtain planned results; of the proposals, a reduction of 16.94% in the total distance traveled and an improvement of 28.12% in its service capacity are calculated.
