    Módulo de facturación electrónica adaptable al sistema “atiendo” y evalúo de rendimiento bajo la normativa ISO/IEC 25010 para la empresa Plasticaucho Industrial S.A.

    In sales management and electronic invoicing, it is crucial to have an integrated solution that avoids errors, delays and compliance issues, which can negatively affect a company's competitiveness. The absence of a unified system in these processes can result in significant inefficiencies. The main goal of the project is to develop an electronic invoicing module that seamlessly integrates with the "aTiendo" system. In addition, the module's performance was evaluated using ISO/IEC 25010 standards to ensure its efficiency. The development of the module involved the use of technologies such as Angular, ASP .Net, phpMyAdmin and Apache JMeter. Through surveys and meetings, client requirements were gathered to ensure that the module met the specific needs of the company. Functionalities developed included the generation and sending of electronic invoices, sales data management and detailed reporting. The project was managed with an incremental software development methodology, by clearly defining roles and creating a delivery plan divided into increments. This allowed to address in an organized and efficient way the different stages of the development, ensuring the successful completion of the module. The importance of the development is that the module will allow an effective integration with the "aTiendo" system, offering advanced sales listing, management and reporting capabilities. Additionally, the module will facilitate the generation and sending of invoices in PDF format by e-mail, as well as the implementation of an electronic signature system for invoice validation.

    Aplicación web utilizando Framework open source para la gestión de inventario en el almacén PIL’S Autorepuestos

    Inventory management is essential for the efficient operation of any business, as it directly impacts product availability, customer satisfaction, and ultimately financial results. As the company experiences continuous growth, inventory management becomes increasingly complex. The variation in products, suppliers, and locations requires a more advanced approach than conventional methods based on spreadsheets or manual systems. This project aligns with the research line in Information Technologies and Control Systems, aiming to implement a web application for inventory management using an Open Source framework at the "Pil's Autorepuestos" warehouse. The goal is to automate manual inventory management processes, incorporate administrative roles to improve spare parts traceability, and contribute significantly to decision-making. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology is employed for planning, design, coding, and testing of the product, facilitating efficient supervision of deliverables at each stage of the process, ensuring compliance with the requirements defined by the warehouse manager. The application is structured into three key components: a robust and secure SQL Server database for information management, a backend developed in .NET Core using Entity Framework to provide a scalable and modular architecture, and a frontend implemented with Angular due to its modular structure. Bootstrap, along with the AdminLTE template, was used for design.

    The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant global impact in various social, economic, and technological aspects. Many companies have disappeared because of the crisis, while others have managed to survive thanks to their innovative capabilities, focused on the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). E-commerce became a fundamental tool for companies during the COVID-19 pandemic since it allowed them to promote their products and services and maintain the flow of sales. Another added benefit was also the opportunity to collect valuable information about customers, such as their purchasing preferences, online behavior, comments, and product reviews. The footwear industry in emerging economies is taking advantage of (ICTs) to improve the management of their processes and increase their efficiency. In this sense, electronic commerce has become a fundamental pillar, allowing better interaction with customers and greater expansion in the global market. This project is an e-commerce web application that allows shoe producers to sell their products online and improve their sales force, with this free tool. The program is created using Webassembly with the C# programming language through Blazor, which are a set of tools that allow the creation of web applications. The agile methodology called Extreme Programming or XP was used to carry out the project creation process.

    Currently, web a pplications have acquired a fundamental and essential role in people’s daily activ ities . These tools improve processes in terms of efficiency and speed, by providing a higher level of support and assistance to the end user. The objective of this project is the development of a web application using the technology responsive web design for sche duling appointments at the Odontological Center "DENTALSIS" in order to automate this process that was done of manual form with the risk of loss of information. The development of the web application was conducted in accordance with the requirements defined by the institution. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology was used for planning, designing, coding and testing of the product, which allowed efficient monitoring of the products of each requested process. The framework that was used for the back end was ASP.NET because of the advantages it has for front end development was implemented Bootstrap and the AdminLTE template that provide a set of predefined components, the database manager used was MySQL because it offers reliability, pe rformance, scalability, ease of use and compatibility with different operating systems.

    This project describes the development of a responsive web application that is Responsible for handling and managing the various processes that make up the integral development of an Internal Audit in ECUATRAN S.A. company, this application will only have access to employees of company and can only be accessed through the intranet network that manages the same, thus seeking to raise the level of security in the management of the data used by the web application. The main purpose of this application is to optimize the processes and times that are currently handled during the development of an internal audit within the company, since the system that is handled apart from being very old, is very slow and inefficient because it can only be accessed through a virtual machine, therefore the responsive web application is presented as an innovative and effective solution to these problems allowing the employees responsible for conducting internal audits to work from any device with internet connection. The front-end of the application is developed in the .NET platform, using the ASP.NET framework that allows the compilation of web applications. The back-end, such as business logic and data access, corresponds to the C# programming language. The application stores and manages all its information in a SQL SERVER database. An agile software development methodology called Extreme Programming (XP) is also used, which establishes that the development of a program must comply with the exact requirements established in the exploration phase with the client.

    Currently, Ambacar Ltda. company has become strongly consolidated both locally and internationally for the excellence and high dedication in the provision of its automotive services, which has allowed it to distribute large amount of computer equipment’s in each of its service points, as they are able to provide the necessary resources for the correct exchange of information. This has led to take into consideration the importance of adequately controlling and monitoring each of the computer equipment’s, in order to provide the best benefits for the organization. For this reason, the present research project aims to implement a client-server system using SNMP protocol, to improve the process of communication, updating, visualization, monitoring and search with each of the previously installed agents in the computer equipment of the Ambacar Ltda. company, by using a web server. For this purpose, each of the components that are part of SNMP management were developed, ASN.1 was used for the development of the managed information base (MIB), to store the required control information, and C# for client development, which runs in the background on each of the computer equipment, to adequately receive and respond to each of the requests sent by the server. Finally, ASP.NET Framework was used for the development of the SNMP web server, using the layer programming model, in conjunction with the use of Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript and Ajax to improve the design and communication between the client and server side, Additionally, the Extreme Programming (XP) agile methodology was applied to manage the software development process.

    Sistema web para la gestión georreferenciada de los recorridos y horarios del servicio de buses de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato

    This project describes the creation of a web system with geolocation, made up of two applications, the web application is in charge of managing routes and schedules of the bus service of the Technical University of Ambato, any user of the university community will have access to it to view the information regarding the service, as well as the established routes and the real-time geolocation function, while the mobile application is focused for the exclusive use of drivers to send coordinates when they make their journey. The project is developed using the XP methodology and the layered architecture pattern, making use of the ASP.NET frameworks on the server side and the .NET Framework on the client side, that due to its degree of compatibility facilitated the integration of tools such as Visual Studio, which in turn offers different application models allowing the use web forms, used in the design of the user interface of the geolocation system, while for the development of the mobile application it was done under Xamarin technology. ASP .NET made it easy to create the server-side development environment using its tools such as Entity Framework. The implementation of the web system facilitated the management of routes and schedules of the bus service of the Technical University of Ambato, saving time and resources used in the administration, in turn improved the dissemination of the service information to the university community and being reflected in them in the ease of organization in the mobilizations to the different campuses. This is due to the easy identification of the information corresponding to the routes such as departure time, estimated time, arrival time and the routes on which the transport units are mobilized.
