Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información.This work is about a web system using the CQRS pattern for the management of articles of the Organic Law on Transparency and Access to Public Information in Empresa Eléctrica Ambato Regional Centro Norte S.A. An interview with the officer responsible for LOTAIP, observation sheets of the current process and content sheets for bibliographic and regulatory analysis were used. Ten operational problems were found, and most of them have a critical risk level. To fix this problem, a web system was implemented using the CQRS pattern (Command Query Responsibility Segregation). This pattern created a clear separation between commands and queries. The commands were managed by eight specialized CommandHandlers that handled the business logic and recorded each operation in an immutable way. The queries were handled by seven independent QueryHandlers with cache support and Oracle pagination. The new system was developed using the EEASA institutional methodology based on Extreme Programming, using the technology stack required by the company. The system fixed the identified problems by guaranteeing the traceability of each operation, access control by user profile and CSV file validation at the moment of upload. All the requirements defined during the analysis were completed and validated with the UPI delegates and the EEASA portal administrator.Item Aplicación web progresiva (PWA) para la administración económica de la Asociación de Empleados de la Empresa Eléctrica Ambato Regional Centro Norte S.A.
